I ordered a product on line for pick up at the store. I received tracking information that the product had arrived. I called the store to confirm and was told yes it was there but I had to wait for a confirmation email. I never received one so a couple of days later I went to the store and was told that they had no such delivery. After showing them the tracking emails I was told the items were lost in the store and I should cancel the order. When I tried to cancel the order the store manager refused stating that I could not be refunded for a product that I never received?! Finally an associate cancelled the order but after I left I realized that he only canceled half the order. When I called customer service to ask for the 2nd half of the refund for a product never received I was directed to the original manufacturer?! I am still in limbo waiting for the 2nd half of the refund. Very disorganized, mad house of a store. The one star is for the young associate that tried to help me after 2 hours of looking for my order even though he made an error - I do appreciate that he tried to help. Avoid this store - the management has no sense of customer service

Worst customer service ever! Yesterday I went to pay for my groceries and was told by a cashier that there were no cashiers available to help me and that I can only do self checkout. I had a full cart with over 70 items, I asked for a manager 2x and one never showed up. I was there for 30 mins checking out at self checkout with 4 employees all standing around doing absolutely nothing. By the time I left the same cashier I asked to help me was on cash, I asked her why it was ok for her to open her cash now and not when I asked for help and she told me that they were too busy before to help me. Rude and no common sense what so ever. Replace the manager and fix this store, from the comments I have read here, there is a huge customer service problem , I had to do their job as they stood around and did absolutely nothing. The staff here do not care, and need to be trained on how to treat customers , and do their job. Why wear a tag saying your a cashier if all you do is stand around, more like a greeter, but that wouldn’t make sense either cause nobody smiles or helps customers.

Horrible customer service. A worker tried to convince me that the sales in the flyer were only for the pictured items in the flyer. I pointed out that the flyer states that it says selected varieties but she was rude and didn’t listen. She than said she would go check the price of the item. It took her 15 minutes to walk to the freezer section and come back (she was talking to someone else as she was walking back) and didn’t say a word to me. Another worker came over to see what was taking me so long to check out, than the lady come over and said that only the two pictured items in the flyer are on sale. This was a complete lie as the price sale hadn’t been updated on any of the products. I went early Thursday morning. I just walked out after they wasted my time. I checked the website and guess what, all the products are on sale. Don’t waste your time at this Walmart. Go to south common mall. They are much nicer and actually help you. I will never go back to this Walmart. Incompetent workers

I was having difficulty locating a freezer that was on sale and in the flyer. My husband had gone online to find out that there was stock at the store. While walking around I came across the assistant manager Dorothy and asked her if she could help me locate it. She had me follow her and when she couldn't find a display, she asked me to wait and she personally went to the back, loaded and helped bring the freezer to the checkout for me. At the self-checkout, Bessie checked all my groceries through for me as I was tending to my young daughter in my cart and was having difficulty with the self-checkout. After paying for my groceries and the freezer, Dorothy assisted me taking it outside and had another young man wait with me until my husband pulled up the truck to load it in. Two young men (whom I didn't get their names) loaded the freezer into my husband's truck, albeit they put the freezer on its side (not the way it should be), but I had a great experience with helpful staff at the store.

ZERO MARK to that place!!!. I visited that awkward place first time. I have never seen before wall mart store like that !!!. At 11 pm they announce that store is closed-make your final purchases.... At 11.01pm I came to the self served area at the second floor (mans department ) to pay for selected stuff. Two !!! employees shut down already all counters and sent me downstairs - food area/another cash desk lines to pay. At 11.03 pm everything was also shuted down and Joseph -so called *In store manager* was smiling to our faces and telling to me and other two customers (BTW who came earlier !!! than me), that counters are closed , they want to go home and will NOT serve us. Three customers were compelled to leave their stuff in the store. Also I will be calling to wall mart corporate office- compliance department to inform about that behavior. I encourage everybody to call to corporate office with your negative experience. Let's change this place together !!!

