Our family is incredibly grateful to Kristi with Waldrop & Co Realtors for the exceptional service provided as we sold our home of 14 years. First things first, she sold our home within 4 days, at 5% over asking, and ZERO contingencies! But before we even listed our home, Kristi laid out the entire process, beginning to end, which immediately put our minds at ease knowing what to expect, and when. She provided resources for things like staging, packing, and moving, as well as an explanation of all things "real estate." She set up and provided a photo shoot with an excellent photographer for the home sale, as well as a separate family photo shoot as a gift to send out a "change of address" to friends and family. We were in constant communication and she never left any issue unattended, usually answering our questions before we even asked. When we hit an unexpected road bump during our inspection Kristi, immediately tapped into her list of knowledgeable contractors and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue that could have cost us months in repair and tens of thousands of dollars. Not only did she negotiate this repair at a minimal cost, the sale proceeded without delay! Kristi tended to every last detail of the sale, even providing pizza, plates and a family game for the last night in our home. I can't imagine having anyone other than Kristi sell our home.
