Terrible, unprofessional and incompetent staff and courier “express” service. I’m still waiting for a book that I ordered a month and 1 week ago. When I call the guy at the Steve Biko in berea Van schaik branch gives me attitude or doesn’t answer my call or refuse to check my order on their system. I’m very angry and disappointed and I will shame this book shop on all social media platforms cause it’s affecting my studies. Zero communication has been made till this date.

I had a good experience but workers need to review they attitudes towards customers. Other than that the quality of their services is out of this world. I love the quality of their paper, the typing machine, the contrast of the final product is awesome. I have never saw such quality in other Printing Stores.

I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and there were 2 friendly gentlemen at the till who made sure I got the textbooks i needed. My entire shopping experience took no more than 15 minutes. They were super helpful. Will definitely come back to this branch

Very nice place...awesome ...just that other personal(he&she)...should take the restrictions... on a much more serious knote...as the country enters into level 4...which means things aren't looking great...remember we all South

Contains all the basic stationary a student will need but the prices could be better... But you might not find specific stuff... So it's better to check via call before you get there And they should extend their opening hours

Always been a Van Schaik's customer from my university era. this bookshop only sells medical field textbooks. all other field's material can be found either in DUT or ICC Van Schaik's. i love you still.

It delivers reasonable convenient services and it's highly customer-oriented. The rates are decent and elastic to acclimate various species from numerous settings extremely novices.

This is a great book store that provides all types of books that you can use to study and has other stationery l sets, like exam pads pens erasers and pencils, slip on covers etc

Ordered 3 books. 2 arrived 2 days later and the third the next day. Well packaged and good service. Good price also compared to other sellers

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Books are abit pricey but the quality is great. Does not have a too wide variety of books though.

3 of my friends got they Laptops here and I have to say, they work efficiently and I trust their products and customer service is excellent

It has all the book and stationary needs for the subjects offered at DUT as well as some other books that don't fall into that category.
