We are completely new to caravanning and decided we needed some extras adding to our new caravan. The proposed additions from the dealer looked pricey, and we had no idea if it was competitive or not. We found voltz and spoke to jeremy who took time to review the work we were doing (over his weekend!) and recommended we go ahead with the dealer, advising us the prices were fair and also saying it made sense to fit during the build of the van. Great, honest, transparent advice…instead of trying to make a fast buck. I really appreciated their integrity!

We went to Sydney for a holiday and the bracket that held our awning up broke. Contacted Jeremy (who was away) and he did his best to get to our caravan and do the repair. Josh and another guy came to the park at about 6 pm and made the repair. They still had a 90-minute drive to get home. Absolutely great service - wish they had a branch in Melbourne.

Jeremy fitted us in at short notice as we are travelling Oz and finding serviceing hard to arrange during time in a place. So having them come to our caravan park was an additional real bonus!
