If I could put down no stars then that’s what it would be! Absolutely disgusting customer service and rude manager Faisal (who appears to have written a review himself below.) Desserts came to us stone cold with the boxes in their sides so all the toppings were at the bottom of the box. Tried to call no one answered! Would not give me refund offered 20% off next order like we would ever order from there again!!! Appalling service overall! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! No way were you threatened in any way please do not use that term. I agree I did say I would leave a bad review from the experience I had received and the unprofessional mannerism of Faisal who in actual fact put the phone down on me when I was talking to him. Yes I was angry at the way he was behaving. I did call the number on the receipt maybe you should look into having the correct details printed on the receipt you provide to customers. I followed up my calls 5 times and it was only the last call I made I was advised to call your number. Thanks for the great service! Good luck for the future

Wow since the new manager took over and changed the shop completely now named bubbles and waffles I tried a few days ago there bubble tea wow it was amazing and so much cheaper than every where else. I went in with my daughter to collect our order and was so shocked to see what the new people had done to the shop it looks amazing. The staff was so friendly and chatty now my daughter keeps dragging me back for their ice cream. Highly recommend this place since it’s changed over to bubbles and waffles

We had ordered two cookie doughs From here. They tasted great and looked great, unfortunately my husband the following morning first thing started to vomit We had all had the same dinner only our dessert was different. His been poorly two days with poisoning It may just be something as simple as gone off milk left out, it may be the cookie dough had been sitting in fridge for to long, or gone off eggs. Sorry for the review Just desert Maybe a little hygiene test or check would be great.

Ordered through uber eats, 45 minutes later, 15 minutes after the scheduled delivery!, I ring the restaurant and ask when it's coming. They say they have not even started it as they are so busy and it will be another 30-45minutes so I ask them to cancel. They cancel but then claim they had started the food and are charging me for it! I'm trying to get it resolved through uber eats but for now it is a very disappointing experience with Just Desserts and I do not recommend them.

If I could rate this no stars I world do not order Iv had confirmation from the safety environmental health that this place needs inspecting so many people have been so poorly with this place and the man’s very rude and dose not give you your money back! This place needs closing down off milk and out of date waffles had mould on it! You may think it tastes nice but your be vomiting in the night! This is going to cause children , vulnerable adults to get very sick! Please avoid

Food never turned up, phoned continuously and they didn't pick up, even left a voicemail, no call back. Actually consider myself rather lucky as lots of previous reviews claiming customers have had food poisoning. Just found out excatly same thing happened to our son from here a few weeks back. Just deserts, you should feel ashamed of yourselfs! especially as this was going to be a treat for us that doesn't come easy! Date of experience: 19 September 2022

The food is really good, especially the waffles. There have been afew times where we have ordered food and literally nothing has come. I was offered a discount on my next order but when I went to use it they did not respond. Another time it was over 2 hours late, and I couldn’t get through to anyone to cancel so had to message on Facebook

The red jolly rancher slush had gone off There was no bubbles in the bubble tea The banoffee pie waffle had gone off This is disgusting and there quite lucky to have all there windows still tbh

We tried this place for a milkshake and slushies having had a few disappointing orders from Creams. Very impressed! Tasty, cheaper and quicker delivery. So glad we decided to give it a go! Will 100% order from here in future and look forward to trying different things from the huge menu!

Owner faizal & his delivery female driver are atrocious. Incorrect order recieved, driver pockets change and comes back asking for more and then drives off and owner doesn't know how to rectify his mistake! Just appauling and would definitely avoid and not recommend. Really pathetic

Delivery was here within 30 minutes, way ahead of timing! Food was AMAZING as always, have never had a bad experience when ordering and think all delivery drivers that we’ve had have been polite and generally nice! Amazing waffles, amazing service,!

Amazing desert shop down the road to me. New management and a lot has changed. Introduced bubble tea, definitely try the taro bubble team with topica and strawberry jelly. Waffles, slush puppy, pannini and bubble tea all under one roof.

Amazing desserts with a really good portion size! Super high quality and made fresh. Delivered in perfect condition and still hot. Highly recommend the chocolate fudge cake and kinder Bueno waffle ❤️

Ordered waffle and it was very delicious. But unfortunately i've started vomit in the night. Possibly food poison because of old eggs of milk or something. I'll never order again.

I loved it! The best waffle I have ever had 100% and the lemon gelato is incredible. The milkshake and sundae were lovely too all in all probably my favourite desert place.

Ordered Banoffee waffle and chocolate Brownie waffle tonight, great value for money and were extremely yummy, thought it was better than Creams.

Please do not order from here. Me and my partner ordered two waffles and have both ended up with food poisoning. Not worth the money at all.
