I have endured the worst experience here. I have not visited this cinema since being a child, paid for VIP seats as no recliner seats were available for this showing as it was the last showing of the night, although I’m still frightened from the unfortunate death in Star City recliner seats a few years ago. I had lost a very expensive personal item and reported it first thing, the manager said he will review footage and call me, even let me go and check the seats as no movie was showing till 10am and told me nothing has been handed in lost and found. He advised it was kiosk staff who quickly tidy up and no cleaners had been in. I didn’t receive a call, so went back later that day for an update and was rudely spoken by Fatima who claimed to be a manager until she didn’t agree with what I had asked and walked away like a child having a tantrum. She then called the manager, who didn’t advise his name or position until asked (Taz ops manager) who said I have rang Adil the morning manager and he said nothing was seen on cctv and nothing we can do. And my staff would not steal anything as there is more expensive items that have been handed in so they wouldn’t find it worth it to steal your item. And kept advising me of a list of things that have been found. No empathy or care five . Just that this a busy cinema and complain to head office and that they will ask him to review but he won’t because apparently Adil had already. This doesn’t give me great confidence or trust that cctv was viewed at all, as they both said cctv was reviewed tested ay when I kept saying I only reported it this morning not the day before. He didn’t want to continue the discussion and said he will call security to escort me, who came and said call customer services and asked the manager if he had given the details and kept saying it’s online and couldn’t tell me the procedure. The security guests was lovely and didn’t escort me out as I wasn’t creating the scene just the fact they didn’t want to deal with me or review the cctv which would have tell five minutes. They didn’t care other customers agreed with me or was watching us discussing. This issue is still ongoing and I didn’t receive the call as advised just fobbed off. I do believe it was stolen by a member and staff and now being covered up as the manager was so abruptly refusing to discuss the matter.

Booked to see a movie and when we arrived, after we had brought food and gone into the screen to find it empty with the lights on we went to speak to someone. Turns out they had technical issues and had cancelled it! Hadn't been informed of this via email (booked online) or when they scanned our tickets on entry. The manager handled it well and was very kind and accommodating, offered us a different film etc. but really it shouldn't have happened in the first place. This would have been a one star review if not for the wonderful management who were clearly dealing with a number of technical difficulties based on the queue at the desk. Its a shame as really we're out of pocket now as it wasn't a cheap journey up there for us and it was for nothing and the movie is no longer showing as it was a one off for an anniversary special so now we'll never get to see it in theatre. Tango Ice blast machines were also ALL down which was dissapointing as myself and I know many others go out of their way to go to a cinema that sells them. For all of the machines to be down is a tad ridiculous really and higher ups need to be putting better funding into this location clearly.

The good: it's a lovely clean, modern cinema with plenty of screens and the possibility of easily delivering a great experience. They also have plenty of sanitiser stations too. The bad: massive queues, hugely inefficient staffing, the ticket touchscreens charge you extra for using them and the parking, though free, is awful to get out of at peak: 10-20 minutes just to get out of the car park! COVID BAD: The touchscreens never get cleaned from one hour to the next, hundreds of people using them a day and no-one cleans them. The doors in to the movie screens could easily be left open with no noise or light issues but they keep them closed so everyone has to touch the door handles when coming and going including trips to the toilet. Worst of all judging from my experience today they're happy to pack us all in like sardines in a tin: 95% capacity! People were arguing and fighting over seating. Conclusion: Awful experience and shame on them for maximising profit over safety. Restrictions are relaxed sure, but let's not forget people are still getting infected and dying.

Been coming vue for years as it was a great price and nice cinema but this time I was nearly physically sick I went to the ice counter to order a sundae, ice cream was fine then she asked if i wanted sauce after she lifted up the lid where the sauce was about 10 fruit flies came flying put she looked at me in disgust but still put the sauce on my icecream then she lifted the lid where the chocolate pieces were yet again fruit flies came flying out she said "sorry about thats disgusting but still handed me the food and as a fool I accepted it but never ate it. Only thing I can say is she got me fresh chocolate pieces from the fridge but put it on top of the sauce that had fruit flies near it Then we went into the movie equaliser which is age 15 but there was a girl who looked about 5 and her brother about 7 watching the movie the whole movie not one member of staff came in. This place has gone downhill, dirty and old food and dirty toilets don't think I will be going again!!!!!!

