This pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone so don’t bother calling. They have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I originally dropped off a prescription there and after I handed the girl the prescription she said it would be ready in a couple hours. I said “that’s it?” as in “you don’t need anymore information from me?” and she said yep that’s it. So I left. 30 mins later I get an automated phone call saying my prescription couldn’t be filled because of an insurance issue. I just started a new job so I realized I hadn’t given them my new insurance info and the girl never verified anything. So the script was never filled. A few days later I give them a call once I had my new ins info, man answers and I tell him my script wasn’t filled so I needed to give them my new info. He asks for my DOB and asks what the script was and proceeds to tell me it’ll be ready today and was about to hang up on me. I said wait it’s not going to go through because I need my ins info updated. He says ok I’ll get you on the phone with our staff, I wait on hold while it tells me there are 2 people ahead of me, finally it goes down to 1 person, then eventually I’m next. Instead of someone answering the phone, I hear the hold music stop the phone rings, then after a couple mins of ringing the hold music starts again. This alternating hold music and ringing repeats for almost a half hour. The people ahead of me in the queue probably just hung up rather than getting helped. I was so frustrated that I just drove to the pharmacy right then, the whole while keeping my phone on the call, which they never answered. When I showed up there was one person in line, then I was helped. She took my ins info right away and said it’ll be ready in 15 mins and asked me to wait at the chairs. She said the only people who answered the phones are them at the front, there’s no back office. I stood there for 20 mins watching them and although the phone was constantly ringing, not one of these 5 people answered the phone. One girl even went on break. I eventually got the automated call that my script was ready, but instead of someone calling me up there to get it, I waited while more people walked up in line and the cashier continued to take each one. Finally I told them my script was ready and asked if someone could give it to me since there was a never ending line of people that were walking up. I wasn’t going to stand there all evening. The girl who had went on break earlier rung me up, gave me my script, and sent me on my way, never asking if I needed a consult, which I should have had since it was a new prescription. If I could go back I would have taken my script to CVS.

I thought it was only due to covid and the after effects but it's now towards the end of 2023 and the Pharmacy is ridiculous. You get told different things by different pharmacy techs. They'll tell you your meds will be ready in an hour than you get a call an hour or two later that your meds are out of stock. My meds have been out of stock twice in an 8 day period. I was also told that I could pay out of pocket for my medication and the total, only to be told later when I called to check on it that I could not pay out of pocket and could not pick up my medication due to their agreement with my insurance. It's a lot if back and forth and different techs not knowing what is going on and it being total chaos and them always being out of medications.

Getting a script filled today is worse than ever..it took forever in a day to get my script filled..I thought with MRP/ERP S/W improvements back 10years ago, it was suppose to optimize efficiency? Try faxing over a script and it takes 2hrs to come through, because the army of people? There was allot, but the VA has twice as many all day and 30minutes max from start to finish..Sometimes 45min, sometimes less. It was so chaotic, they closed down the doors and arbitrarily said drive through only? Really, that's your answer. You wonder why the confusion? You should have been prepared for this, and it looked like allot of moving around, but nothing getting done..

Got a text last night saying my husband's meds were ready. Then one this morning saying they were waiting to hear from the doctor. Five minutes later, another saying they were ready. So I called. They hadn't even refilled the ones we needed. So those were added and I was told they would be ready at 11:55. I went there after noon, hoping they were ready. Nope! Waited another 45 minutes only to find out they filled the wrong ones!! Due to AFib, stroke and cancer...his meds change. Ridiculous servuce

My go to convenience store. Great place to get coffee, kombucha, and Pedialyte. Update: has been a little under-stocked lately, and it gets sometimes dangerously populated by the homeless and addict community. I’ve personally seen people KO’d or even OD’d out front, and off to the building side; face-down, on the ground… or rushing out the door with armfuls of product. If this makes you uncomfortable or you’re bringing children around; maybe show up before 7pm or sundown.

Not my regular Walgreens. I don't know it well enough to review but I've had no issues when Ive visited a few times. But Walgreens pharmacy sucks. When transferring prescriptions or when trying to fill it a few days early, they always give me a hard time even when it's not a narcotic or anything like that and my insurance will cover it. I just don't like how they like to play doctor. As if my own doctor doesn't know what they're prescribing me or know what they're doing.

I like this pharmacy, employee's are always kind and helpful. But I called them up,the automated voice tells me I'm the 3 caller...and then it takes 1hour n 18 min. What questions could those couple people before me asking that could possibly take over an hour to answer? Once I finally was up the employee was very apologetic and explained they were short handed tonight (sat @ 8pm)So I spared him a verbal lashing. Hire some more employees please

I called this wallgreens and asked for the pharmacy. I then asked the person if they accepted walking for covid 19 vaccinations. I was told yes then I asked if they were busy and was told no. I drove over an told them what I wanted and was told they only took appointments. When I told them I had just called they said I must have been talking to the call center. Sounds strange when I used that location phone number and asked for the pharmacy.

