I originally left a 4 star review, and I am back to change that to 5 stars. It’s a long story but I’ll explain. I originally removed 1 star for this reason: On 9/13/2023, I visited WS for the first time. I used my credit card to pay for the both of us, and for both of $75 deposits that was required at the time. We also had food and drinks. I was explained that the deposit would be returned within 2/5 business days. I’ve never had to do that anywhere else but I had heard so many great things about it here so I obliged. I had such an amazing time that I actually wanted to return on the 4th day, not even a week after my last visit. The deposit from the week before hadn’t been returned yet. I returned and spoke to a manager and asked her if it would be okay for me to pay in cash only moving forward. She was kind and understanding and assured me that cash would be okay. I paid everything in cash that day and have returned several times using cash only for the deposits and whatever services and food I have. So with the original charges, on the 5th day, the deposits vanished from my charges, but so did the charges for the 2 access passes and the food we purchased. (Like $365 in charges. Gone and returned to my account.) Then on Oct 1, the charges hit my account again as if like they did their credit cards in month batches. So I was charged for the food and services literally over 2 weeks later. This caused a lot of chaos for my bank account. And it’s the only reason I removed a star. I’ve returned several times, including yesterday. As of yesterday, they no longer require a deposit, and I was told that they have heard us. So with the story out of the way, let’s get down to the facility. It’s incredible. I spend 7-8 hours there. The onsen pools are so beautiful. I’m in love with the Turkish hammam room and could spend hours in the salt room. I love the size of it here, at the times I’ve gone, it was never crowded. There are so many rooms to explore, pools to swim, lounge chairs to relax. It’s the kind of place you can spend all day in. My former favorite spa was very very small, and there is no place to just relax there without being on top of each other. Every time I have visited, I’ve gone to the venik platza ritual demos and have so much been wanting to try this experience full on. It seemed like it could get intense. Well yesterday, I finally did! I had my venik massage with Serge. It was the most amazing experience possibly of my life. The massage was the most intense and incredible experience of my entire life. It gets intense, it’s gets hot and vigorous. He put an ice cold cloth on my head. That felt amazing. He seemed to alternate between smacking and deeply patting the leaves into my body. After the full body venik massage, we went into the cold plunge for 10 seconds. After that, he brought me to a set of showers where one was ice cold and one was hot as hell. In the hot one, he massaged my head and neck and then turned me around and doused me in “buckets” of freezing water from this shower thing. We went back and forth with that about 4 times. He gave me some cold water, and brought me into the salt room, where he laid towels down for me to sit on and then covered me in towels. “Relax now.” Relax I did. I had already been there for several Hours before the venik, and afterwards all I really did was relax in the salt room and Infared sauna. One more trip to the jet pool. I came home and slept like I never have in my life. I feel like I woke up in a new body. The stress in my body feels like it melted away. I’ve made WS my home now, and go every other week. So sorry to my former favorite spa, move over because world spa is here and it’s here to stay. There’s only one thing I’d like to see improved. Phones. “No phone signs” not enforced. Many photos probably have been taken that have my rear end in the background. It’s beyond me why anyone would want to go to a spa and then be on the phone the whole time. That aside, I am already dreaming of my next venik ritual.

I was invited by one of my bestfriends to come here as a Galantines day gift and we had a good time. We didn’t like how the area was very industrial, comes in handy that the train station is right there but parking isn’t so great and there isn’t a parking lot unfortunately. One thing I found different is that even if you’re not paying you have to give them a credit/debit card and your id(of course) to check in. 4hr experience which is pretty cool. Their locker rooms were clean along with their bathrooms and showers. They even had mouthwash and small plastic cups to use! Their food was pretty good. I definitely enjoyed their truffles fries, grilled salmon skewers and their Chardonnay white wine. Unfortunately they don’t serve wine bottles but in glasses works(plastic though, wine taste better in glass of course). Their servers were pretty helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items and the spa amenities. The spa only had one hostess which isn’t good at all especially when they have people waiting and end up leaving the front desk because the hostess is running around busy doing other things. The pools and saunas were clean but the jets weren’t working in the pools which seemed really odd to me and not good for customers who go there expecting to feel jets while their in the pool. They could have had more hot tubs as well. What I liked mostly was their Himalayan salt sauna to the point where I actually fell asleep with my mouth open 3 times prob. cause I went to a couple of hot saunas before lol Overall nice spa but I wouldn’t go again.

Overall, it's a cool, unique place. We arrived a bit rushed, but the woman at the counter went out of her way to make sure we didn't miss our massage. Everyone was very nice, and the place has a great idea. My issue is that it was REALLY crowded. It felt a bit less like a luxury spa and more like a nice pool club for adults (which is fine, but it's not as advertised and very pricey for what you get). Aside from walking around with nice robes, it didn't feel like a relaxing spa experience. The photos look super luxurious and spacious, but in reality, the sauna spaces are small-which would be okay-but when it's very crowded, we couldn't even get into most of the rooms. We didn't want to wait in lines for even just ONE room (and there are many there, but all full) when you're paying by the hour just to be there. We ended up just hanging out by the pool, which was also very crowded and we didn't have places to put our towels, so had to just leave it on the floor. I get that they need to make money, but it did affect the experience. I'd say it's a great place to go on a day where it isn't too crowded, but I think they need to take a look at their policies on how many people can be in there, as it's just too crowded. I saw people mention this in reviews, that they told staff and they responded it was a "busy time". But then in my opinion, if you're charging for a "luxury spa", there isn't really an excuse for that. People are paying for a spa experience, as advertised. This feels like another "instagrammable" place that doesn't quite live up.

I was literally counting down the days until they opened!! I went in on a Sunday for about 4 ish hours (I paid $120) I would say it was enough time to go swimming and into the sauna rooms. Everything is pretty upscale, clean, and staff friendly. For a Sunday I felt like it was pretty busy, but not In a way where all stations were overly full, you were still able to go swimming and into the sauna rooms without feeling like it was crowded, which I loved. I would definitely go again, I really enjoyed my time there. (They also have parking available for $15 you can park there for the whole day and the price remains the same) I would recommend this place if you're looking to relax for a few hours and if you just want to disconnect for a little. Edit: love this place I went again, around 7 pm on a Thursday night I checked online what time they closed it said 10pm so I figured great I have a solid 3 hours. I get there and they tell me everyone starts heading out around 9:15. Super disappointed!! If they close at 10 then close at 10. Don’t close at 9:15 so the workers could be out at 10 not cool. To respond back to world spas comment: no body looks at the confirmation when they are coming in. People see what is on your site. Don’t write the hours 9-10 of you are open 9-9!! People who are traveling from far away would be pissed that they just wasted time to come here knowing they might have one hour less to enjoy the spa!

