"Just be careful, I could not locate my return ticket and the guy said you must pay a fine, I kept checking and managed to find it and he refused to drop the fine and accused me of taking the ticket from someone else with literally 30 seconds and standing next to each other, very dirty tactics and dishonest, the company let’s down Italy"
