Extrme bad service throughout the whole time! The worst university ever! The worst student service to both international and domestic students. This has been a true disappointment how bad the communication was and it was a truly painful experience going through all those troubles just to obtain my graduation documents when I graduate from the university. I have been communication with VU for my graduation documents for a few weeks and yet up untill now i still have not get it. I have mentioned it to at least 5 different staff members of my urgent situation and the possibility of losing my emplyment for 2021 but they show no empathy and each staff member have different responses to my issues each time i called. Last week I was told over the phone that I will receive all my graduation documents 24 hours BEFORE my graduation and yesterday I was told that I will receive those documents 24 hours AFTER the graduation. today when I called they said i need to wait for A WEEK to received my documents. Why on hell do you tell me different thing each time i call!!!!!!!!! I was also advised to save the VU notification of completion email as a PDF document to submit to the thrid party while they could have just send me the formal document they already had. Again, would you see the document with "reply, reply all and forward' on the top as a formal document? They said yes, it is a formal document. This is very bad service and I would not expect it from any university! I would not recommen this stupid university to anyone. Afterall, no human deserve such bad sevice when you are paying the tuition fee. Really do not choose VU if you have any other choices!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I have been working with this University for about a year while sorting out my student visa. I was offered a 20% Scholarship for August intake, however, my visa was not approved in time so I had deferred to the October Intake. I was also offered a 20% Scholarship for the October Intake. Unfortunately, my visa didn't get approved until two and a half weeks after the October intake started. I had asked to study online while I waited for my visa to be approved and they said no, even though the classes were available online. Once my visa got approved, they told me it was too late to start and I had to defer to the next intake being, February 2023. I then received a new offer letter and they had reduced my scholarship to 10% coupled with an increase in tuition fees. I requested that they honour the scholarship that I was originally offered (twice) I was told that was not possible. I requested to speak to a member of senior staff directly to which they completely stopped replying to me, despite my repeated follow ups. It wasn't until I told them that I had put in a complaint with the Integrity office in late November that I was given a response and told that I had to wait 60 days to receive a response as per the Integrity Office Policy. Here we are at the end of January and I have still had zero movement. Completely unprofessional! And more importantly, after spending a year of my life (and a lot of money) working towards this, it is devastating. IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT, AVOID THIS UNIVERISTY AT ALL COSTS.

Having dealt with this University as both an ex student and now as a mentor for its current students. I can speak from experience that the level of service they provide is downright appalling and immoral. As a student they delayed my graduation for a good half a year, from April till roughly September, refusing to answer emails or assist me with anything. It was only when I got truely desperate enough to CC my email to all the lecturers I know that one of them reached out to help me, bless her soul, Ms Louise Crosato. As a mentor teacher now, I realised that VU didn’t pay me nor my fellow colleagues for our mentoring duties. They were prompt in demanding what they needed but once they got what they wanted they’d ghost you without a care. I essentially had to settle for a lower position for half a year with 50% less salary because of their negligence and total lack of care for student well being and satisfaction. Matter of fact, I’m ready to report this school to authorities if they continue ignoring my communications. I know that they’re not incapable of replying/ acknowledging because said teacher are definitely active and online as seen on communications board. My experience is not an isolated case. In my time working after graduation, plenty of people have come out to speak up about this colossal negligence and students having their income and careers sabotaged. Zero stars if I was allowed to be fully honest.

I feel this will be the worst University to study in, in terms of their services, response time and much more things. I had been facing a issue in accessing links from the past 4 months but nobody has even actually solved it. They just transfer your calls here and there but doesn’t help to solve the issues. There will be no direct person whom you can contact for your enquire. I wonder if the higher authorities are even checking these things or most importantly if they are considering student satisfaction. I regret choosing Vic uni as they are not even able to provide me with a student ID which I asked for several times. They will just made you call again and again or will say you can you do it online or I can send you the link and the worst part is links are not even working. I had been raising this issue since I started the course and now I’m half way through and I feel so ashamed now that they are not able to solve this simple problem. No one will actually solve the root cause of the problem instead they will give you temporary solutions so that at-least you can end up conversation at that moment. I feel sad and disgusted by paying so much money to study and getting such poor services in return. I would not recommend studying at VIC university unless you really don’t have any other option.