Gorgeous, large spa, and surprisingly easy to get to. This is located on Avenue N right off the F train stop. The inside is large and smelled clean and fresh. The experience was great! It was $85 for all-day Tuesday + discount. We had a great time checking out the heated pools, jacuzzis, and different rooms. I loved how much variety there was. Really loved the Himalayan salt room, aroma room, and sauna/cold plunge section. The attendants were all so nice, attentive to clean up throughout the day, and knowledgeable about the health benefits of each section/how to best use them. We did not dine-in as the food was a bit expensive, but water fountains were available and drinks were reasonably priced. I loved coming here and would definitely recommend it to friends and anyone looking for a day of relaxation. Improvements: - Check-in was a pain. Even on a random Tuesday. The line wasn’t too bad, but there are QR codes to sign the waiver. There is no signal in the entrance, but wifi is available. After scanning, we were prompted to buy our ticket, but there was no way to enter a promo code. We just waited for the next register. If QR codes are available, it’d be good if they could speed up the process. - Women’s bathroom was large and full of amenities. But there were only 4-5 bathroom stalls vs ~100-200 lockers. It’d also be nice to have hooks in the stalls to put robes/bags on.

This is a new spa in Brooklyn and likely it’s already the best spa in NYC. Before you jump to conclusions that’s not a very high bar. Clearly the owners did their research - the spa reminds me of some of the best spas in Europe, particularly the Well in Oslo. It has almost everything you need or want. The Russian style saunas are perfect. Straight up perfect. Heat is on point. They have direct access to a cold plunge pool right by the hottest saunas. Hard to find that touch. They have an ice room, a few hammans (these are more steam rooms). Multiple pools and a Japanese style area as well. Only missing was a true hot caldera. Located near the pools is a full service restaurant - and it has great drinks and a solid menu. The only real negatives was check out and there isn’t a decent relaxation area. They’ve restricted most of the relaxation areas to paid cabanas or a few lounge style chairs near the pool. They have an entire area with tables and chairs they should replace with lounge chairs but hey I don’t pay their rent so maybe it’s just the price of doing business. Check out we had issues but they were correct - I believe this is just growing pains tho. All in all great location and I’ll 100% be back. Oh! I had a massage by James. It was FANTASTIC! I was going give a 4 star review but he did such a great job I added back that 5th!

I went to World Spa last week and my experience was nothing short of memorable. I spent the entire day there. The locker rooms were clean and quiet. There were an abundance of towels readily available. The staff was amazing. Every employee I encountered was personable. They were all knowledgeable which I really appreciated. I opted in for the VIP experience which was well worth it in my opinion. I had access to a private floor for VIP members only which was much quieter especially being that I was going during a holiday week. They did different demos throughout the day which were exciting and fun to participate in. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the facility there were employees visibly throughout the day ensuring the spa was clean. I even saw a gentleman checking the temperatures of the pool. The food was delicious and honestly reasonably priced. Anderson was great and he was the bartender on the private floor. He was funny and a great conversationalist. I cannot wait to go back again. I hope to go once a month moving forward. Definitely book World Spa if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing day. I left there feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thanks World Spa!

UPDATE: BBB Complaint filed against World Spa for false advertising. ***Warning to anyone who purchases a day pass at World Spa. *** World spa failed to provide documentation to support their claim that I was not entitled to a full refund when requesting to cancel day spa passes a week in advance valued at $177. Their policy for refund/reschedule states that a customer may do so within 48 hours of the day pass booking date. However, nowhere is it stated that a refund will not be issued if you reschedule your day pass prior and request cancellation at a later date. The associate who informed me of this stated that this was “internal communication” and could not provide me any documentation to support this claim. This information should be readily available to any customer who requests. Very shady business practices! I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau. World Spa is a new location. Reputation is everything to a new business and this is not a good look. I would have loved to visit again in the future, but not after this experience. This is not a business I can trust if they won’t do what’s right by the customer and honor their written policy.

I recently celebrated my birthday at World Spa, and unfortunately, my experience left me quite disappointed. I encountered an unexpected delay due to an accident, and when I called to request a new time or accommodation, the manager denied my request. Consequently, I had less than half the time for my $250 50-minute massage, enjoying only 25 minutes of it. While the spa itself is aesthetically pleasing, I found it to be excessively overpriced. It felt like they charged for every breath in the facility and even refused a simple glass of water. Additionally, the extra costs added up, including a $15 valet service charge, a mandatory $50 tip for the massage, and an exorbitant bill of $50 for a salad and martini that left me hungry. Feeling rushed and needing more time to dress, I was hit with another $25 charge for additional time. Despite enjoying the pool and sauna area, the overall cost and lack of accommodation make it unlikely for me to return. Having spent over $400 at World Spa, I believe there are better options out there offering a more satisfying and reasonably priced spa experience.

I went on a Thursday at 10am with my wife. I've never been to a spa before. The saunas were nice. The pools were nice. I kinda wish there were more jacuzzis. The largest Jacuzzi they had in the pool area was unbearably hot. Entree selection in the dining area was limited (salmon, cheeseburger or short rib...that's it). I had the salmon - it was fantastic. The beet hummus was also good. My wife got a shrimp salad - she liked it. Generally - The food in the dining area was good, but the service was poor. We waited for much longer than we should have for our food. Additionally, the people seated next to us easily waited for 40 minutes only for their order to come out wrong. A 20% gratuity for dining was included in our final bill - which was not itemized. The checkout was a poor way to end the day. The right move would have been to have given diners the option to choose the gratuity. The valet parking was easy. The day was enjoyable nonetheless, but if we do a spa in NYC again, we're more inclined to try a different spa. I do like the fact that "world spa" sounds a lot like "Worldstar"

I came here in November and May, both on Fridays. May was much better, because this most recent visit was an absolute nightmare. They asked me for my ID and credit card that I booked with when I came in to check in - I had my ID but not physical or mobile form of my credit card. This place is way too overcrowded. It makes the entire experience awful. We had a table to sit and eat and when we got up to go to the sauna - when our table had half finished dishes and drinks - we came back and they had given our table away. While they gave us another table, it took another hour just to re order everything. There was no room in the salt room, and all the other saunas were packed. The pool wasn’t even an option, it was full. The ice pool had people just hanging out in, versus dipping, and always a group of male employees of the spa huddled around it. I don’t know what we paid almost $90 for … the amount of people allowed in does not match making it a relaxing experience. I’ll never come back here again, and would much rather stick to the established places that don’t oversell.

