I made appointments for my daughter and me to get flu shots. We arrived early to ensure paperwork was completed. The pharmacist looked over to the tech assisting me and stated to the tech that my daughter could not receive her flu shot due to her age (3.5 years old). There is no mention of this on the website nor was there a flag when I entered her date of birth for the appointment. Additionally, the pharmacist stated there was a FL law stating no one under 7 could get a vaccine there. Either the pharmacist did not want her fast approaching lunch break disturbed or she does not know the laws in the state she practices. Regardless, I am not impressed by how this pharmacist never cared to speak to me about this and just hollered from the back of the store her made up guidelines. Thankfully, better businesses like Publix exist and DO in fact give flu shots to kids 3 and older. As it turns out, as of 2020 pharmacies can give flu shots to kids 3 and up. For those looking to get flu shots, I would skip out on this place. (Date of encounter 10/09/2022 @1400)

PHARMACY STAFF SEEMS TO BE INCOMPETENT. Haven't been a patient of my Dr in NY since September of 2015, yet the pharmacy staff continues to contact her to fill my scripts. I've told them multiple times that I have a Dr here, who they need to be contacting. For whatever reason, I have 2 accounts. I've been told twice now that my accounts will be merged and I shouldn't have this issue anymore. I went there today to see if my prescription was ready as I replied to the email to have it refilled. The pharmacy tech then told me that they were waiting on approval from the Dr (the one in NY). I asked her why they are still contacting my Dr and told her my accounts should've been merged 2 months ago when I was first told this. WHY THIS HASN'T BEEN DONE I DO NOT KNOW. She told me today that she will be merging my account and will be contacting my Dr here. We'll see what happens the next time I go to pick up my script.Terrible service.

Ok so I usually go into this Walgreens loved it usually everyone is very nice and greet me and it’s very convenient for me down the street. but today I went in and was looking at some products and asked the lady if these were part of the sale. yes there were signs there but wanted to make sure since they were travel size products and she told me no only the make up I was like ok. I took them anyways and yes they are part of the sale so 1 I was misinformed and obviously so was she. 2 So I go to the counter and say how are you to the lady well she was obviously in a mood or maybe just didn’t like me I don’t know what her deal was she was rude but oh said how are you to the person behind me having conversation and just handed me my receipt didn’t even look at me nothing just kept talking to the person behind me welp she was just down right rude worst customer service I’ve ever had left really pissed

Photos…. Let’s talk about photos. Let me tell you about my wonderful week and experience I had with Walgreens. I ordered photos through Picta App. They have a new thing now where you put down a deposit for your photos. They took my deposit and my order never went through. I had to call American Express. The day after I went into this Walgreens. I explained what happened. I tried ordering photos again. Same thing happened. Order never uploaded they took my deposit. Had to call American Express again. I then used the Walgreens app. I made the order went in to pick it up and told them I had a 25% off coupon. They were not able to assist & said it has to be applied to order first. I called the 1-800 # for the photos. They said they can’t adjust the price….. So NOW they have to throw out over 100 photos for me to start another order AGAIN!!!! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE

I went to this place to take 4x6 prints of a photo (I took a passport sized photo of my son in my camera and edited it to fit two prints in a 4x6). However, after using their kiosk for the one hour photo and waiting for 45 mins, the girl at the counter told me that they won’t allow me to have those prints as those were passport photos (basically since I didn’t use their exorbitantly expensive $14.99 for two prints passport photo service). I asked them for the corporate policy informing the customers detailing this as they had already wasted close to an hour of my time - but couldn’t / wouldn’t provide it. It was my preferred pharmacy for monthly med refills for the family that amounts to $60-70 recurring. No more! Would rather use the CVS or Publix nearby. Good bye!