I studied at this campus for over three years and overall it was a decent experience. The actual campus itself is good enough, the lecture halls and classrooms are run well and are kept tidy, there are also a lot of facilities for you to ask for any help or guidance about any concerns you may have, most professors and teachers that have taught in my classes have been very helpful encouraging, most of the other students I've meet here along the way are also very friendly and the campus has a nice atmosphere as well, the campus has a lot of things going on most days so you probably won't ever get bored while your at the campus. However the campus and the university itself isn't all sunshine and rainbows, no university is perfect. I've come across some teachers that really don't know what they're trying to teach and blindly read off lecture slides and fumble around when someone asks a genuine question just outside the scope of the lecture topic and they can't for the life of them come up with a response. The new block mode structure is a lot better for the most part, but they really tried to squeeze in as much content as they could into these 'revitalised' units without changing it much from how the units used to be taught, so learning some of the content can become extremely bland.

  • Emmerson Hitch

One star is only for the block mode and certain teachers that I have had across my three years at this university, I am studying a Bachelor of sports science and P.E, I was accessed into VU with an advanced standing obligation, at the start of 2022 I was informed that I would be 100% completed with my course at the end of 2022, however after some random VU system update, my grades have been changed to 67% complete. I called the uni two seperate times on their student helpline to clarify if I would be done by the end of 2022 and was confirmed of this being correct. It wasn't until LAST WEEK that another STUDENT informed me that I was given the wrong information, I had to wait 2 hours in my own time at VUQU in person to get clarification that I need to do another three units in 2023 to finish my bachelor. This is ridiculous, the organisation on the VU admin team is unprofessional and money greedy, I now have to re-plan my 2023 year thinking my studies would be completed, it is completely frustrating on this and to not be informed by VU in itself is poor. Block mode is great, but go elsewhere at least you will be informed of your current enrolments and what you need to do in order to complete your studies. Do Not Recommend VU

  • Mitsuki Rein

I had applied for bachelors of nursing course at VU that theoretically should start in 2 months, submitted every documents listed on the application and every details filled, should be plenty of time right? I started to get a little impatient when there was only 2 weeks left till the start of the course. I've called VU at least 10 times throughout the two weeks and every time I don't get a real answer about when I'll find out whether or not the offer will be given to me, one of the customer service ladies literally told me that they don't even know... Another three weeks passed, a staff from VU called me during the middle of the night, out of nowhere, telling me that I somehow had missing documents, and the course has already started. Missed the intake and told me to wait for the next one. Absolutely terrible experience, and poor communication. I hate to say this, but can all the staffs at VU do a better job at your job? I had much better communication with the staffs at Mcdonalds than at this university. TLDR: Apply for Monash, Latrobe or RMIT, had great experience with all 3. Same as all other negative reviews, don't bother wasting your time with VU.

  • Justyn Winter

I thought I'd share my reflection on my university experience at VU. To be brief, I absolutely loved it, and it really has changed my life. I studied a bachelor of science, completing my course in 2021. For me, the block mode was fantastic. It allowed me to focus on one unit at a time, and the assignments were all very aligned with the weekly content. The classes were small, the lecturers were knowledgeable, and they really tried to engage us with the readings and activities. I was disappointed that all my labs were cancelled during covid, but these were mistakes replicated and enforced onto all unis across Victoria so I can't blame them for that (I found a cert 4 in lab operations that was still hands on luckily so I didn't miss out on those skills). The course coordinator I had was fantastic, and on 2 occasions I had classes organised just for me (and one other student for 1 of them) — that's unheard of and the insight I gained from 1-1 time with those lecturers was invaluable. I write this hoping that VU maintains its approach to providing the quality, tested, and reputable education I was fortunate to receive while I was there.