I loved so much about World Spa-- it was unexpectedly luxurious. All the differently themed rooms, at different heats and humidity levels, were so relaxing. The facility was clean, and the staff was attentive. There was a lot to do, to fill our 4 hours. But I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. First, there's very little water available here. At this price point, for the high-end spa it's trying to be, there should be water stations (infused water!) everywhere. There was only one water fountain that I found, and there was always a line, even on our not-very-crowded day. They offered no tap water at the restaurant (only bottled water), which is crazy and clearly cash-hungry. Second, the restaurant itself was really lackluster and overpriced. It took us 15-20 minutes to flag down a waiter (who never checked on us again), and our food was overcooked and expensive. Lastly, the only water area with true jets (that I know of) was broken-- so while there were warm spas, there were no massaging jets.

My man and I came here for our anniversary. Pros: The spa is VERY clean, all around. When you check in, you’re given a bracelet, which also allows you access to a locker in the changing rooms - very efficient! Once you open your locker, there’s a robe available in there for you. Towels as well as toiletries are also provided in the locker rooms. For spa experiences, we truly enjoyed the Turkish and Moroccan hammam; the pools (all temperatures), as well as the aroma sauna and Banyas. As for the food, it was all very delicious and fresh! Cons: The service at the dining area is very slow. The servers had a hard time understanding our orders and our drinks were subpar. When it was time to checkout, we were each charged a $25 surcharge fee, not sure why. Granted, I also didn’t inquire more because I was in a hurry. Overall pretty good experience. My partner and I both agreed that we would enjoy coming here at least once a month. We both felt so refreshed after this experience.

I went to world spa on Tuesday and had such a wonderful experience there! It’s really difficult to tell what I enjoyed the most , because I see it as the whole experience, but I’ll try to put it into words. The place is gorgeous and reminds me of museum in a nice way. I went out there totally renewed, recharged, relaxed and I could not feel more energetic the next day. Stuff is warming , helpful and there was a nice energy around me all the time. They doing great job showing people around. It would be nice to come back and learn how to play sound bowls in salt room and try different temperature pools. And of course eat those really special truffles fries again. I’m so grateful to everyone who helped me to spend my day. The best investment of my time and money so far. I start to rethink my idea of doctors. If we all just allow ourselves to relax once a month to clear our mind and body it would be a different world without most of the common problems.

  • Nick Tsoi

Relaxing and inviting modern space where rooms with representation from different countries bath experience/culture was incorporated in decor. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of saunas and cold experience as well. My favorite was the Moroccan hammam and the Japanese Onsen 52 degree pool (oddly enough as I prefer warm water). My least favorite was the Infrared sauna (cannot see the benefit of it under the seat) my opinion. The jets in the smaller warm pool was not existent and could use a bit of cleaning, had some build up and felt slimy (didn’t stay there). The most disappointing part of this place is the food ie over priced and quite lack luster if you actually have taste buds and they work. While I understand everyone’s palate is different a burger shouldn’t be $24 and taste like nothing ie I question if it was even meat at all. Overall, the place is a great space with many wonderful rooms to try and experience.

  • Ms Woo

This spa exceeded my expectations. There is valet parking, but you can probably find street parking and there is a subway station on the corner. The check-in staff was welcoming. I had a massage with Alex, who was phenomenal. I used the steam room and saunas which were all clean with gorgeous detail. Jacuzzi/pool were the perfect temperature. **** Updating my review and removing a star because the cafe is a cash grab and lacks customer service. You pay $20 for a bowl of hummus and they give you 4 small pieces of pita. When you ask for more so you can enjoy the other half of your $20 hummus, they charge an additional $4. They will not give you any water with your meal (even after ordering a bottle of champagne) you must purchase their bottled water. You must flag down a server, otherwise they ignore you, because they will still get their 20% gratuity.

I visited World Spa with my family and we were all blown away by the incredible decor, amenities, service, and food! I have visited many spas in the past and I have never been to a spa that was absolutely spotless. Even in the locker room, there were multiple workers cleaning. When I visit a spa, I love to know that is is exceptionally clean. The food was also amazing! You must try the caviar dip.. to die for!! Also the desserts were delicious, especially the honey cake.. WOW! I visited all the pools, steam rooms, and saunas. They were wonderful! Each room was so unique. I did 2 services - foot massage in the theater room and vennik treatment. Both were so relaxing and I would do both of them again! I can’t wait to return to World Spa with my friends. I am so happy that we finally have an amazing spa so close to home!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

  • Athletic Arts Academy

Very exotic and immaculate space in the heart of Brooklyn!! You wouldn’t imagine this oasis is sitting right there!! Everyone was sooo friendly and accommodating—when security!! Went there for a good friend’s birthday party. We had a cabana with delicious food and drinks!! Amazing!! The pools and saunas were very nice. We even got a demonstration of an ancient leaf cleansing which was supper cool!! I felt that was exceptional and quite a treat. The locker room was very nice too. The birthday girl was treated to a massage of her life by a very very handsome young man. Valet parking $15 right next door. They were really nice too. We had a really special time. Baby!!! It was a whole other world!! I will definitely be going back alone and with friends. Loved it. Treat yo self ladies and gents!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Love this spa, truly a hidden gem, as soon as you step through the doors you're transported to heaven! I l love all the saunas and hammans! Just take your own water with you as there are fountains, but no spa water, and charge $4 for bottles. I was disappointed this last visit to find they changed the pricing and hours on the day I went, so wasn't expecting the price increase and the the curb to 4 hours, it wasn't terrible, just meant I didn't have time for lunch at the spa, and had that time limit pressure, also a friend who was joining us later couldn't come. I also find it annoying they cant use Citibank as payment at check in. (for lunch and treatments, however, there doesn't seem to be an issue) But other than these issues, its an amazing place to visit and relax.

  • Artem Mordashov

Lovely place. Very welcoming personnel, not too crowded during the day hours. Apparently, I looked lost - the place is huge - so some hot-looking Lana(manager?) gave me a tour and answered whatever questions I had, that was very nice. The restaurant is somewhat basic, but they have a nice choice of teas and condiments. Although you can expect the places like that to be geared towards east-european folks, the patrons are as diverse as it gets, everyone looked classy. Prices are cheap, realistically, you get a lot for what you paid. Make sure you watch your time, they will charge you if you overstay. Also, they don't mention on the web page, but you have to bring you flip-flops, unless you want to buy them there. They give you a robe and two towels though.