I love going to the cinema. Not this venue though. £15 for tickets, £15 for a 'large combo'. Which comprises of a flat coke, day old popcorn, a £4 bag of £1 sweets/ chocolate. I am more than happy to pay for snacks at a premium at cinemas. Here, though, that is nowhere near worth it. BRING YOUR OWN SNACKS. The box office staff member was nice and polite. That were the 2nd star comes from. The staff serving at the snack bars were... slow, untrained, and unhygienic. We went for the 11:10 showing of The Marvels. Got there in the queue of 6 people for the above snacks, didn't get into the movie theatre until 26 mins past. Luckily, that was toward the end of the adverts. The seats were well used. Service level clean, a sweeping brush, and a vacuum have been used on them, but I can't say that they have been cleaned this calendar year with any confidence. I enjoyed the movie itself, but as soon as that was done, I had to leave. I will travel further away to go to the movies now.

Yesterday me and my family visited the vue and was disgusted by the state of the cinema room we were in our seats coverd in muck and popcorn also on the floor disgusting and completely not acceptable regardless of the seats you book .we paid for general 5.99 tickets this shouldn't mean sacrificing cleanliness . We then asked to be move to clean chairs and man at the desk gave is diffent seats also not very clean but better than the ones we were given first . We then had security tell us we had to move as they were someone else's seats when we told him we had been told by a meber staff that these weren't taken he was so rude and abrupt and no customerservice skills whatsoever! He then came back after checking thay we had been allocated these seats. No apology nothing . This was a vile cinema experience. We only sat through as my children had been so excited to watch this movie all year!

First of all I paid money paid vip seats for this dirty seats i m very regret and also your vue star city so very dirty cinema when i enter your screen 7 this is very dirty and very smelly plus all some food under the chair and popcorn on seats i think this cinema never cleaned for long time and. When I told your manger and they said cleanner come to clean and no one clean and then again go to ask your msg and your staff four cleanner been in screen and they didn’t job done properly plus food still on under the chair and popcorn still on chair specially on vip seat and I have a proof if u need and this is not expected for your guys and me and my wife never come your vue cinema and bin full and nobody change plus very weird smell coming on screen room this is very very bad services

  • S K

I have been going to Vue since I was a child however, overtime, I have observed the cinema has gone very downhill. The queues for snacks are ridiculously long to the point where you can miss the beginning of the movie. The quality of the food is also very poor and does not taste good anymore especially for the price you are paying. We booked the VIP seating at 7:99 per person, and upon sitting in our seats, we realised it was absolutely filthy with nachos all over the leather seating(please see images) Spoke to management who told us we must contact customer services. After speaking to Customer Service is to informed us we should’ve dealt with the issue at the cinema which we had tried to do. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service. I would never be going to Vue again

  • Narrindar Slatch

The food here is horrendous. I complain every time and I can’t believe they still haven’t sorted it out. The nachos portion is shameful for what they charge, the tray only has one compartment so the nachos get soggy if you’re having more than one dip. This occasion the cheese tasted like it was burnt, we tried to enjoy them but we couldn’t. I didn’t want to leave my film and come out to sort the food so I did it at the end. Apparently that’s not ok, they only offer a replacement rather than a refund. I don’t care how cheap the ticket it the food is awful, I go back hoping they’ve improved and taken a leaf out of Odeons book but sadly no! I hope I never have to step foot here again. Dump!

  • Dan Kirby

A good cinema. Relatively clean and pleasant. If like me you don't buy food at the cinema then it's an excellent price. If you do though, then it's really expensive and the queues are always huge because the staff seem to have no idea what they're doing. But it's a good place for watching a film which is what a cinema is for. Edit: Usually good but I went this week and our screen was out of focus. I told the staff and they seemed on top of it, others came to see and told me it would be sorted but it wasn't fixed by the end of the film. Didn't want to complain when it finished as it was late, so I did the next day I was told there was nothing they could do. Not great customer service!