so very disappointing to the whole vu support team!!!! Specially ZORAN guy who is so arrogant and didnt listen to me. I wanted to talk to Jody but he refused. He is asking to remember the names of their team member whom I talked to probably more than a month ago. This is simply a way of earning more money since ZORAN ask me to pay extra fees or withdraw bcoz they dont care about the student's future. I am going to take steps since they wasted my 6 months. ZORAN said very easily to withdraw mine course. Each and every person seems to have different information and nobody cares about the progress of the complain. All they care about is fees fees and fees. Its been 2 months since I have join they course and all they care about is to pay fees and have zero commitment towards students education. They don't provide 1% of the things they yell out in the market. I have to call them to update me everyday but never solved my problems. I have studied in other university and colleges and believe me their services are much much better than here. Do your research before you choose the place to study. Lovejit singh 4511862

Looks like I dodged a bullet choosing not to go here. Right from the get go, the login details they gave me when I was given an offer didn’t work. 2 days later had that sorted out. And then the enrolment portal wouldn’t work for me. I called multiple people multiple times to get this fixed. I was told until IT responded nothing could be done. I even asked if I could go on campus and enrol in person and they told me not until IT responds. Weeks go by, and I give up. Then 1 business day before classes started, I got an email telling me I had been enrolled in all units, and straight away was invoiced. Found it really disgusting to be honest. Needless to say I unenrolled straight away. Not everyone applying to uni is fresh from high school with no responsibilities to work out before going to study. One day wasn’t enough time, nor should it be expected to be. I got a poor email ‘apology’ when I wrote in to explain the situation. Really disappointing experience

Did a diploma of educational studies, and lets just say it was horrible. No support no matter what. Decided that i wasn't going to take the disrespect so i dropped out and now im a qualifed teachers aide with an actual job. There was no placement with this course so nobody could get experience. Failed one of my subject and i was told i had to redo it however i had to go on campus and i couldn't make it there because it would take me 4 hours to travel from my place to the campus. Shiona who was the course coordinator should be fired she was so disrespectful and so rude and horrible to me. The only good thing about the course when i did it was that the student support was more helpful. The teachers had no idea what they were doing. I was in the course from april 2022 to feb 2023, and now im working as a full time teachers aide because i actually had experience in my course that i did unlike the diploma of educational studies.

I DODGED A BULLET. DO NOT GO TO THIS UNIVERSITY AND THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS IS OUTSOURCED TO INDIA. !!!! I NEVER READ THE REVIEWS. 1) stop using INDIANS to screen students all over the world they dont know jack about what they are talking. I got the GTE checklist after i went through the GTE interview. 2) Run a university with competent people dont outsource your admissions process to INDIA thats where you screw up. 3) keep on asking documents and nothing is getting through 4) my GTE interview the interviewer BHAWNA asked me when my financials was clearly provided and it has listed that my mother is funding my studies she went on ahead to ask "WHY ISN'T YOUR FATHER FUNDING". Some hilarious stuff. 5) when i wrote a complaint they quickly called and tried to sort the matter out.

As a former VU student (7 years ago) It has been a near impossible task to obtain a digital copy of my academic transcript through VU! I filled out the required paperwork and paid the $15.00 required, and for some reason VU is having IT issues and cannot email my digital transcript, despite numerous attempts! They have then directed to me to a portal to login to see if I can gain access, however you require a student ID and password, which I do not have given that I am not a current student, so how am I suppose to login?! I have sent further emails with my concerns and trying to get help on how to login. I have been informed that a paper copy will be sent to my home address, however I need to access a digital copy! How can it be this hard?! So frustrating!!!

I am currently an International Student studying at Victoria University and I have never experienced such a frustrating service in my life! The management and student support are the worst I've ever seen. I have lodged my inquiry about fees multiple times and even after a couple of months of following up, the issue has yet not been resolved. They have some serious issues in their finance department where they make blunders with simple fee calculations and cannot resolve them even after multiple requests. Students don't have access to direct communications in any departments and you have to constantly go through student support desks which in my experience have been unhelpful, ineffective and disappointing.