  • Claudia Fontanez

What a beautiful place. I never imagined you can get so much all under one roof. The care and attention to detail that went into creating this space is just exceptional. I had such a relaxing and wonderful experience on my recent visit. From the moment I stepped in I felt I was in good hands. It gives five star luxury all the way. The locker rooms and overall facility is beautiful and super clean. I especially loved that the various wellness rooms and lounge was upstairs. I throughly enjoyed the Himalayan salt room. I felt amazing after. The aroma room was also a favorite. I didn’t indulge in any treatments but that’s a must in my next visit. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the world spa team for creating the perfect escape in the city.

  • Angie Garcia

We came here to end our NYC trip. Amazing massage with Vlad. He was very knowledgeable and really worked on my issues with tightness and a problematic knee. The saunas, steam, clay, ice and cold rooms were awesome. The staff were informative..providing tips on how to get the most out of the rooms to promote wellness relaxation and healing. The only thing I would love is to add eucalyptus to one of the steam rooms, and a water circuit with various pressure pulsating jets. The food is quite expensive, but the spa experiences and massage is extremely reasonable so everything evened out. We feel it was a great value for the high quality, impeccably clean, facility along with the kind, gracious staff. We can’t wait to come back!!

  • Andrea Bossi

I came on a week night and found this to be a serene getaway from outside, and it wasn’t too busy indoors. Michelle was so kind up front — thank you! The myriad of sauna options + pools + cold plunges let you tailor your time how you want. Plus, the amount of options to pamper and reconnect your body are great. The food is a bit heavy considering the physical experiences you’re having, but it’s delicious (very few vegan options). Thank you Reginald for making the dining experience great & showing me the best bites. I’d recommend eating after swimming/being in the sauna. All in all, I plan on coming back here… a lot… and bringing friends too. I forget how good it feels to take care of your body like this.

  • Delilah

Great experience. I only gave it 4 stars because I wasn’t offered a message option when I purchased my admission ticket. I went alone on a Thursday afternoon. Which was good because it was a small place that didn’t have much people at that time but I will know it would be packed on the weekends. I payed admission of $88 dollars a scrub massage which was ) $125 dollars and lunch $51 dollars. This is a rough estimate but all tips where included. I love the unlimited towels, and comfy robe. U could bring ur own water safe flip flops. The pools and saunas were all esthetically pleasing, and clean. The scrub message was awesome includes the scrub and post moisturizer. I will go again..on a weekday.

  • Laura Arena

spent about seven hours here on a Monday and had a great day! Started off with an 80 minute therapeutic massage and I do not recall my therapists name, but the massage was good, not great. My friends also had 80 minute therapeutic massages, and loved them. Summer provided me with the world spa oasis treatment, and I loved her and the treatment! Some of the pools could use to be cleaned a little bit more often but the saunas and Turkish baths were all clean and great experiences. It’s a very large place so didn’t feel as spa like outside of treatment rooms or saunas so I don’t know if I would recommend coming here alone if you’re seeking serenity, but for a girls day it was suitable

  • Anthonio Thomas

My girlfriend took me for my birthday this past weekend & we spent 8 hours there. The amenities were unmatched. Different types of saunas, pools, jacuzzis & we got a couples massage ! In addition there was no wait for any of the saunas & surprisingly there was no little to no crowding. Food & drinks were also good (highly recommend the honey cake). Rooftop parking & complimentary robes (extremely comfortable) were the little touches that didn't go unnoticed. We got the VIP passes and had access to the upper lounge which was a good place to go unwind & spend additional quality time together away from the majority of people at the spa! Safe to say we'll be back for her birthday!

  • Alexandra Anderson

Overall, loved the experience and will come back again to try the V.I.P. Admission. The staff including Carol at the front desk along with security were very welcoming and friendly during my entire visit. The space is sleek, modern and very luxurious. However, strongly recommend this place to carry more vegan options as well as more direct signs for guidance throughout the spa. For the dining experience, the staff was not as attentive when I mentioned I was vegan. As a suggestion, staff should be more trained to recommend suggestions to guests with dietary restrictions. Luckily, I was glad that they were able to accommodate the truffle fries without cheese which was BOMB! :)

  • Mariam Torou

I love coming here. It’s usually awesome service and it’s just an all around gorgeous spa with a lot of amenities to keep you relaxed. I had an incredible full body massage with Crystal and a fantastic foot massage by Giga. I mean these folks really took the time to get every knot they could! What I will say though is I wish they let you spend the day if you purchase a treatment. I feel like since I purchased 2 treatments for the day I shouldn’t have had to pay an extra 76 bucks to stay a few more hours. They do give a complimentary hour with treatment but who’s really counting when you’re trying to disconnect and enjoy a spa day? Other than that. Amazing place

  • Johanna Josaphat

The day at world spa was great. My day started with my massage which was everything! The saunas and pools were well placed and maintaining beautifully. Everything was so clean and to my liking. The check in process was a bit much considering I paid online for my services. The 20% gratuity should be clear for everyone which I didn’t mind but it needs to be in BOLD when people book some people were surprised. Overall a great day. Food options were great for people without allergies or dietary restrictions but my server helped me find safe options for my nut allergy. This place gets 5 stars on experience but the check in could be better. Definitely going back.

  • Hannah V

Too crowded, they need to sell far less tickets to keep the area from being too full. They assign lockers sequentially so it is crowded in dense areas of locker room with people entering at the same time and empty in others. Extremely slow service at very overpriced restaurant. Food was mediocre. Extremely slow check in procedure. Did not seem very clean, especially the pools which were very cloudy. No enforcement of basic spa etiquette like closing sauna doors, not using phones, and not speaking loudly. Felt more like a waterpark than a spa. Not relaxing at all. Overall would strongly not recommend. Not worth the price and left more stressed than I came.

Booked a massage and had a great experience, felt very relaxed afterwards. I enjoyed the saunas and relaxing by the pool area. I went on a Sunday and it wasn’t too crowded, if one sauna looked full there was plenty of other room available with space. Beautiful place as well, very aesthetically pleasing. My main complaint is that everyone walks into the locker rooms with their outside shoes on then placed them in their lockers so if you don’t bring indoor slippers, then you’re just walking around the locker room barefoot where everyone else was walking with their outside shoes. I’m still interested to go back to their other services and also their food!