  • Steve Jeffcoat

In total 6 of us in screen 14 watching killers of the flower moon. Good film. Standard seats a bit tired. Had to sit on a bunched up jacket due to collapsed cushion. One of the 6 audience members wrecked the experience by constantly rummaging in their bag, fiddling with food wrappers, eating with their mouth open, looking at their phone, (ringer on, but they only took one call) Left a load of mess for others to clear up (see photo) A nearby couple had to move because of the annoyance. Towards the end of the film the auditorium got too cold. This was our first cinema visit since COVID and it forcibly reminded me why buying a big TV was such a great idea.

  • Gill Lockley

This rating is based PURELY on the service I received at the snacks kiosk on Tuesday 31st Oct. The queue was growing, yet there was NO pace from staff. Other staff were busying themselves restocking serviettes. I was eventually served by a young girl who had the most disgusting attitude. I asked her for a drink and popcorn, she only served the drink then told me she hadnt charged me for popcorn. There are NO prices and no wonder, it was extortion! This girl clearly hated her job and life and someone needs to remove her from working in a customer facing role. Yes the tickets are cheap, but quality of service (and a clean cinema) are actually worth more.

  • Rachael Danks

Went there today, was organized chaos! One entrance into the cinema, two members of staff to scan you in, one too busy talking to their friends and one lady who was rushing around. The actual screen where we saw the movie was filthy, there was still rubbish and food still all over the floor. No point booking your seats as people just sit where the hell they want. The toilets were filthy, a mop left in the middle of the floor. Then when you went to wash your hands the water was burning hot! Will definitely not being going there again, and will be telling family and friends to stay away from such a dump of a cinema!

  • Bacardi James

Thank you, to staff member Ashma, I hope I've spelt that right. I haven't been to the cinema since before the very first Iron man, so was feeling pretty overwhelmed, especially when the place was packed with Barbie fans, we went to watch Elemental with my nephew this Saturday 4:15pm. She really went out of her way to make sure we were looked after, and gave detailed information on where we neded to be. I just wanted to point out that she went above and beyond in all aspects, she upsold products expertly, talked with my 8 year old nephew and was just incredible in delivering Guest Experience. Thank you

  • Jay Singh

Nice cinema with plenty of theatres/halls and somewhat comfortable seats. It is clean and tidy but the number available toilets is not enough in my opinion as you have to queue for a while if you go to the toilet during a film's interval as many others will also go at the same time. Tickets can be bought on the spot, or on their website and the app which is quite good and straightforward. I like coming here for the movies as it is in the Star city complex and there are other activities that can be done, which combined together can make it a day outing. Parking is free.

  • Shahnaz Hussain

Went Vue cinema last night. I booked tickets online. When I went to screen 25 our seats were dirty looked like it haven't been cleaned after the show .when we complained to manager.he said sorry all seats are booked can't give you any where near your chosen seats.he offered close to screen seats which we didn't want and we paid for where we was comfortable to watch. After arguing with him he offered us complimentary tickets aswell as seats in front of screen. I wasn't happy at all with Vue cinema cleanliness. And the service. Photo added check the seats.

  • Martyn Hood

Awful cinema. Just come back from a PG viewing with so many adults setting bad examples to their kids. There was an open fight between 3 families which ended up in food and drink being flung around the entire screen. Swearing C-bombs aplenty. So many people are on their phones which is distracting. People talking, I can forgive kids largely but if you bring a screaming baby to the cinema it is your responsibility to the baby and others to be considerate and remove it until it has settled. We've all decided Vue is not the venue for us.

  • Kam

Visited the cinema and got gold class tickets, very disappointed, you get no complimentary pop corn like you use to, which is not a big deal, but they separate snacks area for gold class was closed, and you have to wait is the very long queue downstairs. At the very least gold class customers should be provided with a separate snack area which would mean shorter queues especially for the price of the ticket. In short don't buy gold class it's not worth it.

  • matthew james

Such a shame that 20 ish years ago this Cinema was Cutting Edge, had all 30 screens in use and open and had THX sound in 3 screens, Todays equivilant would be having IMAX and maybe some other cutting edge technology such as 4DX and X Screen or even a VueXtreme Screen.... sadly they have allowed this cinema to rot and fall below much better cinemas such as Cineworld at the NEC & in the centre of Birmingham which both have IMAX even the Odeon has Isense

  • T

Went to watch Tenet but usually go to odeon luxe, at Vue none of the viewings were in their recliner seats which were a bit of a disappointment as I felt very uncomfortable in standard seats. Staff were friendly. And tickets were cheap, nachos I felt were overpriced considering the small portion size compared to odeon. The screen was okay, nothing special. Definitely wouldn’t recommend standard screen if you’re a regular at odeon luxe !