  • Gretchen Salvador

Enrolled for Diploma of Beauty at the beginning of the year at the King City Campus. They were extremely unorganised. Nothing is processed smoothly. The online teachings are from youtube and after watching, the teachers will inform you that it’s not exactly how you should do it. They will also make you pay for materials you won’t use until later on which voids warranty so you’ll end up getting a statement of more than $3k. VU Polytechnic does not provide quality teaching and service. If you’re thinking of going to VU polytechnic, I hope you make a better decision than what I have and choose not to waste your time and money on them. Good Luck.

I would not recommend VU to anyone. The one star is for the amazing classes and the lecturers who were all very knowledgeable. However, the administration has tarnished my experience at this university. International students have the hardest time navigating the uni and getting timely responses to their queries. I've attended two other Australian unis, and my experience with VU admin has been the worst. Staff are impatient or overworked, more interested in dismissing my questions than genuinely concerned with helping me. If you have another option, don't go with VU. Save yourself the stress

  • Supppyre

I'm currently doing a certificate 4 of tertiary in this place and its so disorganized, when I tried to apply here they failed to get my information correct and had problems with trying to get me in their system when enrolling. When I did get enrolled I find the administration of the school to be hellish as I can barely navigate to anything. Also their website is not user friendly unless you know how to navigate through websites that look unfinished. Other than that, teachers are decent they seem to know what they are doing and trying their best especially during these times with COVID.

  • jems

Very care less university (vu university) Just 2-3 days before they will put notice that your class time table changed in particular subject page. If you didn't open class website in weekends and your timetable may changed, Tuesday class to Monday. And if you wakeup late on Monday. you don't know monday is your class and you will miss your class. Thay have been doing block modules. 1day class in VU is equal to one week class in other University. They don't call student that they have changed time table. They don't care about student and there future. Thay just need money on time.

  • saini tamber

WORST UNIVERSITY gave me conditional offer letter for master of business in enterprise resource planning system. Then took my GTE interview and interviewer was super rude and yelling at me during interview, made me so uncomfortable. Then they rejected my application without any reason. I tried to contact them but no response. The thing was they never had that program but they were wasting my time. I was checking status for my application that was showing application under review and just after a minute it got unsuccessful. Never ever go for this university.

  • vikas Thapar

Hopeless admission process. Repetitively kept asking for documents, supplied the same at least 5 times, followed by phone call confirming team received it. But application rejected on the grounds of same documents. Again called their hopeless student services to check, who confirmed no documentation is missing and case has been escalated, followed so many times before giving up on this disgusting uni who has no regard for applicant’s time. Lucky I experienced it before joining this uni, otherwise I would have become as useless as them, as company matters.

  • Chris

The majority of the classes i have taken have had really good lecturers that are great at communicating knowledge and are inspiring. i have found that only a couple have failed to effectively communicate to the class. almost all language classes have been discontinued which is a bit disappointing. oh and i hope you catch the train, because it is almost impossible to get a car park. currently half closed for upgrades, and the university failed to start this over the 3 month end of year break, which would make a lot more sense...

  • Brad W

Cert IV in Industrial Automation & Control. Extremely disorganised and impossible to contact teachers or admin staff outside of class time. Disinterested & unhelpful lecturers. Incomplete & inaccurate course material. Of the 12 PLC stations we had access to roughly 3 of them were fully operational without missing parts or having problems. The learning process was extremely self-guided and 90% of my learning occurred via my own research and YouTube videos. Overall, an utter waste of time. Seriously, steer clear of VU.

  • Jony Royce

Experience of a postgraduate student from the Victoria University (Business school)- The worst customer and student support (poor response time) They just built a campus from squeezing money from students who were worst affected during covid 19. Late implementation of the block mode study for business students. Rise in fee for business courses during covid-19 back in 2020-21 Poorly maintained flinders campus. Late response from business faculty regarding inquiries for a particular unit.

  • Quac Tran

Good school if you are white. But if you are anything else do not except any good scores. It was the case when I studied. And still the case after 3 years( my sister studying ) It is sad to see people getting good scores with substandard assignments and presentations because of the skin color ( no quality, no research, no referencing ). Only place a non white person can score good scores is written exam. Note: there are still 2 % of good teachers. So I am not saying every one is bad.