  • Shayla

World spa was great! however, not as great as the amazing staff. From the calls to the actual visit, the staff was just patient, friendly, and so helpful. The staff loves their job and it shows in their attitude. Thanks so much to Stephanie (I hope I got that right) who patiently assisted my sister and I during a little struggle while purchasing tickets. Beautiful Atmosphere! For the downside, the café is overpriced, and the servers are nonexistent. They also don’t tell you that there’s a 20% gratuity charge until you’re leaving. After paying $30 for a burger and half uncooked fries, i was charged additional $15 for tipping someone I never seen.

  • Kedriya Veli (Riya)

Awesome and unique experience compared to other sauna spas. I like how they incorporated different cultures and designs for each room. I went during week days and it was still crowded. What you need to bring: bathing suites, slippers, hair brush and your own beauty products. What you need to know: each locker comes with a rope, which you need to return in its place, otherwise there’ll be penalty fees. **when you go into sauna rooms, you need to hang your rope outside, and it easily get mixed up with others since they all look the same. So a very high chance that you might end up in someone else’s rope. This was my only hygiene concern.

  • Phadia Jean

Celebrated my best friend’s birthday. She was in awww with the relaxation and what world spa had to offer. I didn’t know what to expect, I will say 10/10. Fist, it’s important you arrive early for check-in. You will be waiting in line for your turn. Once you check-in your time start and ready to have some fun. We were able to enjoy everything, from spa to sauna and the pool. I would recommend getting a private cabana, the price is worth it and you don’t have to worry about carrying everything. You can order lunch or dinner depending on the time you are there. Again, what are you waiting to book. Make sure you book your experience.

  • Kayla Guzman

Truly lovely experience! Check in and out was easy. Great use of tech with bracelets that allow access to lockers and card-free eating with a convenient bill at the end. The facilities were extremely clean, spacious and very classy. Food was great too. I gave it 4 stars because there were too many people using phones and recording the facilities. Even two women taking up the entire snow room for a photo shoot, which me and company had to wait for. Also phones ringing, but my main issue was being recorded as people were taking video of the spa, despite signs and waivers saying not to. I would like to see better phone restriction.

  • Martin Utreras

We went early on a Friday and it was almost empty which was great. Entrance was a little over $80 for unlimited time. For each guest, Make sure to bring your ID, your credit card, your bathing suit, and your clean sandals. We ordered drinks and that experience was pretty smooth and reasonable prices. We didn’t order food. Everything was very clean and the staff was welcoming. In general it was a very pleasant experience. Small tip for the facility: They should advise people at check-in to follow etiquette regarding phone use and loudness, and people should be required to shower in advance of using the facilities.

  • Juan Gutierrez

This place is luxurious. Honestly you wouldn't expect to find this gem of a spa considering the elevated subway, near a huge cemetery and mostly industrial part of Brooklyn... But it's here and it's awesome! BRING SANDALS!!! That's my one bit of advice. They don't give you sandals but there are $10 sandals you can buy. Floor was super clean so I just walked around barefoot. Otherwise the big pool, the hot tub, the cold plunge, the sauna, the robe they give you, everything is really nice and relaxing. Really transports you to a heavenly place. Great for destress. Food was very tasty too. Enjoy

  • Goldie Sherman

Went to this place second time and it was good as always, relaxing, nice atmosphere. Great place to spend half a day with friends. Highly recommended to try sauna whisk (banya venik ) with snow balls ritual in Russian big sauna , very healthy, recharging and a lot of fun ! If you wanna go for that deeper with massage and scrub I would recommend to ask for Leonid! He is awesome, very careful and definitely knows what he is doing! Great job. And in a min time you always can have an opportunity to chill in a cafe with a glass of the birch sprits and Ukrainian borscht . Good times.

  • Taylor Houston

I went for day of pampering and I was not disappointed… Everything was on point . From the valet , a few steps away ($15 and you can text to have your car waiting for you when you come out ) The restaurant small bites were amazing , drinks on point , the spa scrub service I booked was EVERYTHING . Customer service 5 stars . 10/10 highly recommend. I honestly wanted to live there. Now it is on the pricier side, so this was a splurge self care day for me . Ready to book the next visit! (Go on an random morning/afternoon , I can see the experience being ruined by a large crowd.

  • Shawan Edwards

Lovely experience! [+] appreciate that World Spa exists in NYC. A rare but needed amenity in the city [+] decent price point (specifically noted: Friday pass) [+] Pleasant, helpful staff (including the manager at front desk, entrance) [-] Loud talking. A monitor (of sorts) in outdoor areas and saunas would ensure a tranquil experience. Signs noting that it’s a quiet zone, no cell phone usage is not sufficient [-] Restaurant wait staff was also pleasant but seemed to be overwhelmed [-] I’d recommend a dedicated attendant to ladies showers to ensure cleanliness

  • Cypritree

A lovely co-ed facility and fun experience with your SO or group of friends. Steam rooms and sauna rooms are designed beautifully and very enjoyable. Snow room and salt room were personal favorites. Unfortunately the no phone/camera rule posted throughout the facility isn't really enforced so you'll see a lot of groups or couples shooting videos and photos and acting rowdy in general. The hot tubs need more frequent cleaning as there are lots of hair and gunk floating on top of the water. I personally would stick to the dry sauna rooms and the swimming pool.

  • Lise Ferentinos

I spent my birthday at World Spa and it was the perfect day from start to finish. Began with an amazing champagne, Greek yogurt breakfast then onto the saunas and steam rooms. A dip in the pool (love the individual pods) and hot tub. I booked a body treatment and finished the day with a VIP meal on the 3rd floor. Gustav was the best! My favorite was the Banya experience. So fun! And, the snow room was also fun and a perfect photo op. The facilities are very clean & beautiful. The staff is wonderfully attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!

  • jaclyn house

We had a great time at World Spa. The saunas were amazing and I even tried the cold plunge pool a few times. Clean facility, relaxing and not that expensive for all the access you get to saunas. Loved the demo of two saunas that was my fav part of the experience. We were staying in Manhattan and took the train to Brooklyn, which was a little bit of a haul but so worth it. We went on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded. The staff was nice and helpful. Will Definitely go back. I do wish there was an outdoor/rooftop pool but overall great experience.

