This location has terrible management. I bought a pair of shoes and they we're not very comfortable. So, I tried to return them and was met with an uncaring and negative response. Even though, I was told before buying them that I could get a refund with the receipt. I wore them for a little after because I didn't have the money to get a new pair. After awhile I just gave up (my feet were too sore). That's a disrespectful way to treat customers especially after going back on your word. Not everyone has the money to consistently buy shoes. Do better or stop turning away loyal customers.

Great place to come shopping for a pair or two of your favorite brand name shoes. A parking lot is located around the back of the business. Store is wide enough for handicap access. Plenty of payment options are available here. You can come in and take your time looking at the big selection of shoes and other items. You can always find a deal here. My visit I was able to buy a pair of shoes that were faded from being on display at a discount. I was able to apply shoe polish and make them like new. I would like more variety for womens tennis shoes though. Thanks

Once you go inside there always checking on you if you are stealing, i don't like this place don't ever go to this location. Very disappointed. The old locations were great but now this new locations they moved in. there more about money than the customer and they will judge you in the way you are color and think that they're stealing from them. I hope in the future they would change their methods but for now I say do not go there. Go to Champs or Foot Locker a little bit more bucks but they're not treating you as you were stealing stuff.

Have good shoe sales which can help someone on a budget. There are sales on clothing. Brand name shoes and clothing are nice and good quality for someone who has the income to afford pricey items. Great Dodger hats that can be washed, but not put in dryer. The hat was expensive, but doesn't wear out like cheaper hats at other places. I enjoy coming to the store when I can afford it.

Modern styled interiors that counts with 2 floors very well accomodated and divided into areas nicely decorated that makes it a much pleasent way to find the perfect shoe for you.Each area counts with a great variety on new models of the best brands and their different styles, always with the cheapest prices and great discounts. Very unfriendly young woman at the register. She acted bothered that she had to ring me up. She didn't want to get my member card number and refused me of my coupon. She had terrible customer-service skill/people-skills. She should work off the floor if anything. She ruined my shopping experience there. Cant find anyone to help you and whwn you do they get upset as if they are so bothered by your question. Go to another store. I could not understand the cashier. So began to soeak to her in Spanish. Then she got upset further because i did. She was so rude. Throwing out my wss rewards card even if i am 6 points shy of earning a 10 discount. Grief nit worth it!

This WSS building is where they filmed the first Fast N Furious movie. Huge two story selection of shoes for the family. Nice parking lot on the south side of the building. However, I didn't see a whole lot of shoes I was interested in buying like the WSS store in Covina. I did buy a pair of light blue colored Vans though. Quick checkout for me.

They don't have many sizes for various shoes. I had asked for multiple pairs in my size, having to resort to the last pair i was interested in. When i finally foind some my size, they were missing the right shoe. However they kept trying to sell me the display shoe, clearly worn outside due to a good sanded down heel. No thanks.

I used to come to WSS & try to get some Nike dunks or Jordan's but that well has dried up lol. Customer service is non existent but the stores are always clean & I stopped going because the cashiers I've experienced lately at the Pico & western location are terrible. These are clean but got them cheaper at footlocker sigh

I'm really happy with the pair of shoes that I purchased from you guys. The problem is that the employees need more training and information about the products that you have in the store. I have to do my own research on line to make sure the shoes that I like are water proof. Because the guy by the door didn't know.

Still haven't found shoes here; they have incorrect sizing on the Sketcher Girl's Size 3, too small and their aisles are on the wrong number basis. Where are The Women's size 5 and U.K. Size 3. ☆ ?!!!! *photos are of hole around the corner that may cause a land some day...or hopefully not called 911 on it.

I like that you can grab the shoes yourself instead of waiting for someone to help you. I don't like that security watches you a little too much. There's someone always at the door so I don't see the point of them following you. It's a good place if you're looking for a good shoes at a decent price.

While exploring Los Angeles I ran into WSS. I've never heard of this store on the east coast so, I explored. WSS features many athletic wear brands for men, women and children. Huge two story store, efficiently designed with plenty of shopping space

They wouldn't exchange a pair of Nike dad shoes that started squeaking two weeks after I bought them. The clerk said it could be due to sweat and they only exchange for material defects. I called the number to the manager but never got a response.

Never have I been in the store where I have to literally stand at the register and cough to get somebody's attention I was in here for 15-20 minutes with a handful of merchandise and no one ask me if I need any help. Discrimination it feels like.

Visited on a weekday afternoon. Store is clean and well stocked. I found the items i was looking for pretty easily. Prices are not bad at all. I found some shoes for work at $40. I would do some shopping here again.

Didn't find what we were looking for as my hubby need a 13 to 14 size and the availability of those are extremely low. However the customer service was wonderful and ready to be of help anyway they could.

The cashiers, always serious, one this are pregnant, is nothing educated, the rest are not friendly. The 99% of yours customers are Hispanics the cashiers spick English. No sense.