  • Shreeyanka Pradhan

One of the worst university I have dealt with. Very bad administration process, zero communication, the student support is of no help at all. You can't talk directly about a particular matter to the staff that is concerned with it. Takes months to reply an email. It took me 3 months to get a reply about my fee. I left the university after 1 semester and I am glad I did so. The one star is only for the professors there, otherwise the whole university is just so unmanaged.

  • Batoll G.

Abdullah thank you so much for helping me to resolve the issue with my accounts and viewing my offers! He's the best officer Victoria uni has! Very kind and helpful! And very much patient! Thank you He very much deserves a raise and compensation for staying with me that long to help! I'm not sure what his last name since there maybe alots of Abdullahs at Vic uni lol, I called at 4:44pm on 17th of October he stayed till 5:10pm to fix the issues, thank you again!

  • simran simran

Victoria's staff is awesome they are always willing to help the students. They treated the students in very good ways. I am not giving the one star beacuse of timing issues of online classes as I am a international student from India one of my class is at 3:30 am according to Indian tine zone which is very early in the morning. University should have to work on it they are giving classes according to their time wihtout concerning about other countries time zones.

  • Jacqueline Kaati

The university has terrible communication. I was the mentor teacher for a student completing her work placement back in 2022. The student has now completed her Teaching degree . I am still awaiting the payment for this and I have contacted the university several times with no reply. I do not suggest taking any students from this university as you will probably not be paid. Very disappointing, especially after all of the paperwork that I completed.

  • jimi jenko

Make sure to make copies and ask for all documents when you graduate as they tend to lose or atleast not keep student records. Happened to a couple of other students and myself where we can't get our records a few years later, and then tried to blame the students or state they failed even in the face of evidence showing we had passed our course. Other than that, easy to pass courses and low standards in a lot of the work so I was able to coast by.

  • Bee Bee

very poor. I could have had my degree by now, but since they changed the way they deliver their modules (block mode). I had to choose my work place over completing my degree. Attend uni 3x a week for 3 hours a day for 1 subject with over an hour drive each way? when I used to go in for 2 subjects 1x a week. i would not have been able to keep my job if i chose to stay at this uni. I now have to use my annual leave of 4 weeks to complete 1 SUBJECT.

  • Michaela Manioudakis

I had applied for a course at VU that starts in 2 days. Still waiting for an offer. Each time I have rung or emailed in regards to my application I don't get a real answer about when I'll find out of I get an offer or not. So it looks like I will miss this intake and when I asked about when the next intake will be I also didn't get an answer. Such a frustrating process and a stressful start to the year as I'm not sure what to tell my workplace.

  • Rashneel Kour

One of the worst university. No help, no reply to emails or calls. If you want to waste your time and peace of time, then you should join this university. I am literally going into depression and anxiety because of them. They don’t care about your emails or problems. For any query, one department keeps transferring you to another department. They don’t care about your efforts, money, time and hard work.

  • Panny Ng

Just an impersonal business , not an education .Putting money first in everything.Student studying first semester here ,this company adjust the tutor fee upon the course started and notified through their suck system which made student confuse. Also explained to the staff that their statement fell into junk box but finally they insist to debit AUD155 late payment fee with unreasonable reasons

  • Shihani

All the Lecturers I’ve had classes with (except for one lady) is seemed to be having paper qualifications but their minds are just a blank sheet. They aren’t helpful at all cannot directly answer any questions that are directed at them. The students are way more knowledgeable than them and the saddest part is the management doesn’t seem to care at all what happens in the classes..

  • Miele L

Friday spoken to the male staff in tafe section over phone about my past payment for the course, rude and unhelpful! Very unpleasant conversation and made me feel very uncomfortable! I also had similar past course payment matter with another university but their staff was very keen to help me and tried to sort the matter out. Now I know which University I will go in future!