  • L Roll

There are times when you just want to escape the busy life of Brooklyn and finding World Spa is like finding a secluded island. The ambience was quiet and relaxing. On entering we were greeted with big smiles and friendly faces. We were given clear instructions. The massages was exactly what we needed but the facial really put us into tranquillity. The place is very clean and there were plenty of staff to clean the areas as more people filled the place. Great please to relaxed and easy your mind. The Saunas are just perfect. Highly Recommend

  • Hadiya M

Modern spacious spa with all the amenities one could possibly need. Came on a weekday afternoon so not too crowded. Locker rooms were clean and located on the first floor. Upstairs is the main spa including several different types of sauna, steam rooms, pools at various temperatures, showers and a super cool snow room. The complimentary robe was comfy and embroidered. The staff is very polite and friendly and there are fresh towels available to you at anytime. Truly a relaxing experience that I highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!

  • Michela Galante

Unbelievable experience that exceeded all expectations. The spa is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. We spent about five hours going into the various pools and saunas, plus the extremely zen salt room and snow room. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very attentive and kind. The food and drinks were delicious. We left feeling recharged and rejuvenated—it honestly felt like we stepped into a different world. Highly recommend a visit here, just come early so you can enjoy some peace and quiet before it gets too busy.

  • Vanettea Harris

The place is beautiful, relaxing, clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff are very greeting and stay making sure that you are comfortable, the place is clean and to your liking. There are many sauna to match your level of heat in take. There is even and snow sauna and two ice baths. My only complaint would be the dinning room. The food is simple and does not have a variety or fulling amount. The drinks are lacking. But other that that the place is worth visiting and returning. The prices are reasonable.

  • Kaye Cole-Beckford

This was my first time at a Spa, my cousin gave me a treat for my birthday, i loved every moment of the beautiful experience, the entire facility was very clean & well kept with lots of assistance if needed....all three of us did enjoy ourselves. We didn't like that we couldn't take pics as that memories for us or anyone and also the food, it was all leafy foods , I'm sorry but i need food food . But we had a blast. Ps, my cousin is now thinking of doing this for her birthday with lots more family members.

  • Abby Green

Very cool concept, very clean facility. Did not know we needed to bring shoes (robe is provided but slippers are not). It was actually very busy for a Tuesday afternoon. Massages were good. My therapist took me in 6 minutes late, and it resulted in the person at check out telling me that we were over time on our included hour. She kindly removed the $25/person charge as a courtesy. Be sure that you watch your time because once you check in regardless of the time of your treatment, the clock starts ticking.

  • Connor Joyce

Special shout-out to Gasky, who made my time there!! Enjoyable spa with a variety of experiences. As someone who goes to facilities like this frequently I found it to be in the top 10 I've been to world wide. I spent most my time in the smaller banya more but after 10-15 minutes when the humidity was on, wow top tier experience. Snow room was also novel and enjoyable! Only complaint is some of the patrons need to learn more spa edict. It's fine to have fun but people are there to relax.

  • NYR Ventures

We went for New Year’s Day to start the year on the right foot. We had a great time and especially thought the hammam rooms were beautiful and super clean. The food was also surprisingly delicious and the staff respected that we may come back to the table throughout the day. It felt like a private luxury club. But most of all, I have to give praise to the Venik therapists, they were amazing professionals and I got to practice my Russian skills! Thank you a great New Year’s Day.

  • Demetrius Ramirez

Wow, what an incredible experience! My fiancé and I decided to celebrate our anniversary with a day pass at this amazing place. We treated ourselves to some intense but absolutely amazing massages. World Spa offers a wide range of pools and saunas that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. And guess what? You can even enjoy some delicious cocktails and food while you're here. Trust me, couples looking to unwind and relax, this is the perfect spot for you!

  • Yelena Krasnov

Such a nice place. Beautiful, very clean, and quiet. Great ambiance. Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. I had a relaxing massage with Mei, which was really great. As soon as you walk in, there's a sense of peace, which was really nice. There are many saunas that range from warm, hot and very hot, also a snow room. The pool was my favorite, it was 90 degrees and was very relaxing. I could've stayed there all day. It's a little pricey, but it's so worth it.

  • luvelynay

World Spa was a beautiful experience the saunas and pool was great. It is very clean and organized as well. Two things that made me not give 5 stars are 1 the food selection is not that great and the happy hour doesn’t have a wide variety. 2 the life guard from the pool area with the half haircut half pony (he didn’t have a name tag) needs some customer experience training he was not pleasant in such a relaxing place the rest of the staff were great but him no.

  • Kay S

The facility was lovely. It is nice to have such a spa locally. The service was exceptional, and it was a very therapeutic, welcoming, and clean environment. The facility would have benefitted from having changing rooms so that guests do not have to change in the restroom, shower, or in front of their locker with limited privacy. The drinks and dessert were good. However, the fried shrimp was unpleasant. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my visit overall and will return.

  • Beraiah Honorable

As a Brooklyn native, I really appreciate that I can get away for the day in such a calm space. The valet parking relieved parking stress. The space was clean and soft lit. The staff were very attentive. The changing rooms were perfect. I really enjoyed the the showers that rained down on me with great smelling soap to match. I would recommend this spa to anyone who has the time and money to relax for a few hours. The food and drinks were a hit too. ❤️

  • Sashauna Taylor

This was my first time at the World Spa in Brooklyn and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The facility is super clean, and the staff was really helpful and attentive. I would recommend everyone to try it at least once. The sauna rooms and pools were amazing and clean as well (make sure to try the "cold plunge"). The food was well worth is and make sure to get the Sangria pitcher, it was to die for, we got the white sangria. I will definitely be back!

  • Kianna Sneed

Love this place. The banyas, saunas, and pools are great. My skin feels beautiful after leaving here. The locker rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. They give you robe with pockets and a locker that holds all your needs. Bring your own slippers and bathing suit of course. The staff was very nice and helpful. Shout out to the woman who schedules you treatments upstairs. The food is okay but the experience makes up for it. Go check it out now!

  • Fitz Fitzgerald

World Spa is a beautifully done, relaxing and upscale oasis. It’s perfectly designed to optimize your experience while there. I received the hammam scrub which was amazing and included 2 additional hours in the spa center. It’s fairly new so there are undoubtedly some kinks that need to be worked out but none severe enough to mention. I’m so happy to have such a place I. Brooklyn and have already scheduled my next treatment! Go head. Treat yourself!