  • Ellie Doward

I loved going here on dates with my partner. it was so special to us and it always managed to keep things cheap because he is disabled and I was able to get a carers ticket however on this occasion they refused acsess to the cinema and security tried to escort us out despite we were willing to pay they were extremely ableist and belittling and it's safe to say we won't back here anytime soon. we will stick to going to Cineworld

  • Big G Reviews

Not good at all . Used to come alot but getting too expensive . We visited to see a movie with the kids. Tickets were £32 then a nachos and drink . A large popcorn and 2 kids small trays £36. Could of had a small holiday for the cost . Then the drinks were half empty and not slushy . With current cost of living won't be there again any time soon . But was treat for kids as we had a gift card to use . Thanks for reading

  • Adnan Mehmood

Visited Star city with friends, and watched Equalizer 3.We loved the Movie and good time in Cinema. It was late night show ,so parking was Not a problem at all.We enjoyed our snacks too. Seats were comfortable, we booked VIP seats which was a good choice for us.Felt hungry after watching Movie so there is Macdonald too so we had late night food too. We will vist VUE again .Recommended for families as well.

  • Jenny Bowley

The tickets are cheap but that’s about the only positive. The staff are always slow and look half dead most the time, they never smile, never say thank you, just look put out if you dare to ask them anything. The toilets are disgusting, they’re never cleaned and always stink. The only reason we go is the price of the tickets is cheap compared to broadway plaza that charge nearly double the price

  • Amy Akhtar

It’s a decent cinema and the snacks are nice but kind of expensive. The reason why I’m only giving 3 starts is because of the lady who served me at the box office part today, she didn’t know how to use the Vue app and it was as if she couldn’t see there was 4 tickets saved on there not 1. It was frustrating, please train your staff on how to use the app otherwise what’s the point of it!

  • xx_storm _XX

You get what you pay for! Theres nothing WRONG with this cinema, the hot dogs are a bit watery if I'm honest, the rooms are cold, the chairs a bit stiff and hard and the looming reminder that someone passed away in there.... But it's the cheapest cinema and there's nothing wrong with the screen quality or audio so take a cushion and save the £££ by going to Vue Birmingham

  • Sandeep Chahil

I do prefer the option of tiered pricing for seats, so you can vary your total spend just by choosing slightly more expensive or cheaper tickets. Being a multiplex there's always a lot on throughout the day which is great. However I do find there is a massive variance in screen sizes, the largest screens are huge, but I have ended up in a small space on occasion too.

  • C Smith

Price for tickets seemed OK (might have been because it was a Sunday that we visited). The cinema room wasn't the most clean... stained blue carpets, room didn't smell the most fresh (and not due to a food smell), the VIP seats don't recline and so although a slightly more posh seat they were still uncomfortable. Nice to visit the cinema for a decent price though

  • sutej

Easy to get to with plenty of free parking spaces. Good value cinema tickets, but the trade off is a poor experience in the cinema with staff not checking tickets so anyone can get in, people fighting over cinema seats and even vaping during the screening. Its better to pay more to go somewhere else, avoid the natives and have a better experience.

  • Tom Wise

Apart from the extortionate prices on the food, I paid extra for screen 17, with recliner seating, only to find my seat was broken. Seat E7 Screen 17 does not work at all. This ruined my experience as both my daughter and girlfriend spent the next hour and a half laughing at me. Well done Vue. Terrible value for money. Will not be returning.

  • Mariam Hamid

Went to view Avatar:The way of water on Christmas Eve with my daughter. Besides huge screen, the atmosphere was good.Food is expensive but is A one. Loved the big spacious VUE cinema.Got our 3D glasses very easily and the whole staff was very polite and respectful. Will definitely recommend VUE if you love to watch movies on HUGE,BIG screens.

  • Tee S

The price difference between this cinema and odeon, empire etc is good for those on a budget. For 2 adults and 2 kids it was around £30 for tickets whereas odeon was coming up to £60+ The only issue is it’s not as clean & the line for the snacks is ridiculous. They should be able to offer snacks & drinks at the Ben and jerrys side too.