  • Kevin Carlisle-Stapleton

Pretty good uni. Lots of course and subject variety and post grad study. Some of the building are a bit dated and in need of repair. Not a wide variety of food either in cafeteria. Teachers on the whole are pretty good and usually try and help you out. Student services and student administration is ridiculously difficult for no apparent reason. Parking is also difficult.

  • Omar Faruk

This is a bogus scam university teachers are racist they will treat you with their racism and they will fail you on purpose not uploading your results so you can pay them another semester fee and they will publish your results after you have paid another fee, a complete scam university please find other places if you really want education these people are scam artists.

  • Alex Wilding

A friend of mine is studying Bachelor of Dermal Science at Vic Uni. Watching the lectures and course material, it is clear that the teaching is of low quality. The lecturers generally have a poor understanding of science, and make little effort in preparing and presenting their material. I would caution anyone considering studying this course against attending Vic Uni.

  • Bihter Altuntas

A great time passed in this place in early 90s. Management wise, once you are out, they do not have any ties with you anymore. I still get newspapers delivered from another university I completed just after I graduated from VU. I guess that’s why the other is the best in Victoria. This place still have a bad reputation. Anyhow, you just continue riding I guess...

  • Dan K

Worst university period! I have studies at 4 universities, this place is a joke. Assignment information sheets were half completed, units felt as if they were unprepared, things were constantly changing and a lecturer (psychologist) actually said to a masters cohort that domestic violence against men doesn't happen. Disgusting. Avoid this place like the plague.

  • dave doyle

I started with Vic Uni because they stated that you can work while you study. I needed this as I have a mortgage. But a year in they have decided to change the structure of the classes. So instead of doing a 6 hour day twice a week, leaving me to work 4-5 days I get to do a 3 hour day 4 times a week. THE BLOCK UNIT DOES NOT WORK.

  • Liam O'Halloran

Love the university. Has plenty of amazing people that attend this university. The teachers are mostly friendly with the exception of a few. Public transport is close by which is great for those who have to travel a fare way to get there. Parking though now is expensive, but is rolling out the option of paying for 2 hour parking

  • Alan Milne

Unhelpful and careless. Had to struggle to get any progress. They didn't properly record my results, causing me to be enrolled in the same modules twice, and when I finished and they eventually sent my transcript, it was bent. They also haven't provided me with a certificate for my completed course. I would avoid at all costs

  • Marcus K

Tried to enrol in a cert IV class at VU. Went through the group interview process and all, only to never be contacted or given any information. After weeks of trying to figure out what was going on, I was told the course had already started. Terrible communication so I can’t imagine their courses would be run any better

  • jenomie ram

Absolutely disappointed on how they respond to students inquiries and so unbothered to fix the students issues. We have been trying to fix up a class which was enrolled incorrectly by a staff and been following up for ages and missing all the classes and when we call up all they do is put us on hold and hung up.

  • Carlos Islas

Worst and less organized university, i went there for an exchange program last semester and one of my grades was never uploaded. I called several times with no success at all either reaching my teacher or dor their staff that always said I had to wait amd “they will get back to me soon” which they never did.

  • Achievers Point

Victoria University is one of the largest and most culturally diverse education institutions in Australia. It is a dual-sector tertiary institution providing courses in both higher education and Technical and further education. completely a best place to study and gives you a bright career ahead.

  • Michelle Anderson

Its fine for them to be unorganised and have issues enrolling students and blame Covid however if a student has difficulties obtaining HCC due to Covid 19 and Centrelink challenges they dont care. Terrible service and if there was another course closer would have enrolled in that instead.

  • ROBIN SINGH

Anyone who wants to pursue higher studies in Australia never apply to this fraud university. They can't even keep themselves updated, I received rejection because they didn't complies Australian authorities and missed out a document which resulted in visa rejection of multiple students.

  • Ernst Schwab

Website and systems not user friendly, staff hand ball enquires, giving the impression they don't care. Some teachers lack knowledge with strong accents making it difficult to learn. My experience at VU wasn't the best. VU really need to improve their websites and student experience.