I am writing today because of how terrible the customer service has been at this location (Erin Mills Pkwy). I’ve been to many other Walmarts, but the staff here are so unfriendly and not helpful at all. This has not been the first time at this store but after many visits here, I believe that writing a review may help improve this store location’s level of service. They switched over to reusable bags, which I appreciate as it helps the environment. However, the cashier said that they were out of stock. I paid and walked by another cash register and saw that she had bags. I waited in line again just to get one as I walk a distance with my groceries. I think it would’ve been nice if the first cashier had made the effort to actually respond to me when I asked questions, but also keep a few bags at her register instead of misleading customers to believe that there is absolutely no reusable bags in stock. This is just one of my many poor experiences here.

This Walmart has an employee named Tarun. This joker tries so hard to be efficient shoWING he is doing his job but he definitely is not doing his job right. At self check out he stands right close to you and watches you as if you are stealing something. He is Barely half a foot away - that is too close - If you watching from far away that is ok as I am sure there are cameras there as well but if you are standing right on top of us watching disrespecting your customers- there was another female employee and she was watching from far Away -that’s the way to do it! What a shame of an employee and training he has - Senior management if you are reading this - do an investigation on your employee and see what his issue is- or else staff member like these gives the entire Walmart a bad name which I am sure is not the case as I have seen some good staff there as well- In case you are wondering what your joker employee looks like here is his pic- Enjoy!

From the outside the store looks massive but isn’t as well stocked as the other locations. On the inside it is noticeably smaller and has movators (and elevators) to take you upstairs and downstairs. Clothing, accessories, small appliances and electronics are on the upper level while groceries, bakery, pharmacy and stationary are on the lower level. The layout is quite strange from the standard that you may be used to but the basics are carried. It’s just that you don’t have the same variety that other locations offer. Depending on the time of day that you visit, you may need to have some patience as the checkout areas are short but lines are long which cause confusion. Often times you have people standing in the aisles but they’re actually in line to check out. Otherwise it’s relatively clean overall. It’s just a different shopping experience when the flow is drastically different.

So disgusted with some of the people working there. The entrance in the morning is never open on time I had to wait 20 mins the other day for them to open the gate and when I asked the employee at the gate why they are never open on time even though the rest of the mall is open at 10, her and the manager said they can open the doors whenever they feel like it, so if they want they can open it an hour late its up to whatever mood they are in. which I find unacceptable cause there will be 10 to 15 people waiting for min of 10 minutes or more everyday. Def the worst customer service at this location. And I really hope this reaches corporate cause 1000s of customers are being disrespected and mistreated EVERYDAY here something needs to change. Don't attach urself to a mall if u want lazy employees working that don't like or want to do their jobs properly or effectively.

Absolutely shoddy service. Can NEVER find a person to help, let alone the RIGHT PERSON. Waited 20 min for the keys to an electric razor display case. Still didn't get it. And my wife who is HEAVILY pregnant and needing this razor also had to wait while tired and hungry waiting for a staff member. Worst Walmart store. And now I'm told there isn't a store manager available to help. And the assistant store manager on duty seemed to be more antagonistic than helpful. 5 minutes later she walks past me and looks the other way as if my family and I just don't exist. I asked for her to come and talk to me by the check out and was a no show. Even though I'd just seen her scurry into the office by the customer service desk. Disgusting, disgraceful, disrespectful and dishonest. With excuse after excuse after excuse.

Grocery pick up at this store has failed me 2x now. I was already turned off the last time when items were missing.. but Walmart offered me $50 off my next 2 online orders, so I thought I'd give them another chance. Any items that were in a bulk sale, I was shorted. Apparently this store has no cole zero, no gingerale and no pepsi. Our bread packaging was ripped, leaving the bread exposed and stale. Frozen fries for my kids, upon unloading the bottom of the bag was torn with the fries spilling onto the kitchen floor. This is suppose to be a convenient way to shop, easy to grab on the way home.. instead I had to spend time going through the refund process, and now have to go out to buy the numerous missing items. Lesson learned, I will stick to RCSS

I paid coins when I checked out. The cashier want helped me but the manager who called Charu saw I paid by coins and said: “Because COVID 19 we are not accepting lots coins.” “Walmart always accept cash why they don’t accept coins. “I replied. “That’s our policy”she said. “What’s the maximum coins do you accept?” I asked.(I asked this question at least three times,at first she didn’t answer) “Only one or two” (That’s really the strangest thing I have heard when I went to shopping ) So I went to the Costumer Service and ask a man who worked there the same thing .He said “we accept coins.” I really didn’t see any policy in Walmart that said can not pay more than one coins when you check out or this policy is made up by the manager who called Charu.