They all ways never get nothing done unprofessional... I'm switching to a different place where they will be professional we're they keep your info private and not well it to every one that does not need to now.... like how unprofessional doc. And pharmacist they need to hire new and professional employees I feel bad for the customer that had to deal with it ... I hope this review helps those who are thinking about doing ther

It's flu season, AZ has increased cases by 1000% and the pharmacy runs out of Tamaflu...in the ENTIRE city? Unacceptable! And, on a holiday weekend this pharmacy location was poorly staffed, super long waits along with extremely unhappy customers who shared their frustrations while waiting in line. Not cool Walgreens!!

  • Kristie Wallace

Worst pharmacy ever they never answer the phone. You can never get through to anyone. They never fill your scripts when they're supposed to . Literally have to drive over just to ask them to fill your prescription because you can't get through on the phone. Ridiculous! And this is an ongoing problem.

  • Recover Well

Night manager MICHAEL has poor customer service and is out right rude! I had an issue and when I asked a question about Walgreens Policies he immediately kicked me and my son out of the store. He lets dozens of shoplifters in the store daily (same ones)but he kicks out a regular paying customer!

  • Anna

1 prescription was sent in for my son, showed up an hr and 45 min after it was sent in and was told that they hadnt started it and to come back in 15 min. Came back 30 min later and was told AGAIN that they hadnt started it. Sat for 25 min and still nothing. Walked out. Horrible service.

  • Rachel Straube

This Pharmacy is awful they haves messed up my insurance several times and billed my prescriptions incorrectly repeatedly. this is by far the worst walgreens I have dealt with and I have finally given up I am going to move my prescriptions to CVS with hopes that they will be better .

  • brendan stamp

Walgreens website kept pushing RX refill back. Called and talked with someone for a few minutes and they had it taken care of. Staff were quick and polite when I picked it up but they split a small amount of meds into 2 containers when 1 could easily have held them all.

  • Juan Moreno

Pharmacy treats people very rude you have to wait 2 hours to get your prescription and that's even if they carry it because they always come up with an excuse to why supposedly they don't have it in stock it's a real sham since people are really in pain.

  • Brian Olsen (BrianandLili)

They decided to close the pharmacy at the only 24 hours pharmacy around. No drive through, no walk up window. No help. Additionally, they have no suggestion or help on anywhere else to go. 0/10 would not recommend for pharmacy prescriptions.

  • Joanne

Mohammed could care less about his customers. No one answers phones, they don't return voicemails, prescriptions rarely done when promised. Perfect example of NOT going the extra mile for your customer. No customer service at this location.

  • Danielle D

Always short-staffed, rarely has prescriptions ready when they say they will, majority of pharmacy staff are rude and dismissive. Every time I go there is at least one person who is fuming or fighting with them. Avoid if you can.

  • Luna-kay Marquez

Why do they even have 2 lanes open for the drive thru if they can only ever help one person at a time? Also, not all medications fit in the tube, you might have to go around again and wait twice.

  • Rachaael Brand

If you want to buy perfume for cheaper than other stores, this is where I go. I don’t use the pharmacy at this store, I use Walgreens to buy perfume, make up, body wash and\or energy drinks.

  • Ted Butkiewicz

If I could leave a 0 I would. This pharmacy barely ever haves what is needed, call in and they say they have it . Never ready on time, even when I they tell me they are working on it.

  • Benjamin Barr

Ordered a custom print to be sent to this store. It has been over a month and they keep telling me it isn't resdy even though I got an email saying it is ready for pick up.

  • Momoftwo

They won't answer the damn phone!!!! I have been to many Walgreens pharmacies and this is BY FAR the WORST ONE!!!!! HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE AND ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!

  • Season Wilson

Great customer service could be a tad faster but they’re on the ball and I’m on my pills! Love the drive~thru and the alerts very helpful! …

  • Joey K

The staff is nice about it, but this pharmacy wasn’t able to help customer after customer while spending a good amount of time on each one

  • Cin MZ

Store staff keeps workplace clean and my medication is always available. Pharmacy staff is kind and patient. My go to Walgreens.

  • Manuel Diaz Jr.

Why do they lock up the bathrooms? It should be available for the elderly and pregnant women without having to ask anyone.

  • Cory Jorgensen (MonsterADD)

Been closed the last two nights with a sign that says we will be open at 7am. Not we're closing earlier for a few days.

  • Mario Zavala

The worst customer service (pharmacy), always swamped with long waits. Even worse when trying to call them.
