I bought a car a few weeks ago from Vibe Motors. Ali and his team are very friendly and open. As I live in Bristol and couldn't risk going back and forth I called in to get information on the car and the team at Vibe Motors were very open and helpful to get me as much information as possible. After a short test drive and inspection, I bought the car and on my way back I spotted a humming noise coming from the car and right away I called them and explained what the issue was and since I was already 50 miles on my way back, Ali(The manager) asked me to take the car to my own trusted garage and if there were any issues he would reimburse me for it and if I wasn't satisfied, he would reimburse me the full amount for the car. I took the car to a few garages and they all said that the front wheel bearing and two of the tyres were causing the humming noise. Long story short: I took the car to Audi as the car still had warranty and they changed the Wheel Bearing on warranty and replaced my tyres. My cost came to almost £200 and Ali refunded me the money withing a day of me forwarding him my receipt. Thank you Vibe Motors and thank you Ali. You and your team made me feel valued and I am left feeling satisfied with my purchase. I will come back for my next car and I will recommend you and Vibe Motors to anyone who is looking to buy a car with peace of mind and reasonable price. You and your team have personal and professional integrity and your customer service was exceptional. Thank you for your friendly approach and good service.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Park Royal branch in 2019, partly because the cars are meant to be AA approved/inspected. The vehicle was okay but within a two weeks I had to replace the wipers and the card key. I also found out when replacing the card key the vehicle had been recalled due to a safety issue. Please note the card key had to be ordered from France and then coded to the car. This took around two weeks. The other issue I’ve found in 2023 which I should have checked at the time of purchase was the key for the wheel lock nut on the vehicle is missing from the car. I called Vibes Motors on the 06.11.23 on the off chance they could assist. Firstly the guy on the phone said they had no branch in Park Royal, they are based in Harrow. Let’s be clear they did a branch in Park Royal so not sure why he feels the need to lie. He then rambled on that the key for the wheel lock nut must be in the car and attempted to suggest I must have lost it and it’s many years ago. The thing is I wasn’t asking them to purchase the key for me, I’ve already been in touch with a Renault dealer to resolve the issue, however, his poor attitude and bad customer service is off putting, all he wanted to do was fob me off and lie. I would not purchase a car from this company again, they need to work on their customer service skills. Also when they say AA approved or inspected please don’t rely on this, do your own checks/inspection.

Rung vibe motors and send them report in email where it clearly says that rear breaks need imediate repairs, they told me to drive it back to them for their inspection, as i live 100miles away i refused as i been clearly told that car is not safe to drive, but they could not care less, i offered to take the car to any local service of their choise, but they refused as well. After i asked if i would take the car to them and it would be taken for repair, if i would get a courtesy car and they said no, so i would be left with no way to come back home or to come back to collect the car. Would stay away from this dealership as far as possible and would not trust any service they done or condition of the car they sell. Cares more about profit then customers or safety of their cars that they selling.

Purchased a car from this garage to find a couple weeks driving it that it had a few problems. I took the car back to them to get it fixed. They gave me no information about where it was having work done or kept me updated only until I kept phoning them to find out. I got my car back about a month later! I’ve been driving my this car for a while now, only to have the drivers seat belt break and a airbag warning light to come on the dash. Took it to a local garage for them to tell me that it needs a new seatbelt and somebody has cut the airbag sensors to the seatbelt! I’ve been driving this car for a while now without any airbag, so if I was to crash I wouldn’t like to think what would of happened. There’s still loads of problems with the electrics on the car, which it going to cost me a fortune to fix. Be really careful when purchasing a car from them, to test and make sure works on the car and maybe have a mechanic take a look at it before buying. I really wish I did.

I bought a Ford Focus from here this week, they were very helpful and forth coming. I like to inspect cars as closely as possible and to help me with this they offered to pull the car out so I had loads of room and even lent me their crawler board so I could get a good look underneath without getting dirty. They’re not pushy and they leave you alone when inspecting the car or when asking the girlfriend for permission to buy lol, but remain close by to help with any questions you have. I got a great deal here, much cheaper than the main dealer for this condition of car. Three months premium warranty and twelve months breakdown cover was also incuded in the price. After buying the car they have still provided a great service by way of helping gather all the service history from Ford. I recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a great deal whilst avoiding high pressure sales tactics.

