I have given these people a 1 star rating around 4 months (to which I never went into detail about). Just to brief anyone thinking of using these people, let me tell you the following: These people made my move into my first house a very traumatic one. I had to find alternative accommodation, my cat had to go to a shelter for 2 weeks and I had to travel 2 hours to get to and from work in the mornings and evenings. A very expensive inconvenience. My experience with these people has been nothing short of appalling, awkward and traumatising to say the least. I have received nothing but poor attitudes, lack of communication and sarcasm from these guys. So much so, that I had to get my personal attorney to help expedite the matter. I can go on and on... Now, if you are wondering why I have edited this review 4 months later by adding content to this review is simply because these guys have the absolute audacity to contact me today, 4 months later, asking me to delete this review, on the basis that they have resolved the transfer. Well, I have PAID you to deliver a SERVICE. Does that mean that I must change my review, even though I had the most traumatic experience in my life, all because you delivered your putrid service? I think not.

An absolute disaster. Communication was okay at first and then absolutely appalling as soon as I had sent the money. Due to them ignoring my emails for weeks (and whenever I phoned the lawyer would be 'out of office/in court/busy') receiving a certain document became a very time pressed manner. (They claimed later it took weeks for my money to enter their bank account, but even if that's true they never replied to a single email to tell me this). When they finally produced the document, I requested express delivery service (was happy to pay for it too) but they went with normal. This still should still have delivered the document to me just in time, except they managed to write the address wrong (how hard is it to copy what I typed??) and thus DHL couldn't get it to me. As a result I have to move my marriage date, spend an extra 50 hours in airplanes, pay 700 euros extra in flights and that is only part of the problems it caused. Avoid at all costs.

We used their conveyancing services for the purchase of our first home. They were extremely efficient and professional. We received regular updates and could contact them with any questions or concerns - which were quickly resolved. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make use of a conveyancing attorney for the sale or purchase of a home.
