It tastes like water and also you can’t get a refill I get really thirsty so yea and also the bathroom, overall it’s good and usable unlike other places and also the part that me and my daughter love is the seats , they are so so so so so good and comfortable I could stay there forever but another thing is that the tickets are never available and the only tickets available is the bad rooms I love the big rooms and all the rooms I feel like the workers are so talkative to each other and always know what’s going on wherever they are such a good service and they provide everything so so so quickly like in 1 minute or even less they have your order!! Overall it’s so good the best I highly recommend if wanting to watch a film with amazing popcorn and amazing seats!!"

I bought some food to take in like everyone else only that my food was in my hand and I was refused entry. There was no signs visual to customers then I was pointed out at A5 to A4 sign on the wall as you enter where they take tickets to let you in on a brown paper. Absolute nonsense. The movie had already started and I had to sit outside and eat the food that I bought. The workers there were very unconsiderable and would not let me take my food through but when I went in the whole crowd were enjoying the same food that I bought from across McDonald's! Big boards should be put up to let everyone know outside food is Forbidden this is double standards. We were celebrating a birthday but we want aware and I asked a few other people around nobody was aware that food was not allowed bought from outside.

Staff can't even make a coffee ora tea. The guy got it so many times ,I asked for a BREAKFAST TEA & A LARGE BLACK COFFEE WITH SWEETNERS, I got a large cup half full.. he said that's the way it comes out of the machine, so make another and add it together. But it was put in a large cup. Good thing I took lid to see it half full , then he made the breakfast tea , I had to ask for milk , he asked if I wanted sugar, I said no, so he added sweetners, omg!!...I didn't ask for any sugar or sweetners. That was for the black coffee , then he added milk to the black coffee with no sweetners this process took at least 20 minutes, he either didnt listen or he dont understand what's being said to him...he deffo needs retraining.. . Film was good tho. Wish I had filmed it.

This cinema was great even before it got an upgrade but the upgrade honestly made it so much better. The seats are spacious and comfortable and sometimes it doesn't even feel like you have people sitting beside you. I found the screen rooms clean every time I went. I did get a scare last time I went because the movie was scheduled for 8am and the cinema was literally closed off until 8am on the dot so that confused me and others that were there for the movie. Online it also said the cinema opens at like 10am. For that reason I'm only giving it 4 stars. Maybe open the cinema a few minutes beforehand so that people don't end up leaving thinking the cinema will stay closed off and they lost their money.

People.serving at till.are a little slow and not as attentive as they should be. You have to preordained at the front in the touch screens and then take your order recipes to the people serving. Not sure of the benefits if any doing it this way. Never experienced the reclining seats at vue and was really impressed. Electric recliners and even reclined people can pass. Love the tables that are in front to place your food and drinks. Parking is covered if viewing a film and can be validated which is a great bonus. Clean toilets that don't stink. Good experience overall.

The seat are super comfortable and I love the fact that you can rise the bottom part of the harmchair to lift your feet. But I didn't give 5 stars for the following reason. • During the advertise before the movie starts the volume is to loud, I had to put some paper tissue in my ears because I couldn't andle the pain that the sounds was causing me. Not joking here. • The prices for pop corn and drink are off the chart, no wonder people take food and drink from home. That's not good. The rest was a really good experience and we enjoy our movie. Really confy.

The cinema is well situated with plenty of helpful staff. The screen I visited had comfortable seats, with the sound at a reasonable level and so far a pleasant experience. However, the cinema toilets were somewhere between appalling and utterly disgraceful. Just on the basis of that, the place should be shut down. I am not in a position to judge whether the local clientele comprises of neanderthals, but if the cinema is aware who their customers are, they should ensure regular inspections to provide hygienic facilities.

I had a dreadful experience at Vue Cinema this Monday. The staff was utterly useless, providing zero customer service. If no one is available at the counter, be prepared to play hide-and-seek with the staff just to get assistance. To add to the chaos, a curly-haired staff member was busy having arguments with colleagues, making the atmosphere even more unpleasant. When I finally approached him for service, him and his female colleague casually told me to wait there, as if my time was of no value.

I visit this cinema quite often. The selection of movies is quite good with the new releases, kids' programs as well as foreign cinema. The ticket price goes from £8.99 to 10.99 (on-line or via app). The refreshments are a little bit pricey but on a occasion of visiting the cinema it's still fine. Beware of uncivilised, selfish and inconsiderate visitors talking, checking their phones every 3 minutes, and making a noises with wrappings of their snacks.

Absolutely poor customer service from yosha. yosha made assumptions and profiled me and my family when approaching for assistance with bookings made online. Yosha was very rude and confrontational. Seemed as though she did not like our appearance Thank you faz for being considerate and handling our situation with understanding and efficiency! Heads up after 10pm if you look under 18 you will be asked for ID. Although not stated on the website.

Excellent cinema, with VIP reclining cushioned seats with cup holders and trays for food included as standard with all £9 tickets. On occasion, the projectors break, and all visitors are offered 2 free tickets for entry into any film. This seems to happen more often on weeknights, so try going on the off-peak hours to have the entire cinema for you and your friends and also maximise your chances of 2 free cinema tickets.