Chelsey’s help in the cosmetic area was invaluable to me.  What impressed me the most about Chelsey was her sincere interest in helping me find the right product for me and not just trying to sell me any product. I am not a woman of color, and her ability to enhance my vision of the project I was faced with (providing a headshot for an upcoming documentary promotion) was impressive.  Her knowledge base went beyond using the appropriate false eyelashes, lip color, and mascara, but it also involved such things as using a color vs. black and white photo. As a small business owner, I believe you have a shining asset that may be underutilized.  Give her wings, such as a platform, and I believe Chelsey and Walgreens would greatly benefit. Don’t entrust your health to Walgreens because they will randomly refuse to fill your medicines I guess because they think they know better than your doctors who are actually treating you, also ignoring the fact that nothing has changed from last month to this, and to top it off they will let you know on your last day of medicine ignoring the fact stopping some medications abruptly is cruel and dangerous. Not to mention irresponsible, if you don’t won’t to be persecuted by the medications your being treated with avoid Walgreens at all costs. Your quality of life means nothing to them and your doctors went to school for nothing since pharmacists are deciding what you do or don’t need and without even having to see you.

I’ve been working with a mail order pharmacy since Walgreens is horrible. There was a delay in shipping a prescription from that pharmacy so they sent a prescription to this Walgreens so I would not go without my medication which cannot be stopped suddenly. That was a fail since this Walgreens just quit filling prescriptions in the middle of a Wednesday. So I went without my medication last night and am having serious side effects this morning. Luckily, they open in a few hours. I hope whatever issue they were having is resolved, otherwise I’ll have to go to the hospital or something because I can’t go to work like this. Thanks Walgreens.

Pharmacy lady Jessica HORRIBLE First i get there and she says "we are closing in 30 min u won't get our perscription but have a seat" I sit down. Then 20 min later she tells me that the written perscription. Of birth control from planned parenthood apparently already hit through my insurance through Walmart today. Even though I haven't been to Walmart and it was a HAND WRITTEN PERSCRIPTION FROM PLANNED PARENTHOOD WORSE SERVICE EVER. Im not gonna sit here and say I am perfect. But for personal reasons I need birth control now I am without. So I did leave the store with anger and a few cuss words

Similar to many other comments...this pharmacy needs to work on competence and customer service. Went in personally and filled out paperwork to transfer prescriptions from Publix. Then used automated system to try to refill on 2 occasions. Both times, nothing ready at promised pick up time. This time, they don't even have the drug in stock. They should not be allowed to mess with people's medications which are frequently the difference between life and death. " Helpful tech" offered to send my prescriptions back to Publix. Nice ...I guess they have enough business.

I bought an item that no one told me was non refundable when I checked out, like places usually do and should do so you are aware, and they were very rude about telling me I couldn’t swap it out for what I actually wanted. I did not purchase the item I came back to swap it out for because I was so unsatisfied with my experience and at that store. So I took my business elsewhere to buy what I needed. I would not recommend that store to anyone, if I could give it a rate of 0 I would. Once again, I am VERY upset and unsatisfied with my experience.

the store employees are very helpful, but the pharmacy has many problems.they dont call when a prescription is ready they dont call if there is a problem filling a prescription,some long line inside and drive thru, we have gotten a prescription several times that is suppose to be precisely mixed with sterilized water that has been given to us unprepared .i could go on and on . my wife continues to use this pharmacy because of convenience,but i will drive the few extra miles for less aggravation and the safety of our prescriptions

I tried to fill my prescription twice through the app with no success, so I called and used the automated phone system which said it would be ready the next day. I arrived and they said they do not have anything to be refilled. So I try to fill it while there in person and they are out of stock. I depend on this medicine and I tried filling it for a week at this point. I’m not sure if it’s just this Walgreens or Walgreens in general but this is the most inefficient pharmacy I’ve ever experienced.

Jason, the manager, is a great representative of the Walgreens brand. I came in 30 min early, not realizing pharmacy opens at 9. He saw me walking out and asked if he could help. I told him I needed to get this quickly as I was not feeling well, so I would go to Publix. He took my prescriptions to the back, then came out and said they'd be done in 30 min, less time than driving elsewhere, not feeling good. Thank you.

