So I had a little run in with this guy! He tried tipping himself R100 for two coffees, when approached about this, he said there's nothing he can do about it and laughed I didn't think it was a joke and told him what he is doing is wrong and I want my money back, this guy continued laughing and told me that it is an error on the system that he cannot erase After a heated debate, his colleague took control and offered the R100 tip back to us along with an apology for mistake All the while the culprit is standing in the corner laughing Eventually security had to step in to stop any further engagement as the situation became rather heated Possibly the worse vida I have ever been too, the worse service ever received from vida and I have now opted to settle with Seattle Coffee Co Please see the pic below, still smiling!

I bought 2 brownies thinking it was fresh, just to get home and it being rock hard and dry - this was more than a day old and I am soo disappointed. Please refrain from selling old stuff at full price to your customers. Sorry, but won't be buying there again.

I have visited this Vida on many occasions either receiving mediocre service and overall experience. Today was the final straw, walking in to flies everywhere, food looking extremely stale, barrister gets my order wrong so redoes it but does such a sloppy job and goes back to her phone instantly. Really disappointing not being able to get great service in our own areas.

We love Popping into this Café, excellent Coffees & Chocolate drinks, healthy delicious Muffins & Puff-pastry Cinnamon twists & healthy Sandwiches! One of my favorite stops & it's 24 Hours day & night

I found that the staff at Vida e cafe to be friendly and outgoing. they had an amazing rapport with the clients. Regulars were greeted and asked if the wanted the same as previously. It was just a nice vibe. When I plced my order, it was done without fuss and within minutes I had my drink. I will definitely be back.

It's probably because it's located in Grassy Park that the place looks generally unclean. Not sure. Decent coffee though. **Typed while waving away flies

This is my java hangout. The concept of Vida E, is hip, happening and fresh. I always go to my Vida at Jaffer Motors Shell Garage in Grassy Park. I always order the Grande Cafe Latte. The chocolate croissant is always a must. I simply love it...

Food and cafe latte was good. The people need more skills to look happier and actually smile and reply to the customers. Both girls are adequate but need some skills to be attentive and look like they at least wanna help..stop looking sour..

I always have coffee here when working from home. It's a small one but the service and good and the coffee and snacks are great.
