Prescription was sent over on a Friday, early in the day. It was a class 4 controlled substance, the lowest class. I just moved to the area and came in on Monday around noon, plenty of time to fill the script, yet I'm told it has not been filled because the pharmacist was concerned with why I'm filling the script in Phoenix, rather than near my old address in Chandler. Last I checked, this is none of their business, and I confirmed my address is now next door to this location. After waiting in line for nearly 25 minutes, I'm told I have to return in 30 mins for my script. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be returning to this Walmart pharmacy. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. EDIT: Just returned 4 hours later to pick the prescription up, and I am now informed that they only have HALF of the script available, and are willing to sell me the half for 3/4 of the price, then next time I am expected to pay 3/4 of the price AGAIN. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. And on top of all of that, the script still wasn't ready and I am currently sitting here, waiting on what I was told would take 30 mins.

I would just like to give a huge shout out to this pharmacy and especially a huge thank you to the Pharmacist, Jeremy. I have been a frequent customer to this pharmacy for a long time and they have won my business. I highly recommend my friends/family, practically everyone, to use this pharmacy. My dermatologist prescribed me a medicine that seems hard to get... the Pharmacist Jeremy is so kind about acquiring it. Whenever they are out of stock on the medication, Jeremy searches hard to find a pharmacy that has the medicine in stock. He even reaches out to that pharmacy on my behalf and schedules either it to be shipped or arranges for me to pick it up at a different Walmart. Jeremy does all the footwork for me and makes my experience amazing every single time! The pharmacy answers the phones professionally and are genuinely kind. Thank you to your staff and pharmacy for providing exceptional customer service.

Walmart pharmacy texted me on 10/4 that my refills will be ready by 3pm that day, i went there around 5pm, i waited for 20 mins, just to find out the refills are not ready. Thet said they they will place an order and It should be ready on 10/6. I went back to collect it on 10/10. And the other meds is not refilled and they did not place an order. They have no idea how much I was suffering from being off my medication . By the way the other meds is refilled, but instead of giving me 1 month supply just like what the label they put 30 pcs, I received 90pcs. And please provide decent cart dor your shoppers

Hoy fui a retirar un medicamento que me indico mi Dra. Cuando llegue a la caja le dice a la Señorita que me atendió que si podía usar la App GoodRx para rebajar el precio, ella me dijo que no aplicaba el descuento, solo le dije ok, pague y me retiré. Me quedé con la duda y coloque el nombre de la medicina y si aplicaba el descuento en esa farmacia, obviamente era inferior a lo que me cobró la chica. Una falta de ética total.

I cannot say enough good things about the WALMART PHARMACY on Thomas Road. We moved here the first of June. We have used this pharmacy three times and each time the people that work there have gone above and beyond my expectations. Never have i been treated this nicely....no matter how long the line it is worth the wait. They go out of their way to help everyone. All walmart pharmacy techs should be trained by these people.

store is nice ,but the pharmacy is ridicules .i was today up there after they called me i call them back she was rude me and they employee s are lazy i was standing for long time she asked so many information to find me.i asked talk to pharmacist ,so she said she has question .then that old timer came and he was rude and lazy supper lazy,so he said this is for pain no any explanation about how and when i should us those.

I've had a lot of issues with my insurance but this pharmacy has been so wonderful with helping me and telling me what to do. The pharmacist even tells me about coupons i can get since my prescription cost so much. He has been really patient with me and explains everything so that i can understand. Very helpful.

Store is nice and clean. Had to buy a few last minute items that were locked behind a cage and waited over 30 minutes for each item. This reminds me why I don't ever shop at Walmart unless its for last minute items.

They always say they haven't received the prescription. Difficult to get through to them. Not going to be using them again

Pharmacy team allow people to cut the line entirely, no professionalism and bad wait times.

They were closed early. I couldn't get my antibiotics until the next day.