  • Michelle Vigier

Clean facility, huge pools, gorgeous aesthetics. Went with family members do the vibe was chill and NOT overcrowded which is a huge PLUS! There is a maximum time limit on admission which keeps the crowds at bay❣️ The reason why i give 3 stars because the price of admission does not match the options indoors. There is only one floor, 2 pools and a few saunas not much to explore. The food was alsooverpriced and not tasty... but the fries are good

  • Julissa Lecky

My first time here and world spa is now going to be my spa going forward. From start to finish it’s worth every penny. Friendly, attentive and informed staff everywhere, food and drinks are delicious, the amenities in the locker room, the ambiance. I feel restored and like a new person. I used every sauna and pool at least once, had time to read and felt satisfied with my time spent from 10am-5pm. There’s really nothing wrong with this place.

  • Jessica Romano

I chose Thursday, 12/28 to go to world spa. I had purchased my ticket in advance about 2 weeks in advance. I got there and there was a huge line of people so I immediately thoughts it wouldn’t be relaxing. I was right, I spent all of one hour in a place that felt more like splish splash than a relaxing spa. World spa has potential but needs a max capacity that would still make for a spa like and relaxing experience. I would never go back.

  • Allie Voloshin

Visited this place on a weekday. Pleasantly surprised by how clean, beautiful and well thought out the space was. Staff was pleasant on check in. There are numerous types of saunas and steam rooms here, as well as an ice room and a number of pools (including heated pools!). There is a sit-down food area also and the food was pretty good. I definitely felt quite relaxed and rejuvenated after several hours here. Highly recommend!

  • Thai Not Ty!

I honestly enjoyed myself. My massage therapist Leonor truly set the tone for my experience. Her hand were so soft and she was knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised at how many black staff members were employed at this world spa. They made the space welcoming providing tours, tips, and suggestions. Each room was clean and the staff were consistently cleaning. The towels were readily available. I had the best birthday ever.

  • M. Davis

Great place! I’ve traveled the world and visited a lot of spas and this is one of the best. It’s beautiful and very clean and there’s so many different rooms for relaxation. I didn’t want to post pictures of people, but the Spa rooms actually look like the photos on their website. I wish there was a cheaper option for membership because I want to go once a week or once every two weeks! Also the spa services we had were great!

  • Maya Gorokhova

I did not enjoy it. Felt like I'm outside the US, somewhere in rus.... Check in was very slow. White house security moves faster, seriously. Poor service at the restaurant. Only one waiter knew what providing service mean. Very overcrowded saunas, lines to get in, and lack of variety of pools. I like sojo better. Decor is nice, everything is new. Would I pay $120 for it? Absolutely not. $50 for the experience and service.

  • Emily Rivas

World spa is an experience that rejuvenates you and prepares you to take on the week! I had such a relaxing experience, the staff and the environment was so helpful, inviting, positive and aesthetically pleasing! The service was outstanding. I will definitely be coming more often to get the mental and physical refresher for the week, Thank you world spa! My temple wouldn’t be where it is today because of you!

  • Natalia Med

Really great first visit. Escape to WORLD SPA!!!After a stressful and long work week, nothing sounds or feels better. It was a little unusual at first but trying all of the rooms was amazing and so, so relaxing! Especially I liked the room with real snow. Interesting and excellent idea! The other rooms were great too. One clue, it would be nice to add lockers for phones inside the hall, as the other SPA has.

  • Kimberly Elston

Their locker system was down the day we visited, and it was super busy. We waited about 45 minutes just to get in, and the process was definitely not spa-like. It was way too crowded and I was disappointed that it felt more like a social sauna situation than a quiet zen spa atmosphere. Food was mediocre and too expensive. I’d be happy to go on a day much less busy, but this visit definitely wasn’t worth it.

  • eva verkholyak

Best place in NYC World Spa is insanely beautiful inside, clean and they have a large selection of saunas. Venik Platza Treatment is a must try, I recommend it to everyone. Their Lounge has delicious food and drinks. Everyone who works there were super friendly and helpful especially at front desk and concierge area. Philadelphia sushi and lychee martini were awesome. We'll be back soon, 10/10!

  • Kyra Cunningham

I absolutely did not expect the experience I had here! It was life changing and warming. I felt like a changed person walking out of this place! Like I can accomplish anything! I would definitely do this again and recommend to anyone. The only thing I wouldn’t do is eat here it’s not worth the money. There’s so much better food around the area, for example Crown Bagels is !!!!

  • Sha Vant

This place is great. I had a good time. The facility is clean and the staff is wonderful. My only problem was that 2 off the low-heat rooms smelled slightly of mold and the steam rooms smelled a little funny. I'm think it's because of the excessive sweat of the guest. I think those rooms need frequent cleanings. The food needs some work, but not so bad. Overall I had a wonderful experience.

  • Jenise Brown

My brother took me here to celebrate my birthday and let me just say I had amazing service, great food/ drinks and the ambience was relaxing. This establishment is clean. I also enjoyed the four hour limit to make sure it does not get over crowded. The staff was a 10/10 everyone had great knowledge and service. I will most definitely be back. It was worth every penny I did not spend. Lol

  • Isaiah Blake

Beautiful. I had a wonderful experience celebrating my friends bday! Facilities were gorgeous! Demonstrations were so much fun. Food was delicious and filling. Everything was so seamless. I appreciated the front of the house staff. Big shoutout to Paola who was super helpful, quick, and bilingual! We were running a little late but the team got us checked in quick and easy. We’ll be back!

  • Wilzen Anne Lingad

Tips: If you want to eat in, order, then do one more room (Hammam for example), then return 10 minutes later to your table with food ready. When you are timed, every minute counts :) Tip: Book a treatment! It includes passes to the second a rooms so considering that it’s really not much of an add-on. The couple massage was very relaxing. I wish we did the 80 instead of 50 minutes.

  • Amy

Beautiful, high-end spa. loved the saunas, snow room. Great lounging space, well tended to, very clean. Really worth a visit. They unfortunately use a lot of chlorine in the hot tubs. You do have to bring your own sandals, unless you want to go barefoot or buy a pair. I wish they would do away with the 20% mandatory service charge for the restaurant--the service was very minimal.

  • Ms. October

I visited World Spa for my birthday a few weeks ago. I didn't book any services, but I still enjoyed the saunas, pool, salt, and snow rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I highly recommend World Spa to anyone seeking an escape from the stresses of Brooklyn life.

  • Veronika Mukhina

We loved it! This is a spa experience you can call “fun”, since there are sauna presentations, which is usually not a thing in a spa. But what a great place to celebrate a birthday! The food was phenomenal, so delicious and fresh! The place was very clean, and everything there is brand new. Very stylish! Overall, we would love to come back and celebrate a special occasion.