There's something wrong with THIS Walgreens location. I've used Walgreens for over a decade at multiple locations with no issues, but THIS Walgreens has screwed up multiple prescriptions in just the last 18 months, not only mine but my girlfriend and others I know. The last person I spoke to was more interested in hearing herself talk than she was in helping me. I wish I knew why this location was so bad.

This is my go to wargreens since they are close and very appropriately busy for the times. As long as I don't go to the pharmacy between 5-7pm or during lunch hours you are fine. The actual counter is usually really quick and they open new registers when they get a bit of a line. The pharmacist is actually very attentive and helpful when picking out over-the-counter meds. Definitely recommend.

The pharmacy/pharmacist refused to issue a meningitis vaccine to me. I'm in a high risk community/group. The CDC guidelines are for all people in any high risk community/group in FL need to get a meningitis vaccine. I've reported this pharmacy/pharmacist to the CDC. This constitutes medical malpractice. If I get meningitis I will most certainly sue you people for all that you're worth.

It doesn't matter what day of the week or what time it is....the drive though lane is completely backed up. It is completely frustrating. I have waited for an hour before. If the Rx is not ready or if there is another kind of issue, they need to make them come back later or come inside the store. I dont think Walgreens cares at all how long people have to sit and wait. utilize

Pharmacist and staff need to work on customer service. Rude to numerous employees. If your website says schedule an appointment or walk-in do not turn people away because they have no appointment and especially if nobody is waiting. Please spend time working on your attitude of your pharmacist and workers. Avoid this location and save yourself the frustration and rude service.

I gave the Pharmacist 5 Stars - very knowledgeable and professional but definitely overworked. Even so she has always taken the time to answer my questions completely, even when things are busy. Walgreens Management staff needs to address this serious issue before a customer is injured due to a mistake made by overworked pharmacy staff (Walgreens Management - 1 Star)

Joanne is a sweet lady!!! I’ve been coming here for almost 9 years now and she has always been super Helpful, respectful and kind to me and my kiddos! She always go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! The managers here are super nice too, the gentleman had helped me carried bags to my car before when I had my baby with me. Always a pleasure shopping here!

I just want to personally apologize to the ladies and gentlemen that were in the Walgreens today that had to watch me have a heat stroke in the checkout. Well, they were great while they were great, until they were not. Didn't bother to tell me I could get my scripts at Publix for $3 instead of $40 after the 1st of the year. Was not my deductible like they said! Come to find out they are no longer on my Preferred Providers list! All business done at Publix now!

So many complaints! I'm in there all the time, the pharmacist's are very professional, have never had a problem, and have never seen anyone in line at the pharmacy having a problem. Go online, order your prescriptions, pick them up at the drive thru, and be on your way. It really is that easy.

Horrible horrible customer service feom this location. They do not know how to run discount cards they do answer after putting you on hold . They will get an attitude after you call several times to resolve an issue that they caused or could've prevented . Horrible Horrible ehhhh ...

Once again Walgreen pharmacy does not have my prescription after it was filled and sent me a text message four hours ago somehow it got sent to another one of their locations it seems like every time they always have a problem when you come in here they probably need new management

Pharmacy always has a tremendous wait. Just frustrating to set aside 30 minutes just to pick up pills. I'm moving my future prescriptions this place sucks. Also I swear they have an illegal phone jammer my phone always cuts out when I get near this store.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff usually respond with an "I can't help you ". I asked to have a prescription transferred to another walgreens near my home. They refused. Filled 2 prescription s that I do not take anymore.

You really need to stop advertising yourself as the "northwest corner of..." You're on the north EAST corner. If you can't tell cardinal directions how are we supposed to trust you with our prescriptions?

Slowest drive thru ever. We watched 4 or 5 cars drive off after giving up hope before we finally did, too. Worst part is that we’re stuck with them because of insurance and they know it. Sad.