  • Istanbul

Long line to get tickets and only one counter open isn’t very sensible. Also prices for food and drinks could be better the mark up must be way over what they’re paying. If you want to watch the start of the film get to the cinema early because the queue for the tickets are long then the queue for snacks and drinks are longer.

  • Tinisha Fuller

I'm giving 5 stars cause its cheap and cheerful here. However, with how long it's been about they need to spend money on a refurb and get much more comfortable seats that aren't cramped up together and have more space and leg room. The VIP seats don't feel any better, they don't recline and aren't anywhere near comfortable.

  • Chris Hibbert

I went to see Sound of freedom i booked cinema 15 seal c8 the and this was not fit for seating. When i spoke to Ryan (manager)he apologised 0ffered me a different seat and also gave me 2 complimentary tickets to watch another show this complaint was well handled and quickly dealt with. Excellent work and well done to Ryan.

  • Navtej Harrish

It was the worst experience ever! the staff are awful, they lack customer service. The management needs training. I've witnessed many scenarios where the manager has handled situations and added fire to fire, making the situation even worse I don't feel safe taking my child to this venue at all. stay clear, I say.

  • roxanna aziz

Although the queue was long, there were several servers and went through quickly. Very clean and friendly staff. Only negative was that food( snack boxs) were quite expensive. ( best to arrive atleast 20/30 minutes earlier if you want to watch the trailers.) Took us 20 minutes to get through the serving line.

  • Robert van Vaardegem

Cinema with 30 screens to allow for a big movie selection and lots of different show times. Tickets are very cheap at all times of the day (£4.95 at time of writing this review). Parking is usually easy to find as well and it's free. It's open till late too to fit in with nearly anyone's schedule.

  • vaibhav ranjan

A good place to be for movie. The screen and seatings are normal but the location is vibrant. They have got lot of eating places like nandos, pizza hut subway and many restaurants as well. Plenty of entertainment, food and enjoyment. It takes 20 minutes from Birmingham new street to the location.

  • Mariya Hussain

My first experience at vue cinema was Amazing!!!! The customer service from Belo was great!!! He was very helpful, with a positive enthusiastic attitude and he made the experience a whole lot better and enjoyful!!! We loved our experience here at Vue especially with members of staff like Belo!!!

  • olugbenga oyatokun

The front row seats are just horrible indeed. There's no need to put seats there and make money out of them. I book those as the only ones available although slightly cheaper but came back home after a 2hour movie with necklace and eyesore. There should be regulations for these sort of things.

  • Olaotan Opakunle

Nothing much to complain about. What works here are the basics that you'd expect at most cinemas. Decent seating arrangements, good space, viewing rooms are always clean when you go in, and the foods available are really good. Wish they'd show fewer advertisements before each movie though.

  • A4RON

The cinema waiting times were exceptionally long because people were ordering food and drinks at the same time, this could be resolved with a separate section for snacks. In the cinema the seats were very comfortable however the lights didn’t switch of during the duration of the film.

  • Shetha Al-Dargazelli

In stage 7 the cushions of the chairs at the back (most preferred) are in poor condition and need to be replaced. If you are sitting for couple of hours to watch a movie you need a comfortable and good cushioned chair. I had to move few chairs to find one with some leftover cushion.

  • Jane

Lovely cinema with great ticket prices. Food and drink are on the pricey side but that's the same everywhere. The cinema itself is clean and the staff are polite. Seating is comfortable, and the recliner seats are definitely worth the money if you want a more comfy experience.

  • Pete Simpson

Not the best quality of screen image, Solihull where unusual go because that's where I live is a better quality image on the screen, the image was dark. The popcorn was okay, but putting dry onions on the hot dog (yes dry onions) is just terrible, stop selling the onions.

  • Bhupinder Singh

Came here to watch Gadar 2 in Gold class really enjoyed watching this Indian movie very impressed. Was a bit emotional but the message clearly that is put across a message that all communities to get on whether Hindu, Muslim and Sikh which I believe is needed these days.

  • Haji K

Film went out of sync (sound and visuals) had to go out and call a member of staff and then the film was stopped and restarted but wouldn’t resume with sound. Wasted an evening and simply told we’d get a refund. I would recommend going to any other cinema than this!