This Walmart location has terrible management! They have absolutely no idea of what "customer service" means. It's not the employees on the floor, it's the management staff that doesn't care at all, and absolutely no idea of good communication. The employee proudly tells me her name because she's proud of helping me. The manager hides his identity and doesn't want me to know who he is because he has nothing to be proud of - he has treated me so badly. Not all big box stores treat their customers so badly. I will not be going back to this store and don't recommend you shop there either. Go to the Walmart up the road on Argentia instead - you'll get more respect and be treated as person.

I purchased my LG Tv from this store and unfortunately I lost my receipt just after two days. I went back to the customer service for a new copy of my receipt and the stupidest thing happened with me. They were not able to track my payment made to them via debit card. I can’t understand how a store can not have data saved in their system when the payment was made electronically. The representative did try to help but it was of no use and she was the CS manager that I was speaking to, at least that’s what she claimed. The store manager won’t meet you, he is always on a vacation. Seems like he’s from the Walton family too. Incompetent staff that’s for sure.

Terrible service for pick up orders!!! I went twice but still missing lots of items. I went to pick up on my schedule time, they told me will be out in 10 but waited 30 minutes no show, I tried to come back in the evening, before coming I called to make sure everything's ready,they said come in 30 minutes, went to pick up ,guy came out with only 4 item I told him that's not enough he went back checked come back with more . When I unpacked at home I notice all my refrigerated/frozen items are all missing. :( Always check your order ,I always missing something from this location.

EXTREMELY BAD !!! Big NO !!!!!! Don't shop !!!!!!!!! Customer service and employees on counters tell you different return policies. I am here in the shop to return the unopened headphones, but the manager name is Deepanshi, not taking it back saying it's open and return policy is 15 days when actual retun policy says 30 days. She is not afraid of talking lies, and over that height is showing the policy paper to me to read it, which says 30 days return on that for headphones. Even after reading the policies loudly, they didn't take headphone back. BIG FAIL OF WALMART !!!!

Very belittling experience at this location. The staff at check out, especially the manager that works there at night is very rude and inconsiderate. Being in Erin Mills Town Centre, thought the head office, would hire with a touch of class, however it is the total opposite. This Walmart set up is convenient for me, and it was my go to Walmart, which was close to my home too. However, because of the incompetent and rude staff, I will avoid going to this location for some time, until changes to staff, especially with the rude and condescending night manager.

This branch of Walmart in Erin mills centre is a two-story supermarket with an escalator in between them but it is not as big as the one in square one they don’t have as much variety in clothing and other electronics and home stuff I still go there quite often they always have offers and good prices for good food and small pieces of cake. This branch specially they make offers on yoghurt and ice cream more than any other branch in Mississauga. Pay attention to the middle fridge on the meat and chicken section they always have offers for less than $10

Great, convenient Walmart Supercentre. Never change. Nov 3rd, 2023: Came for some avocados, Your Fresh Market rotisserie chicken (Green label - garlic and herbs for $8.87 - the flavour of this was mild, it could definitely be more herbal and garlicky), a cool Fox cookie jar Halloween decoration, and Revolve anti-stain remover refill. Very convenient. However, the rotisserie chicken could be larger. It was small. Future - try the orange label - Barbecue flavour, for the different flavour, but also because it seems cheaper, showing as $7.97 online.

In the same vicinity where I live so convenient location. One main challenge is sometimes, the shelf will say something is on sale then you get to the checkout counter and notice the discount isn't applied. When you call the attention of the sales assistant to it, reactions vary depending on who it is. Some check and apply the discount for you and some act like you're trying to steal the item. Very very annoying. Shelves are also empty for quite a long time. When I can't find what I need, I just go to the Loblaws five minutes away.

Came here at 10:50 to return one item (a pack of green tea). The customer service rep had already cashed out and told me that she couldn’t help me return the item and I should drive back again tomorrow. Another representative told me that even though the store closes at 11pm, customer service cashes out at 10:45pm. It would have been really nice to know that the job of the customer service to hang around the counter starting 10:45pm and stare and return customers that come her way even though store is supposed to close at 11pm.

