I've worn Vans but never actually bought a pair for myself! So when I thought it was time for a new pair of shoes Abram explained and answered my questions clearly! He's very informative of the products but I felt like he did above and beyond when he explained the different types of grips, what projects are new, the pros and cons of each shoe! I honestly felt like I was annoying the guy, but he was very kind. Excellent customer service! Thank you Abram and the staff at Vans ♡

Customer service is awful. Went in to purchase a shoe cleaner for my daughter asked the male worker what would work best. His response was they're all the same. They all clean shoes. Clearly there were different types for different shoes. But he cared more about answering his phone. I'm not too familiar with their care so I was looking for some advice. Never returning to this store. Much rather go to North Star Mall

Ingram is the best Vans store in San Antonio. It's actually further from my home than both Northstar and La Cantera, but I will drive a little further to shop this location. The store is big, roomy and the employees are great. Today Rithan V helped me with an exchange and cash in some Vans Family points. He was very helpful, friendly and just overall cool.

Chilled atmosphere and very organized store front. My wife and I walked into the Vans store looking to buy our little boy a new pair of Van slip ons. Went here to try to find some nice shoes bit bought some Vans at another store at the mall. The Vans Store still has some awesome selections of shoes. Really high quality shoes that are look really cool.