  • Kiren

Clean, comfy seats we paid for VIP. This just meant nicer seats not reclining or anything else extra but was decent for the price of £7.99. Queues for food were incredibly long so waited a while but overall good experience. Toilets nice and clean too. Free parking

  • phillip Byrne

You get what you pay for. Pay a little more to get a more comfy seat and a better experience with sound. Get a cheap seat feel uncomfortable and possibly have a seat which has damage to the fabric. I would advise avoiding the small screens as they can be very loud

  • Rebecca Liq

Not an experience I enjoyed but each to their own. It's expensive enough to go to the cinema without finding you've been allocated dirty grimy seats and staff not cleaned properly after the last showing. The money they make there is definitely no excuse for Grime

  • shahruf hussain

Screen was decent but don't get me started on the snacks selections. These lot rinsed me with a £1 crisp packet with some cheese and salsa dip for £14! Should not never have cost more than a fiver. Don't buy their nachos and popcorn weren't that great either

  • Abdul Mohid

One of the best places to watch movies it's always better to book online so you get your seating was slightly annoyed because I ordered large nachos and people with ordered regular and got more nachos but nevertheless I've never not enjoyed myself

  • Raheel Shaban

They run an inefficient system. You queue twice. Once for tickets. And again for popcorn. No ticket machines. Expect to wait for ages and come well in advance. I’m writing this from my first queue. Buying tickets. Long queue, only two staff.

  • M Imran

The good thing here is that there's plenty of showings for different movies so you can watch a movie at a time that suits you. There's a showing every half our to an hour for the popular films and there's plenty of parking. But the reason

  • Tammy Beckett

Only really went because we had free tickets. Abit confused by the different seats. Would have been better if all the seats were the same. The decent seats are closer to the screen. Which I didn't know because we hadn't really been there

  • Arjun Bali

Had a wonderful experience here! VUE gives a great cinema experience through the sounds and screens. The snacks are expensive though and they've increased the price of their seats! But overall, it was great and its my regular cinema.

  • Javaid Asghar

Vue cenima has aggressively cut down on their Popcorn box sizes . It shows how actively they are helping Joe public to cut down on daily calories intake . It would have been better if the price should have been reduced , too . …

  • Khushi Ibrahim

Watched a late show. And there was popcorn, drinks, ice cream all over the seats. Staff didn't bother to clean up before movie started. I dont see the point of booking seats that will be filthy. Regular occurrence at starcity

  • Theodora A

Great. They have a large variety of movies. Snacks are expensive but that’s a given for cinemas. There were some recliner problems and sounds issues but staff was helpful and fixed them swiftly. Great worth for the price

  • The1YouLove 2Hate

Stupid customer service. I ask for a refund due to recliners not working during my showing and what they say contradicts what managment said to me. Currently going through complaints but they are reluctant to refund me

  • Jasbinder Singh

Vue cinema is a Good cinema with comfortable seating with drink holders, the Stereo sounds are very Good. Good facilities & ok food & drinks, Good car parking & plenty of different food places to eat!

  • NASRA

Not enough staff at the concession stand the queue was ridiculous I nearly missed the beginning of the movie and don't get me started on the price for kids it cost me £15 for me and my 3 year old son.

  • Only The truth (Only the truth)

Vue Cinemas is a cheap and cheerful cinema. However, they need to be cleaned thoroughly… it’s a sticky mess on the floor and seats! But because of the price and the location I will give it four stars

  • Gurminder Singh Dhahan

Cinema was clean and tidy. Watch out for queues for food and drinks before the films..bit slow, especially when you know there's a few films going on. Put more people on to get the queues down...

  • Harleen

The queues are terrible, the seating area wasn’t clean, people were sneaking into the screening and making a lot of noise which ruined the film for us. Big spacious cinema but very unorganised!

  • KAPIL KUMAR

Everything is good except their restaurant, workers walk like turtles , they don't think people spending money on movies not for standing in the queue waiting for stupid popcorn . …

  • Bishal Basnet

Ticket prices are cheap but the food and drinks are very expensive as i had to buy a bottle of water 600ml for £3 and large soft drinks for £4.45 i was a bit shocked with the prices.

  • HAZAR CHIMERA

Disgusting service. Went to watch a movie. The seats were not cleaned properly, and they still had popcorn on seats. Babies crying through the movie. Will not be going back there.