The cashier was shocked that I wanted him to help me out my groceries into the bags. Then just started throwing them. Wasn’t even able to simply put heavy things at the bottom. He was so entitled. Awful experience. Bought a winter coat as part of a coat drive for my school at 30% off. Coat was too big for student in need, so I tried to do a straight exchange for a smaller size a day after sale ended (within a week of purchase). Told policy is I have to pay full price to exchange the coat. What kind of a messed up store has a policy like that? Straight exchange should just be an easy straight exchange. Assistant manager was rude and dismissive. 100% customer satisfaction... yeah right!

Come on you have to admit Walmart is pretty cool when they have a robot Zamboni running around the store! Previous: Good smaller 2 level Walmart Supercentre about the same size as South Common. It's a standard Walmart. What can I say. Upper level parking gets full quicker but never had a problem with lower parking. Online pickup takes a long time to get your stuff. The coolest new addition is a self serve frozen yogurt machine at the lower entrance.

Antier is extremely rude. If you ask her to scan a heavy item while she has something else in her hand, she will ask you “why are you in a rush?” “Why are you rushing me?”. Extremely awkward trying to explain to her that I am not in a hurry, but that I cannot put any items into my cart until the heavy item is scanned. She had the entire store looking at us.... Edit: what is this??? How am I supposed to shop at 38 weeks pregnant and a snow storm?

Good center. As of July 21, they are renovating the place. Plenty of options available. Need to increase the options like herbal products, car care, mechanical items. A lot of Indian food and other options available but information and markings are not readily available. Staff usually is not aware of updates inside the Walmart about the stuff from where to find which part and item. Availability and quantity of items is not same around the week.

Walmart is good but 2 star is only for the staff at self checkout. The lady whos name is neha is terrible.. i scanned my whole items nd in end i was by mistake one tomato was missed in the cart as the produce bag was ripped off.. nd i did’t notice anout that. Nd she came rightway to tell me that i did’t scan a single piece of tomato.. wow… if i can pay coupel of 100 dollars on grocery then i can pay for a single tomato as well.

Not a very pleasant experience at this location while I was trying to return a merchandise(item worth $10 only) but did not have a receipt. I told the customer service representative to try and look it up on my credit card but he said he could only do it if the item was purchased within a week. If I had a receipt then they have a 90 day return policy yet they can only look up for the last 7 days which is very odd.

She talk with the customer in very un respect way at all ' she deal with the customer look like she us the owner of Walmart ' the customer deserve better way to talk with ' I feel too sorry for the mother with 4 kids . There should be zero stars. This store is always dirty. On top of that I saw a mouse in the store. How disgusting is that? Many items are sold out or not available most of the time. There is no proper diversity and inclusion in the staff since they all belong to the same ethnic background. I think this store needs major rectification from Walmart Canada if they want to show they care about their customers.

Absolutely disgusting Walmart. Entire store smells like sour BO and sweat. Especially on the bottom floor. Apparently no one working or shopping there knows how to bathe. Shelves feel out of place and disorganized. On multiple occasions have seen kids/teenagers running around, throwing items and screaming. Employees hover around you at self check-out like you're a thief. Whole store feels really outdated.

My order was showing 'delivered' in the email & app and there was nothing. I had to be on a call with customer care executives for more than an hour and then the executive found that the grocery order was 'still' at the store! Not only this but the complete order that was delivered later was a mess! Very disappointing customer care service at the store! Out of stock for most items most of the times!

have to admit, Associates working in store are very helpful and friendly, had a great experience shoping there I was struggling with an item in the dairy section, and a tiny boy dedicatedly got the item from the backroom. He asked me not to mention his name because according to him it's their responsibility. I love how walmart trains their employees to provide best customer service.

My experience here is a hit and miss... You will get those people who really help and then there are those people and managers who know nothing about customer service. There's an older blonde lady at the return center and she does not want to help, she'll do anything to pick a fight with you, again it's Walmart and you can expect this. Overall, it's a good Walmart store to shop at.

The Erin Mills town center location is one of the smallest Walmart in the city of Mississauga. Spread across two floors, like many other locations. The lower floor needs more cleaning specially near the produce area. The other corners in the lower floor needs more lightings. Upstairs floor is more organized and well maintained. Price wise, Walmart is still a good bargain.

