I was traveling in Venice recently, and I had to check out of my hotel at 11 AM, but my flight did not depart until 7 PM. I found this amazing place (Vaise) to store my luggage for about five hours while I explored Venice and found some places to eat. I was worried that the lockers would be far too small for the large pieces of luggage that I had with me. I was happily surprised to find the storage lockers were very large so that (2) 25” suit cases could be placed in one storage unit. I highly recommend this location for both the reasonable cost of storing luggage, but also the great storage space capability of each locker.

Seriously very great idea! We arrived via cruise ship at 7AM but our VRBO wasn't available until 2PM. Thankfully, our VRBO lady told us about this place. It is perfect! I was able to reserve 2 lockers online and that morning we took the waterbus to the San Marco Square stop (there are 2 stops - either will do) and then walked a few blocks to the store. There was only one set of steps to negotiate on the way. The place was clean and everything worked great. I highly recommend.

This service is very easy to use and helpful for that last day of a visit where checkout from accommation is required before departure time. The lockers are large enough for two large pieces - we stored a large roller duffel and a large backpack plus carry on items in each locker - for a family of four adults we required two lockers for the day. The service seems a bit pricey - no doubt as it scales up to a larger facility the costs should come down (please!).

Excellent service. Just so happened that our apartment was right next door to this place so very convenient for us and a god send not to have to lug our luggage around all day. It was very easy to book online and super quick with pay pal. Instructions really easy to follow too. I believe that if you book manually through the console inside you can book by the hour if needs be, but for the sake of a few euros I couldn't be bothered messing around.

Lockers are secure and clean. Nicely located near to the main docks which meant I could check out of my hotel, store all my stuff and still enjoy my last day of holiday without being weighted down by baggage. Prices are reasonable. We booked 1 locker online and paid for the whole day. We then arrived and got a second locker which we paid for 1 hour then paid the remaining amount when we collected our luggage. Would use the service again.

Amazingly easy and perfect for Air B&B. Booked online the night before. Got my locker and code immediately. Dropped off the next day no issues. There is no one working...it’s self service so there is no line. Super fast and easy drop off and pickup. The building seemed secure and lockers definitely were locked tight. I would definitely use again.

Very convenient luggage storage in the San Marco area! Incredibly useful since we had an early checkout and a late flight! Booked online and immediately received my locker number and code. We got one big locker for 2 backpacks and 2 small carry on sized luggages. And locker worked seamlessly, as expected! You can also book on site!

Just what we needed when we had to check out early in the morning. Booked about 5 days in advance of our leave. We had two ‘carry on’ cases and three backpacks and a bag and all fitted in. Easy to arrange online, and use. Good central location. We changed our taxi pick up too, so we didn’t have to go back to Dorsoduro.

The Vaise Luggage Locker service is excellent and a big help for us when arriving in Venice! We arrived in Venice mid-afternoon and before taking a boat to our hotel we were able to securely store our luggage and take off to explore the area without hassle. Easy to find, super easy to use - to be fully recommended.

Good place. Very convenient. Just one thing. When I visited the point for pick up my luggage, the outer door was broken, then I could not enter the room. But the Vaise staff came up 10 minutes later, and I could pick up my luggage. It was very good that the trouble was settled in 10 minutes.

So close to our San Marco located Airbnb and saved time and hassle before our nearby water transfer to the airport. Booked the day before, got the code and it was a VERY SIMPLE process. Venice is the last place you want to be dragging bags around too much so Vaise was a great problem solve.

Easy to use, store your luggage and easy to pay. My friend and I were able to fit both of our carryons into the same locker. There's an hourly rate and a daily rate after 5 hours. The daily rate worked well for us since we went on an excursion prior to checking into our lodging.

We needed a place for luggage after we checked out of our AirBnB and this was perfect. Good location, easy to use and the box held all our luggage (two roller bags, a duffel bag and two small backpacks). No waiting in line. Thanks for providing this convenient service.

Excellent value for money, we stored 4 “cabin bags” from 08:00 until our taxi left at 14:00 all for €12.50 The store is a little off the beaten track, but the dry run we did the evening before helped us get there quickly and gave us time to relax on our last day!

Very convenient and simple to use. Enough space in our locker for all sorts of extra bags with straw hats and other fragile items. Saved us having to trawl our luggage all day in the heat of the summer… I only wish there were more locations available.

Perfect for offloading your luggage during a day trip to Venice. The lockers can comfortably accomodate 2 cabin bags or 4-5 Ryanair bags :D We were allocated a faulty locker initially but that was changed immediatedly on calling the customer support.

We really liked the experience, it was easy to use, safe and honestly not so expensive. We would recommend leaving your bags here. We left a 50lts backpack, a 30lt, 2 small backpacks and a food bag, and it all fit in one locker!

Easy, convenient and cheap. Just make sure that your luggage fits in the locker. We planned a sort of "tetris" in advance and managed to fit in our 4 cabin size trolleys, 2 shopping bags and 1 coat. Great value for money!
