Idan was a pleasure! Our business was broken into and we needed to have our commercial locks rekeyed off-hours. I contacted several companies and they were not very interested in the work. Idan was very responsive and eager to help. He had another commitment and we communicated very well to coordinate a time that worked out. Once we met at the business it was clear Idan knew his job. He quickly and efficiently rekeyed my lock, gave me a few pointers, and he was on his way. I lost the only set of car(fob) keys I had for my Prius. Idan was over at my house within 2 hours of calling him. He was very helpful & knew exactly what to do. Idan made me a new set of keys (fob) within half an hour. He was polite, helpful & did an excellent job. I would rather pay a small business owner the cost of an expensive fob than give the money to a dealership who wouldn’t spend the day & time explaining to work they were performing. Idan was very responsive, scheduling was easy bc he was so great at communication.
