I came here for the first time in about 15 years yesterday to watch the new Saw movie (which was decent, worth a watch if you haven't already) to be greeted by a hold up in the queue.. The woman working there (Somalian I think?) Was more interested in talking about Snapchat and gym workouts with someone rather than doing her job. A younger lad, Cypriot heritage I believe took over and I can't commend him enough. He served someone before myself, then myself all whilst the daft woman was talking about work out plans rather than doing her job. He was very helpful and deserves praise from management for not only good customer service but picking up the slack of his incompetent colleague. My only other complaint is that the popcorn was stale & burnt. But I didn't want to deal with the long queue that had since formed. Probably won't return again. I'm only giving this 3 stars due to the fact the lad who served us was brilliant at his job. If it wasn't for him it'd be a 1*

I went alone, I reserved a VIP seat, the film "killers of the Flower Moon" it was the day of the films release ( I love Di Caprio & De Nero so, it was a MUST SEE for me). Unfortunately, due to the place not being sold out, the ushers were telling ppl, myself included, to sit where they liked. Herein lies the problem. Having reserved and paid for my particular seat. Behind me was a group of 5 who on entry I overhead saying "Well, he said we can sit anywhere," SO!!! THEY SAT BEHIND ME, which is no complaint in, itself however; they proceeded to talk throughout the film, munch LOUDLY on their foodstuffs, put their feet on the chairs in front of them so, NEXT TO ME!!! And, basically, they took the enjoyment out of the film and the experience for me. If I could have rated this a minus....I WOULD HAVE!

Such a lovely guy - carnello not so much - should definitely get a new manager - maybe make Adam the manager

At Vue cinema in W12 you get to watch the best films at a lower price than the cinema in Westfield. You also save time because this theatre in Shepherd Bush square is smaller. At the ground floor there are several low cost shops to buy snacks and drinks. At the end you save plenty of money here. The place is clean, toilets in the main corridor at the entrance, no queues and very relaxing.

It's ok, not too bad, not very good. First time I went to this cinema and when show started the screen was blank, I mean you could hear but not see.. We had to call a member of staff to fix the problem. Gladly after a while he fixed it and the screen was on, just in time for the movie to start. Fortunately we just missed the ads. Not very fond of the ads anyway... Staff is friendly

this is my favourite cinema in london. Yes it is a little bit scruffy around the edges (specifically the carpets) but it's got a retro vibe that i LOVE and also super relaxed and chilled atmosphere which is exactly what i want when i go to watch a film! Also WAY less busy than westfield and much less complicated- also there's a poundland downstairs so get your snacks there!

I must say that watching movie in Vue shepherd Bush is experience of its own. Finding parking near by can be challenge. You have two option either parked on the side roads after 8pm or park in Westfield and you can walk from there. There might be onsite parking as well but never tried.

Had to leave before the film, place was out of control, the staff are not in charge! Place needs a police presence. The fire alarm went off twice while standing there, no air-conditioning, and the que was a joke. People just walked to the front and then got in!

Regular cinema, tends to be a little less busy and a little more expensive than its sister cinema in Westfield. Ideally would suit a "Luxe" type rebrand to differentiate itself, but until then it'll do.

Me and my daughter went to see Saltburn... the whole experience was spot on it was close to the tube station, the seating was very comfortable and the screening was excellent. We will be going again.
