This pharmacy is dangerously slow in processing medications — and they often will lose record of any receipt of the medication from your medical provider. In my case, my medical provider sent over the prescription twice — once over the phone and once on paper. The pharmacy claimed they did not have my medication. I actually had to go into the pharmacy to tell them to check their voicemail for my provider’s prescriptions. It was not until then, that they finally processed receipt of my prescription (three days later). This conduct put my health at risk, as I needed the medication to treat a respiratory illness. Delaying the treatment made my condition worsen. I would not recommend anyone use this pharmacy, and frankly, I would not be surprised if they were hit with a negligence lawsuit.

TRULY the worst Walgreens ever. Unless you are in the business of wasting valuable time, do not go here. The pharmacist and every single pharmacy team member is beyond incompetent. Unfortunately my insurance changed and now I have to use Walgreens instead of CVS. None of the employees here would ever be hired at CVS due to their lack of competency, lack of customer service, and ability to answer the phones or accurately refill prescriptions. On top of everything else, I finally got 1 out of the 2 prescriptions I have been waiting (one since 2/27), and when she handed it to me it blew off the thing and just stood there staring at me and then walked away. Truly, terrible terrible terrible. I am so sad to leave CVS, every location I've ever gone to is always phenomenal.

Easily the worst Pharmacy in Chicago. Terrible customer service. Pharmacists treat patients like they are children. The issue is that the pharmacists lack empathy and conviction—readily lying to you so that they can hang up the phone and go on break. Tough luck if you’ve been on hold for nearly an hour. Seriously this is a tragic sight to see. People aren’t treated with care. They are just another line item to measure profit from month over month. The manager of this location is fantastic. His name is Josh. He’s doing great work. The pharmacy had much left to be desired. I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy that is more reliable and warm to the health issues of the community they serve.

Stopped in to drop off a prescription and decided to wait. I was told 20-25 minutes. After 30-minutes, I went and asked the technician how much longer it would be. She struggled to find my record even though she was the one who had helped me. She went to the back and 5 minutes later returned, telling me it would be another 10 minutes. After 15 more minutes, I was still not called so I went to check again. All in all I waited an hour before getting my prescription. I don’t recommend waiting at this location. If you can, drop off and pick up later or the next day.

Truly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It is not the employees’ fault. Walgreens needs to have more staff. Lines are at least 40 min long unless you go close to closing. I have stayed for the pharmacy up to 1.5 hours. They also will not answer the phone. Sometimes they will not take waiters. I have had to ask to for them to do basic things any other pharmacy will do. It’s a safety thing honestly. There will be patient harm eventually given how busy they are.Just go to another pharmacy, even if it is out of your way. If I had a car, I would.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to and should no longer be allowed to operate. I’ve waited over an hour here for essential prescriptions that have been called in with ample notice and are still not ready. This has put my health at risk along with others. Someone else in line told me they gave them the wrong script. “We are short staffed” is not an excuse for this and I’m sick of us. Avoid this at all costs.

Very rude pharmacist - can’t believe the experience which is my worst ever. I left the very slow line to ask if I was in the right place - Jeremy rudely tells me to get in line as it’s one line. I get back into my place and then he yells at me not to cut the line. This was just one of many rude barbs I had to accept from him. Absolutely horrible experience!

Be prepared to wait every time you pick up a script a minimum of 30 minutes. And then when you get to the front of the line, the prescriptions that you filled days in advance will be magically missing and you wait another 30 minutes for them to refill them.

Terrible Pharmacy wait times. Regularly over a 30 min wait time standing in line. Calling the pharmacy is difficult due to long wait times, or they hang up on your and you are forced to call again. This is a pharmacy, not a restaurant. Get it together!

Waiting in line (for drop-off or pick-up, not to fill the rx) is 30 minutes MINIMUM at this location, every time. Last time I waited in line 45 minutes just to get to the counter to pick up a previously dropped off rx. Ridiculous.

Misgendered me as a man based on my first name and caused my insurance company to deny thousands of dollars in prescription claims. It was a nightmare. Also super slow for seemingly no reason.

Rude drive thru male worker. Couldn’t catch his name. What’s the point of having 2 lanes open if you’re only going to serve 1 and once that’s empty AND THEN serve the second.