I know we are in a world where increasingly one's word is as cheap as a penny sweet BUT this should not be the case when a car dealer agreed a price (£6200) tales a deposit and agrees a time to collect a car (cash buyer). BUT this was the case... Unbelievable to have agreed a sale, paid a deposit, arranged insurance so one can pick the car up and drive away...only to turn up at the date and time agreed to find out that the car was sold...after taking my deposit. I wouldn't trust this lot as far as I can throw them. Buyer beware! Can you imagine having bought the car and then finding and issue...would they actually stand by the warranty? I doubt it since thier word is cheap. Trust is something that is lacking in the motor selling industry for sure but come on...!

Very disappointed with the service I received from this company. Before I purchased the car from them they were very helpful, unfortunately for me I assumed that they would continue to be trustworthy and helpful after the purchase of the car. The car sales man Aidan promised that the spare key for my car would be posted to my address, that was six months ago and to date I have not received the key. On the 10th of October I spoke to a man who said he was the manager and he was very apologetic because I have not received the spare key and promised to sort me out with a spare that day, that renewed my faith in the company but again no key has been sent and they are now ignoring my calls. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are not honest or reliable.

I purchased a car from Vibe about a year ago to support a new job requiring much travel. While the job sadly did not last, the car is still going; albeit with a few electrical problems early on. However Yas & Ali were always keen to offer support via their electrician/mechanic who resolved issues twice and after a year were still offering support and making me feel welcome when popping in. I would recommend Vibe Motors if you want a car well below RRP but to be cautious and check out your chosen car fully. A short test drive to nearby Hanger Lane MOT centre is recommended for reassurance for around £40 and I know Ali & Yas really want customers to be happy with their purchase, although buying a car from any dealership is not risk free.

very unhappy about this garage. Bought a car about 1 year and a half ago, at a very good price, however they tried to get more money from me when we were making the deal, which is completely outrageous!! a couple of month later there was an engine problem which was partially fixed and covered by insurance fortunately, however noticed in the last 6 months there was another problem with the car. A trusted garage found out I have a massive job done and expensive part that needs to be replaced!!! when also I bought the car I asked if oil filter had been replaced etc/service done and it hadn't. So very unhappy! I should have trusted my instinct and not bought car from this garage.

Emailed the sales team about a vehicle. Asked some very basic questions about it, and the response was to find out from a vauxhall dealer! This means that a) they have no customer service skills. If I'm dropping 6k on their stock, they should be doing better and checking themselves B) they don't actually know or touch the cars they sell - asking if a car is belt or chain driven is a normal question, it requires just opening up the manual and checking. Huge red flag and you've just lost a sale thanks to that!

AVOID ALL COST STAY AWAY FROM A RED 1.6 MERCEDES-BENZ R40NUU the pictures draw you in the computer don’t work the wheels a so scuffed a 1 back wheel is different from the others! Back number been glued on and let run down the paint work! And a chunk out the tyre the car was delivered at night when instructed for a morning delivery! This car was rejected by me and I’d rather stay with my 20yr old Nissan micra says it all.

Very friendly people, courteous, professional. Even though I got.the.car.through a finance.company.that did not deter them from the service they gave. The handover went smoothly, which was unexpected for a london dealer, (bad experience in the past from another dealer in london.) Deceitful people with no honour or clue how to treat potential clients. Will have you attend a test drive and whilst traveling to garage tell you they have sold it under your nose. I booked an AA inspection of a car I was interested in after consulting with the company. I forwarded the details and they agreed with me verbally that the car would be taken off Autotrader. Lo and behold, when the AA phoned to confirm the appointment on the day, they had sold the car, resulting in me losing £76 pounds. Not cool...

Drove up to see a Mazda 6 from Bournemouth. Advertised as "Perfect condition inside and out" however when we see the car, the drivers side has loads of chips and scratches on both doors. Employee didn't seem to care and said "You could get it resprayed" which isn't the point. Completely misadvertised on auto trader.