  • Majid Hussain

Best place to go to watch a movie. Massive screens with comftable seating. The food we wanted before watching the movie ( doritos with hot cheese ) was perfect . 10/10 service

  • Andy Lane

Place is an absolute tip. Rubbish piling up, massive queues at the food counters, no staff around to tell us if we could go in to the cinema after it had been cleaned .Awful.

  • Adam Stone

Cheap cinema tickets and decent choice of food. Seats were not comfortable unless you upgrade to VIP for just a pound but they only have a few and it get very busy.

  • Stuart

Excellent value for money here and nice seating. Sometimes the clientele can be a bit hit and miss but generally is ok. Security fast to react to bad behaviour!

  • G Man

Really empty at first show! How I like it 4 in the screen . Staff could do with being friendlier and helpful. Drinks machine awful sprays everywhere bad design.

  • susan tabberner

Really nice place to go but trying to watch the film that was paid for wasn't very good because other ppl in the cinema was talking and laughing all the time.

  • Diane Burge

Took our grandchildren to see Trolls Band Together, all thoroughly enjoyed it. Seats comfy and you can lift the arms up to give more space to us big people!

  • Scott Earp

Staff EXTREMELY Rude especially Mohammed. I will be going to their head office after an appalling incident today. Vile. Stay clear go to Cineworld instead.

Affordable tickets, huge screens with big rooms so lots of seating availability. Food as always pricey but pop corn and drinks are part of the experience!

Vue cinema is nice. The nachos with the sauces are amazing. I come here at least twice a month with my wife. Start city is great for games and pool too.

  • Emma Foskett

We had a bit of a wait for food, but it was a very busy evening. we got there early, which is always best. The staff were friendly and very helpful

  • Arshad Hussain

Excellent cinema good choice off snacks but they take too long in starting movies. Start time was 1.30 didn't start till 2.07 now that's annoying.

Smelly place!! Went there for punjabi film… we pay 14 pound for gold cinema and when we entered the hall it was so smelly!! Very disappointed

Latest Movies on the Largest Screens in 7.1 Dolby Surround sound. Plenty of Car parking spaces. Number 66 Bus Service from Birmingham.

  • Yasumy V

Cheap prices, hence the 5 star. Overall though, could be a lot cleaner and looked after better. Staff have always been friendly.

  • Amon 81

Nice cheap prices. Only has 2 issues, the car park can be full. And the service for any food and drive can be stupidly slow.

  • PGSFRONT Entrevistas

Cheap and covinient. Is a bit far but you save a lot on tickets. Drinks are no refillable even though the adverts say that.

  • sam malik

Nice, clean, comfortable cinema. we've really enjoyed coming to see movies at an affordable price! Loads of free parking.

  • matthew dawson

Terrible que times, how do these cinemas take 5 mins to serve 2 cokes and a hotdog. Ffs maccies do it in like 30 seconds

  • amanda mcdonald

Toilets no tissue paper and screening 27 at 8pm full of popcorn obviously not cleaned. At 8pm told to exit for cleaning!

  • Hassan Raja

Good prices and good environment. Although the prices of snacks are a little higher but I think that's understandable.

  • Abeer Irshad

Cinema is great, but food is too expensive. I mean hell lot of expensive, but movie tickets are very well affordable.

  • Alex Hunter

Great time watching paw patrol. Cinema was clean and well kept, just the food prices that were really steep!

  • Michael Campbell

First time going and i liked it there are plenty of places to eat and things to do and the parking is free

  • Pashtun Channel

A great place to take the kids too. Everything served up here but it’s not cheap and the portions are weak

  • Linda Witter

Seating needs to be replaced now...not comfy at all and I find the sound much higher than other cinema's

  • Ahmet Kedee

There is a free car park , a lot of options for the kids. The restaurant are quite good there as well.

  • Richard Pugh

I really like this cinema as it's a lot cheaper than the cinema world. Never go anywhere else now

  • Jon Wilde

Much better value than some other cinemas & different classes of seats/prices in most screens too

  • Dilpreet Shetra

Cinema is good but needs to get the recliners working as one wasnt working at all and one did..

  • Annmarie Edgington

Seats are comfy considering it's so cheap to come any day. Always come here, lots of screenings