  • Sarah Matthews

Terrible organisation. Only let you know study schedule a week before course commencement. Lack of staff support. No one could find my study application and I had to show staff where it could be located on the website. Do yourself a favor and go to a different study institution

  • Patricia

I hear parking is horrendous at certain hours so be sure to come early if class hours. This uni is alright, lots of facilities and friendly lecturers, three different places for food/drinks and theres a bar downstairs. The priced for the food is way too expensive though

  • Tumas Agius

Not the best university. I appreciate the diversity of people and the committment of the staff, but if you can get into a different university, I'd go for it. Great view of Flemington Racecourse from the top floor of the library, if you're into that kind of thing.

  • kaylene kitty

I wish I had spent more time looking at the reviews of this school before deciding to come here on exchange. The most infuriating, stressful, unhelpful process of getting into courses that I needed. A huge lack of communication and

  • Britney Iskander

Would not recommend this university to anyone. VU have the most appalling and unprofessional organisational skills I have ever seen in a company. You are just a number and $$$$ to them they do not care about you or your education.

  • iris song

I received an offer with a scholarship of 20% tuition fee off. After taking this offer among offers from other universities, VU just sent me an invoice of FULL FEE payment? if you were me, how would you feel? SUPER DISAPPOINTED

  • Rislan Rifai

I have enrolled for cert 4 in cyber security and withdrawn straight away and never attended any classes they still charged me amenity fee and if I did not pay in time threatened me to pass my file to credit reporting agencies

  • Amy Amy Rose

Was thinking to enrol in vu but after long and boring conversation over phone with one of their staff regarding an information about the courses i woukd not recommend it and not interested anymore..unprofessional

You will always struggle to get through all the process in VU. They are very quick in sending email reminding you to pay, and extremely slow in responding your inquiry, until it get delayed to the next stage

  • Elizabeth F

Every year I think "there's no way they could irritate me more this year" and yet VU finds a way. Even leaving is hard, because my transcript request wasn't processed. VU is the embodiment of Murphy's Law.

  • Bajaj Bajaj

Very bad with student helpline, i am surprise like they sending everyone to see other staff member for further assistance and that other staff member send you again to another one …

  • Sultan G

Quick and easy acceptance process but when you fail courses for no reason it seems that they are interested in generating money more than anything else RUN AWAY FROM HERE

  • Natasha Piccolo

Worst teacher i have ever had for ther cert 4 in education support. They need to get new cert education support teachers. I have sent so many emails and no reply’s.

  • Soliman Aljarboa

great uni to improve your skills, the VU offers a range of workshops and seminars in order to encourage students to achieve their goals and increase their knowledge

  • Patrick Isla

Not an organised bunch. They don't even know how to forward emails. Withdrew from a course last year now they are asking about payments 6 months later...%^#! off

  • Om Kumayl

Really bad place they bring teachers who actually never done the course and they do not follow the time table instead of teaching for 4 hours one hour only.

  • John Zoso

Experiencing extreme frustration with the university’s inability to respond to a very straightforward fee inquiry, months have elapsed without a response.

  • DIKSHA SAGAR

Never ever file your application in this university such a waste of time to apply in this worst University....they reject genuine profile .....

  • Paige Cooper

Found the university great! Amazing atmosphere, lovely people. Parking is easier if you're there earlier, but after that the chances are slim.

  • Nguyễn Thị Cẩm Thu

My experience is super good with lecturers and friends. My lecturers in the College of Art and Education were very supportive and caring.

  • stan jovanovic

  • Jemerem Mazza

Great place, great people. One of the nutrition professors is legitimately one of the smartest people I know.

  • Semir Dedović

Doesn't stand for equality and doesn't set a good example for how historical events should be interpreted.

  • Chill Pill

In these hard times, how do you expect a student who does not have hecs to pay for the course 1k a month

  • Tahlia Davis

Need more parking - is ridiculous. Roof falls in when it rains. Teachers have no clue half the time

  • Rifat Rabby

Horrible student service and faculties. They won't even care if I die in campus. No replies.. Lol