My friend and I went to see Aquaman. Sadly my seat did not recline hence not receiving the full experience of my luxury viewing. As the film had commened I did not want to disturb the other patients. I spoke to the manager on duty Najib who apologised and addressed the situation and issued complimentary tickets for the inconvenience. Customer service at its finest. Thank you Najib you are an asset to the Vue

Nice comfortable, reclining seats gives you a feeling of being in your own sitting room. You can get food on the way in as you buy or pick up your ticket, and if you don't wish to take food in, there are many places to eat within and just outside the shopping centre. The movie experience was really good and the cinema was clean. The staff was also helpful and professional. Will definitely go there again.

  • Nigel Charlemagne

Watched Aquaman 2, got to our seatsand my friends recliner wasn't working, and you know when you are enjoying your movies and you can't recline it spoils the experience, the manager was very apologetic and to me customer service is so important, we felt heard, so vue cinema we will be seeing you again, thanks you for that great example of customer service.

I visit this cinema quite often! Always clean (for me, Ik others have had dirty experiences) however last night in screen 2 I noticed that the exit sighn by the entrance is VERY distracting as its incredibly light! While i understand exit signs visibility is important, the job could have been done with a glow-in-the-dark sign.

  • zia syed

Got loads of screens, friendly team. I go there regularly, so I noticed that the evening screening halls are not properly cleaned all the time and seats are dirty with mostly pop corns . Further the price after covid which was £6 was now increased a lot with different amounts based on the rows of the screens.

Always a pleasure to sit back and enjoy a good audio-visual experience. Pity everything is now less personal. You have to use the paybooths to order everything then go to an attendant to get you ticket and refreshments(then go to another machine if you ordered soft drinks). What a rigmarole.

Been recently to a movie and the guy behind the till told me he can’t touch the beer because is a muslin…… no offence but why is he working to a place where is serving alcohol ? Go and clean do something else but don’t put me to wait 5 minutes for someone else to do your job.

  • ben kiff

Horrible service which took ages, there was absolutely no organisation at the tills on who was using what til they did nothing about people disturbing the movie either. Only reason it's got a 2 star not a 1 is because the recliners are awesome. I won't be going back.

  • Shoaib Cheema

A big thank you to Faizan who served us at popcorns till with extreme politeness and respect even though I wasn't polite enough. Recliner chairs has made me quit Cineworld monthly membership and I don't see me going back to them unless they do something really big.

  • Jay Patel

Their customer service was terrible. We were sent pillars to post to buy ice creme and we met with an absolute disgusting attitude from manager. 25 minutes to get ice cream and manager refused to serve when we complained after going to three different places.

  • Sherene “becky” Putus RAB

My friend and I took our friend's children to the movie it was as expected. The children were excited. The theatre was clean the reclining chairs was a bonus very relaxing had a whale of a time..Overall a nice place for weekend outing⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ …

Cinema was absolutely FREEZING. Ruined the whole experience as it was so cold. Told a staff member and they done absolutely nothing. Will never be returning and don’t recommend to anyone unless you want to become ill from watching a film.

  • Jass V

Seats are comfortable mainly because they are all VIP ones! Screen and sound quality is good. Service at the food/drink bar can be improved. Got served by a guy who was just simply grumpy. Well it didn’t put me off on enjoying my movie.

  • Vineet Jain

The seats are very comfortable and spacious, with reclining features and plenty of legroom offering a luxurious and comfortable experience for the viewers. The sound quality is superb and creates a surround sound effect in every corner.

  • Varun Kumar

Vue cinema has many screens with lots of national and global movies to play including the animation movies. It's in the St. Georges shopping centre. The cinema offers food and drinks as well. In addition to the shopping centre toilet

  • Angey Cummins

Beautifully clean toilets & everywhere else , helpful & friendly staff. Great quality screen, comfortable seats, the ads before the film a tad long. And the sound on the film was rather loud, apart from that; I had a lovely time.

  • Abheeth Podinilame (abheeth_lokuayya)

I really enjoyed this film Napoleon , and my experience at Harrow on the Hill VUE exceeded expectations. The venue's comfort and spaciousness provided an exceptional cinematic visit. I look forward to returning in the future.

  • Peter Harrison

It's easy to book online using their website and the cinema itself is clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable. I've seen many films there over several years which says a lot.

  • Rajesh Sohanta

Booked seats online, as you can see these are sofa comfy recliner seats screen not as big as you would expect, but so worth it. Chill out for a few hours with a beer …

  • Judith Farms

Family of 6 visited Screen1. Seats were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of leg-room, Reclining Seats OK, except 4 out of the six were broken, and didn't recline

  • Sofia Pountney

Cinema has had a major upgrade over the past 10 years and is now one of my favourite spots. Love that all screens are recliner for such an affordable price

  • M R

Amazing seats ✅ Cold food allowed in✅ Hot food not allowed ❌ Free parking ✅ (Free parking in the same building as Vue, St George's, from 6:30pm (if you

  • Rajiv Saraiya

Good reclining seats. The theatres are clean. The sound system is good. Best of all, you can claim 4 hours of free parking in St George parking.

  • M Ferns

This VUE cinema is excellent. I love watching movies here compared to Cineworld. They offer FREE 4 hour parking when you watch a movie here.

  • Coltzescu Andrei

Is a good cinema and the staff was helpful but they still need to improve the cleaning a bit. Big seats and comfortable with a nice table.

  • Akash Shah

Good cinema many good size screens reasonable value for money especially with many special offers

  • Aarushi Kashyap

Seats could be cleaner, but overall quite a big Cineplex with good food and drink options

  • Srikanth Nettam