  • michelle rodriguez

Amazing experience! The name says it all.. you get to experience saunas from all over the world from Turkish, to Japanese hot tubs and many more. The only turn-off was the food selection. But everything that we tried was delicious. Also, there were only 4 showers on a locker room of over 80 lockers. A little inconvenient, but the complimentary products were great!

  • Ms. B.

LOVED this facility, and my sister had “the best massage of [her] life!” So many great things! Excellent food, good value, great service in all aspects. Some of patrons are a little sketchy though - extensive making out in the pools, wearing literal boxer-briefs in the jacuzzi, not putting towels down when sitting in the steam room while wearing a g-string, etc.

  • kesha king

Absolutely spectacular! My birthday was yesterday on Halloween, and I decided to treat myself to a whole day of pampering. It was never a disappointment. It was awesome and I will definitely make sure I go back again, again, and again. The food is awesome by the way, and the representatives are so very nice. The establishment is very clean. I love it so much.

  • Kanesha Baynard

Great experience at the World Spa. Everything was luxurious from the moment you entered the establishment. Check in was easy. The attendants were very caring and explained everything thoroughly. We loved our massages and relaxed over a delicious lunch. It's a great place to go for a girls day or a family outing with adult kids. We can't wait to return.

  • Regan Claire Hibbs

My husband and I did the all access pass and we left feeling great. The space is beautiful and there’s so many rooms to choose from — varying from intense heat to moderate, comfortable heat. We were able to do the group sauna meets where they use the birch leaves to enhance the experience, which was our favorite part. We will be back soon and often!

  • Valentina Rainer

We absolutely loved it! My husband got us VIP passes for my birthday and it was the perfect gift. It was so relaxing and beautiful. It’s very clean and the Saunas, Hammams and the pools are fabulous. I got a Massage as well and I was in heaven (can highly recommend Marina). So overall an absolutely fantastic experience. And we will be back for sure.

  • Josef P

This experience was amazing… Specialized massage done under the care of Stephanie to address my specific needs. Plenty of attendants to answer questions and help me to have the most therapeutic day I’ve ever had at a Spa. The food selections were phenomenal as well. I’d like to see a better phone answering system the hold cue time was too long…

  • Megan LaFoschia

First time to world spa and I was not disappointed. It's not cheap, but worth every penny. The rooms are clean and well managed, excellent locker rooms, dining was delightful, and the entire staff very friendly and inviting. The snow room was really fun. Got a Venik treatment and turned into jello. Do yourself a solid and spend 4 hours here.

  • Jose

Everyone from the security guard who was helpful to everyone. He came into the sauna during the ritual to help the russian attendees who had a strong accent with the explanation of what was about to happen. the Russian staff had great energy during that experience. Should consider him for a guest experience manager. front desk and servers!

  • Michael & Carolyna Buchbinder

Had the best time here! From the saunas, to the salt room, to the big warm pools, definitely a day of pure relaxation! There’s also cold plunges but I cannot handle the cold! $85 during the week to enjoy all day or $115 for the weekend! They also have a restaurant available which you can take a quick lunch break and eat or have drinks!

  • Aces

I had an amazing time at this spa. I went on a week day. It wasn’t as crowded as I expected. They have lots of saunas to choose from. I really loved the ambience it was very quiet and relaxing. I wish the breakfast menu had more options. I will definitely revisit when I’m in NYC again. Remember to bring swimwear because it’s required.

  • Kamila Skubal

10/10 experience. Very pleasant atmosphere. The staff is super interactive. Leon is amazing. He’s very skilled and made our day so relaxing. Lana’s hospitality is very warm and welcoming. John is very patient while teaching you the proper way to do a cold plunge. 10/10 super clean and the staff makes this place so much better.

  • Ana Alavidze

World Spa is a hidden gem in NY!!! I had an absolutely fantastic day. Super clean facility. The different saunas and the snow room are super nice. I highly recommend massage treatment, it’s so relaxing and I was so grateful to the technician, who was professional. I definitely have to treat myself this way more often.

  • Paola Eliacin

This is the most calming place ever right here in Brooklyn. I went with a group and we did everything. I loved the eucalyptus room, the pool, and my relaxing massage.Every staff member is extremely helpful. I found Windy and Gaston. They went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

  • Amalia Schwarzenegger

amazing place! the variety of saunas and each ones unique design complimented by the professionalism and friendliness of staff makes it a perfect place to relax and restore your energy. most recommended feature is parka with honey&salt scrub! manager Leonid is a vibe setter, professional and also very funny :)

  • Phil F

Literally the best spa experiences I’ve had. I am a repeat client and will continue. The last variety of spas , saunas, pools, relaxation rooms and amenities is the best ! Very reasonably priced too for the service. I had the vinik treatment done and loved it ! Thank you looking forward to more treatments!

  • Ekaterina Morozova

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at this sauna! The place is spotless, boasts new amenities, and has a layout that's incredibly convenient. The people are friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Plus, there's a fantastic variety of saunas to choose from. Totally worth the journey to Brooklyn!

  • Danielle Rays

I had such a lovely experience visiting the World Spa. The vibe and ambiance of the spa is beautiful and relaxing. It is versatile with many different hot room options, as well as cold pools, cold plunges, snow room, jacuzzi, and a tasty restaurant. Looking forward to my next visit to the World Spa!

  • Levele

(7/14/23 visit) Beautiful facility. They have several different saunas, heated and cold dive pools. I got a 80 min relaxation massage. It was great. The masseuse was attentive to the areas I mentioned. Customer service was great. I didn't get a chance to try the food. Will definitely be back.

  • Nzingha Hall

My boyfriend and I came here, and it was such an amazing experience. The staff was nice and accommodating to all needs ! The Eucalyptus show in one of the sauna rooms was my favorite ! All rooms and pools are beautifully designed. Come here and I promise you’ll have the most relaxed day ever.

  • Simone Robinson

Me and my sister went for the 1st time and it was an amazing experience. The staff was super friendly and courteous. The facility was very clean and had a great ambiance. The saunas were great and locker rooms very clean. Our massages were Superb. We will definitely be back again..

  • Nathalia Brache

Very relaxing experience, I went on a Friday night and it was not as crowded as I thought. There’s multiple saunas, and plenty of different temperature, size pools. It is a spa rich in culture. It is not your “regular, mysterious dark spa” The food option are very limited though.
