Dropped off prescription at 7:35pm. Was told they were behind 2 hours and close at 10pm. Ok I live 1.2 miles away not a problem I'll be back before 10pm. I arrive back at 9:45pm they cannot find my prescription. They find it lying on the counter, and not in the system. At this point I ask for it back so I can go to a CVS that is open 24hours to get the script filled. This is not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy but it will be the last time I use them. THANKS FOR THE DIS-SERVICE

This walgreens pharmacy location should be investigated for their mishandling of controlled substances. I've brought my prescription here 6 times now mistakenly thinking that they will be like every pharmacy, yet this location in particular seems mistakenly mix names up or even at one point last month lost my refill which is a controlled substance! What is going on here?

Took 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. Don't bother calling, they are too busy to answer the phone. I don't know what the cause is, but they always seem overwhelmed. It's been like this for long time. I'm switching pharmacies. Even if I have to drive a little longer, I'll still probably save time.

This pharmacy is the worst! I stood in line yesterday for 30 minutes and the only served one person during that time. I left and came back today... 23 minutes in the drive through so far! Total time today 38 minutes.

The pharmacy has changed help the new pharmacist has brought corporate decay to the place, its made it a hassle to get refills taken care of especially if they have to contact your Dr.

I got a text saying call Walgreens. I tried calling and I was put on hold and then hung up on several times. If I would’ve done this at my job, I would’ve been fired.

Always friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a long wait but if I go after 8pm it's usually good.

Been here a few times. The service is decent here.
