Recently visited VTex hyundai for to repair my car for an accidental Damage, i am totally fulfilled with service, and response of related executives particularly 2 person named VICKY DASADIA AND SUNNY PRAJAPATI , they guys had genuinely took their efforts towards to my issue,from the day first to last and i am equally thankful to him. I had faced this type of customer support and service at very Rare palaces and VTEX Hyundai is one of them. it’s totally value for money and outstanding, 5/5 for your staff, keep it up guys best wishes.

New Service center near Tapovan Circle. As its new center follow up and talking skills are good of the staffs. The staffs is polite and cooperative. But the technical team and service is average. Price is high and all work including service to accidental work are medium quality. You have to inspect the work done by them before taking delivery of the car. Some minor works they always left. Staff insist to give them maximum number in hundai call review after service is done. They deal in second hand cars also.

Initially I would have given them 1 star for the constant delays I faced while giving my car to service and also while taking the delivery of serviced car !! After speaking to the Manager about problems he was more than happy to help me personally ... Since than I am having best experience whenever I put my car to service ... He has gone above and beyond to solve any queries or problems I had after that incident. Great experience so far all Thanks to Mr. Rohit Singh Chauhan

I had a very good experience at the store as Mr Ashutosh Pancholi took it to a personal level for changing a simple wiper arm. I didn’t need to follow up as he followed up for it on his own. It is indeed great to see any staff taking so much pains in such a small issue.It is the services of such employees that makes the brand Hyundai successful. Thank you Ashutoshbhai.

As per my personal experience at service department of VTex Hyundai at chandkheda, I would like to say that the all staff members are really very helpful and supported with customers. And specially thanks to the service manager Mr. Tushar Parmar, who is very polite person and he is try to the best service provided to the customer.

Very systematic approach. They study small small issues with your cars and brings to your notice. Predictive inputs like probability of future failures or weakening of parts , suspension, gaskets etc.. also they highlight and best tune your car to give you smooth rides. Car cleaning is also very good.

I have done my claim work in this workshop. Excellent work done in it and I’m so much satisfied with the work. Especially your concern team member Rohitbhai, he has delivered great service and polite behaviour All in all, thanks v tex and it’s team for next level satisfactory result.

This place is full of by looters and cheaters...claim charge was 1000 rupees only i confirmed with other dealer.. though they looted me with 2700 rupees and behaved rudely with me..staff doesn't know about politeness... Claim manager is looter..!! I wish i can give 0 star rating..!!

Insurance Employee who is initially checking car before accepting talking like he doest care about service center or not wanted a business.. giving way beyond quotation... my local. Service guy does the same thing in half money...

Service is good. When I was there the person who guide is quite knowledgeable his name is Amit majevadia. He also guide me to how should I mentain my car thanks to him and his management team for providing good service.

Waiting Lounge is neat clean overall service experience is also very satisfying only two thing they need to work on: 1st time taken for service 2nd washing and cleaning of the car.
