I went to this location on October 4th, 2021 to reload a prepaid card. I had never done this before so I was looking for some guidance also. This location was the closest to my home. I arrived at around noon and was the only customer at the cash register. A elderly lady was working. I told her I needed to load a card. I proceeded to turn my phone to her so that she could scan the barcode that the app told me she was supposed to scan to trigger the transaction. She looked at me and said "we dont scan anything here". She then told me to swipe the card. After swiping the card 4 times and it not working a line was starting to build up. I said again "it says you're supposed to scan this barcode". Again she refused to even try. At that point I left and drove out of my way to another location. The cashier there said she had done this many times she then scanned my barcode and I was done in about 30 seconds. In closing this experience was needlessly made difficult. This person should find employment not working with people.

Manager, named Gar, was HORRIBLE....I moved to the area, recently, and have been coming to this Walgreens, ever since. However, after this evening, I will be going back to my earlier location for ALL pharmacy and other needs. I came through and asked for a specific pack of cigarettes (I know, I know) I got home and noticed the brand I paid for was wrong. I immediately brought said pack back (within 10 mins) for an exchange. Seems simple, right? (Nevermind the wrong brand is more $, btw) Manager, Gar, met me with aggression in not exchanging the pack out. Ive worked in customer service my WHOLE LIFE and would NEVER respond to a customer in the way this person did! I've given this location pass after pass, because of convenience...That is over! Im relocating all my prescriptions back to the competitor, down the street. Customer service at this location is AWFUL... The only reason I gave 1 star is because I had to give "something "...

Worst place ever. The Manager don't need to be managing. He is rude and a Bully. He complains about being burnt out and tired. No wonder the store has 3 stars. If I could give it 0 stars I would have. The Old cashier stole my $16.92 change from a $20 bill. They talk to people so rudely and I will NEVER Ever Go there again. And the 5 customers I brought with me is also leaving. Please give me my money stolen by the cashier close to the pharmacists section. How could you sleep knowing yall allowed theft to happen under your watch. Check the cameras, the cameras don't lie. I also reported my experience with Corporate and I completed the survey at the bottom of my receipt ! If Walgreens is Burning you out, find another job because you are making Walgreens look Bad

I ordered an item yesterday night but unfortunately the order didn't reach to Walgreen as they had issue with the device. I requested them to give the item which is in store after i show the order number but the store person rejected. I was very furious at her. i cancelled online order and thought of buying it instore but the item was not available. Now I lost my patience but meanwhile the Store manager he called another store near south park and confirmed the item is in stock. I drove to the south park store and guess what he had reached before me and he was ready with my order. he you are a great buy, Thank you again for you help and excellent customer service and i apologies for being little mad

My husband and I went into this walgreens for assistance adding cash to one of our online apps, which walgreens sponsors doing. We ended up walking around, looking around the store, as I'm using my ibotta app(great deals and app!), found our funko pops, and also our Legands Hasbro characters (which are walgreen exclusives) happy we found them!!! Needless to say, went in for one transaction and ended up doing several other things too lol! (Found a "hidden gem" too) As we proceeded to checkout, the cashier was extremely friendly and polite, checked us out with no issue and we made our way out. Clean store and pleasant atmosphere. Haven't visited this walgreens in a long time and very happy we did!

I've been coming to this location for a couple years now and I NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE REGULAR PHARMACIST. The man there (Bill) and two other pharmacist are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND RESPECTFUL. HOWEVERRRRRR, the lady with tattoos all up her arm, with shoulder length blonde hair, is RUDE, VERY COLD, SARCASTIC IN A VERY DISTASTEFUL MANNER, AND DOES NOT REPRESENT WHAT RITE AID NOW WALGREENS STANDS FOR. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE VERY MINIMAL AND POOR. She SERIOUSLY made me want to take my business elsewhere where they appreciate their customers.

I went in to get a prescription filled without insurance. Come to find out, they didn't have a generic form and it was going to cost way more than I could afford. The pharmasist was very knowledgeable and called the doctor's office. After speaking with the doctor directly, she was able to get me a different prescription that cost WAY less. I was VERY impressed. The pharmasists are genuinly concerned for their customers and go above and beyond. I recomend this Rite Aid to everyone!

Went in today to pick up a Rx that my doctor sent to them 3 days ago. I grabbed some things I needed to buy before heading to the pharmacy. When I got back there the pharmacy tech told me they didn’t have anything for me and just walked away. Didn’t offer to look into it or ring my stuff up. I paid up front and when I walked out that same pharmacy tech was smoking a cigarette within a foot from the front door. Horrible customer service.

I simply walked in and asked if the photo machine printed pictures right then, or if I had to come back and pick them up. Lady at the register (old Caucasian lady with short hair) was ringing up another customer, frowned and rudely put her finger up telling me to hold on. I wasn’t asking for help, I was simply asking a yes/no question. Customer service sucks at this location! NEVER AGAIN ‼️

Two times this week I have had to pick up a prescription from this location and since I had surgery, they were narcotics which isn’t easy to relocate once the doctor sends the prescription. I have had to wait for at least an hour each time WHILE IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN! This place needs to get their issues worked out before they take customers. This is absolutely absurd and MEAN.

Great Walgreens and staff. I love the ability to search their website for instock items before phyically going to the store. Their website is normallyy very accurate but a few times it drops the ball. On hot (Covid-19 related) items, I'll call to confirm the website. They have always been gracious and polite. Would have given 5 stars if website was always accurate.

Refill process changed and now requires you to call in even though it's supposed to be autorefill. We get calls each week saying our meds will be ready next week. Every week! Some of the staff(new for this store) are not customer friendly. Thinking about changing to CVS. Further away but this Walgreens is terrible.

I’m not sure what I would have done it weren’t for a gentleman that works in the pharmacy. His name is Mission. I was so impressed with the way he handled a major issue I had with a prescription. Mission went above and beyond to help me settle a very confusing situation. He is a gem!

This is a nice Rite Aid. Well later out. Products are easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was very clean and well kept. I always look at the floors since I used to wax floors, theirs are very well kept and shiny. They also have a very good selection of products.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. They never automatically fill prescriptions on time, and have even given me someone else medication, then called me HOURS later to let me know and to bring it back. Thank GOD I had not blindly taken it.

I had a very unsettling experience w/a clerk; however, the regional and store manager settled it w/a kind words. Remember, never ever take matters in your own hand, everyone has a boss! thx to Johnson and Stewart, they know who they are

This store is clean and the staff are friendly. I always feel like the worker bees are working hard and the management is no where to be found, though. Weird, but just a hunch. The pharmacy can get busy, so plan ahead.

It would be so helpful if this Pharmacy had later hours... If I am not mistaken the pharmacy closes at 7 pm Mon- Fri and at 6 pm on the Saturday/ closed on Sundays.. This is so inconvient...

I very rarely write any negative reviews but...This is now a Walgreens and with the exception of one nice girl. I've experienced some really really bad customer service there.
