Manager Steve was extremely rude to my friend who tried to return a book through no fault of her own (fault in book printing, pages missing) to the point where he left her in tears. Made misogynistic comments such as “why did your job keep you on” and “go buy makeup with this voucher then”. Absolutely terrible customer service and me and my friends will all be boycotting this shop. I’d give 0 stars if I could
