The Walgreens at 4 corners in Spring Hill must have changed their pharmacists as I have been having more & more problems. But by far the worst thing done, which I have found out is unlawful, they changed the amount of medicine they dispensed to me. My Dr wrote for 90 strips of medication but the pharmacist only filled it for 75 strips. As I was following my Drs advice/orders as to how to take my meds, I ran out 5 days early & they couldn't have cared less about the excruciating pain I had to endure on those days. Even though my online account in the Walgreens app showed that I am due the remaining 15 strips I was told that they would not fill it for me. The pharmacist on duty that day was ruder than any I have ever encountered anywhere in my life. Per the pharmacy review team with my insurance company, they cannot change what my Dr writes or E-scribes for me, that I should go in and demand they fill it at no cost to me because if they had requested payment for the 90 strips from my insurance company at the time the initial prescription was to be filled, it would e been covered. I did as they said by going in to this Walgreens but got nowhere with them. I'm truly at my wits end. Once this is straightened out I will be finding a different pharmacy for all my prescriptions. Done with them.

La farmacia de este walgreens es un desastre muy frustrante recoger medicinas ahi... yo estube ayer tratando de recoger mis medicinas de mis niñas y habian 3 mujeres que me pasaban de frente al vidrio por mas de 20 minutos parada ahi y lo pueden ver en las cameras que no exagero ninguna se dignaba atenderme no me parece justo porque si no van atender que pongan un cartel de cerrado... cuando al fin la señora de nombre Carmen sw digna atenderme porque le toque el cidrio y le pregunte que si me atenderian se dio vuelta y me pidio mi identificacion para decirme que mis pastillas no estaban listas...lo mas indignate y falta de respeto es tratar de obtener un servicio y que te traten mal si lo unico que necesitaba eran las pastillas de mi bb que la tengo con vomito... y para terminar la situacion no habia ni llegado a mi casa cuando me mandaron un mensaje del mismo walgreens que mis pastillas estaban listas ‍♀️

Prescription was sent over by the doctors office, they said they do not accept the insurance and would not be able to provide the flu medication only the nausea medication… I asked if the insurance is not provided by the doctors office and they said a text message should have been sent to me with an error, they also mentioned that the location i was at, is not allowed to provide the flu medication and I need to go to different location to ask them to transfer it to cvs pharmacy. That location were the prescription was sent to is closed. I have to wait til tomorrow to go walgreens to the location they sent me to to ask them to transfer it to cvs… They are not allowed to give me the prescription to go get it elsewhere, even tgough they are looking at the prescription on their screen… im not sure if this is the process but its pretty unfortunate for the person with the fever, cold sweats and incessant coughing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I hope the manager takes into consideration the people they are hiring at this pharmacy, I am not saying they're all bad but a lot of the people I spoke to today were not helpful. I spoke over the phone in hopes of getting something so simple resolved that was needed for my health, it was an emergency! I spoke with six different people several times and no one cared, gave attitude, put me on hold, and did not help at all. These people seriously do not care, they're all about transferring calls to someone else.. I will never deal with this pharmacy again. PONGANSE HACER SU TRABAJO Y DEJEN DE COMER MIERDA!!!

Malisima farmacia,malisima atencion,attention, bad in drive-thru huge line that wait more than 25minutes super slow,que desconsideracion,si llamas por telefono te Dejan en Linea y no se acuerdan estas esperando. No recomiendo esta farmacia a nadie.the worst pharmacy in miami,I come here because I pick up medication for old friends,but otherwise I will never comes here for nothing,dirty parking nasty place ,workers inside there not nice,they should close this pharmacy or change there attitude of everything.

Que casualidad que la manager de esta tienda es una culicagada sin responsabilidad llamo y me dicen que me pueden tomar la foto antes de las 8 pm cuando llego me dicen que no hay quien antienda después de 5 minutos apaga las computadoras y dicen que no hay sistema creo que deben poner personas experta en esto que tengan amabilidad para atender el cliente y ser responsables con todas las normas de la tienda y ponerles nombres a las que atienden para identificar a esas culicagadas que trabajan

Employees n store managers, are very polite and respectful.. I know everyone in the store, for many years. And They'll Have smile n great attitude. I enjoy shopping there. Plus, I've been using the pharmacy for over 10+ years n am very pleased, with their services.

Cashiers are very slow dr ar pharmacy is rude n not much help when you ask a question about a medication or even when you need a medication and don't have any idea of what you can take for what you're symptoms are . …

The SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever been to. I bring a book now whenever I need to pick up my meds bc it’s never less than a 30 min wait. Doesn’t matter if you’re in the store or in the drive through.

Terrible, I wait for 1 hour just to hear that my medicine was not ready, after they sent a message saying it was ready. Not efficient service, only one person for both windows. Bad experience!

The worst, useless, I just called to the pharmacy and they placed me on hold for 20 and at the they simply Hung up on me, I did called again and they put on hold for more than 15 minutes.

This is the worse Walgreens. You call and they place on hold over 30 mins to talk to someone and the attitude they have are horrible. Plus they never have the meds you need …

Tarda demasiado en sacar un medicamento debería de haber más personal oh al menos los que están que se dediquen a atender lo más rápido que ellos puedan y quieran .