Poor design. Downstairs is grocery and upstairs are general stuff. We parked at super centre upstairs and got down to get some groceries and there are only two lifts without any signs. When its busy have to wait atleast 20 mins to find the lift to get downstairs or upstairs. Lift only fits one cart with couple of people in it at a time. Mani*c design.

I love going to this specific Walmart. My new fav superstore became Walmart just around a year ago. They have a really big selection of different products! To be honest, I don't know why people said that the customer service is bad. It was one of the best things there. The employee's are always free to help and in every possible way they can think of!

Ok a bit small but good for quick refilling your items. But many time the line up for check up is just way too long .usually I came for few items so sometimes I give up ..will be better if they have more helpers in the cashier n have at least one cashier in their smaller exit as something like a express lane that will help a lot of customers time.

Probably the smallest Walmart you'll ever shop in. The departments are way too small, so the selection isn't the greatest. They seemed to have focused on the food section which takes a good chunk on the downstairs level and forgot about the other departments. The store feels like a ghost town. Staff are nice though and it is pretty clean.

I usually shop from Walmart at Erin Mills mall location. What I saw today was very disappointing and disgusting. Open rice bags on the store floor and it seems that Rats are all over those rice bags. I was at Walmart and they had staffing shortage due to an event. I had to use self check out for my shopping cart which was quite full. Simranjeet saw me frustrated and immediately came to assist me and provided the best customer service. He checked out everything for me at the self checkout. Customer service is ridiculous here! They kept a customer waiting and denied returns just because he was returning 6 baby food packets stating that bulk items are being returned! After being agressive and not capable of reasoning their logic with him, they processed the returns. What a waste of time , money and respect!

Due to its proximity to my work place, it's my go-to store for all purchases, well stocked and staff is always courteous. Recently, I had an issue which needed manager's intervention. Not only was she approachable but she made swift action to attend my concern and followed up with me. Excellent service, keep it up!

Awful costumer service. Was waiting over 30 minutes for the lashes and workers kept telling me someone was coming. I would like to recognize an employee at Walmart. His name was Hardak. My buggy got stuck in the buggy escalator. Hardak was even off the clock in regular clothes and he came and helped myself and other staff members with my jammed buggy! He went above and beyond and I really to recognize and thank him.

You can practically find anything at this store. It's very clean and organized. Things are easy to find and there are staff members always available to help you find things as well. The fruits and vegetables are also very fresh. Since it's Walmart, you can't beat their prices.

Okay walmart. Nothing great. It serves a purpose and people seem to like the location. It's a bit cramped and the layout doesn't do it justice. I wish they organized the stuff a bit better and had more staff around. Everything seems to be out of stock all the time

Old time customer and stop going.The problem at this walmart has always been customer service. I mean you can remodel the place but you have the same customer service. Doesn't make any sense. Please work on the customer service aspect of the business.

This Walmart has two levels. The upper level is for clothes, hardware and other non food stuff. The lower level has all the food related supplies. The staff is quite helpful and also assisted me on where I could find stuff that I was looking for.

Found the store a bit small compared to the Target that was there before. No McDonald's! That was a bit a disappointing. Just felt the store was missing something... All in all, it's an alright store and a nice addition to the mall.

The only reason this Walmart location gets a 2 star from me as opposed to a 1 is because when I go, I tend to find things. While I find their variety of product to be lacking, I have bought quite some things here I enjoyed.

Really clean Walmart with lots of options to choose from in each part of the store. They are stocked with fruits and veggies along with other foods and snacks. Very big place that is also always full. I would recommend.

The staff is so helpful especially Navkiran. I mistakenly add dollars in my gift card instead of using my reward. She resolved the issue very calmly within few seconds. Pleased to have that kind of customer service.

What I like about this place is that they pack for you while checking out. But there is no garden centre. And it's two floors. I personally like everything in one floor. Yes they sell flowers like this for gifts.

Poorly managed store. The shelves are always empty n its very rare to find any employee for help. I used to do online grocery here but switched to store shopping after getting so many wrong items again n again.

As soon as I walked in from lower level, the odour was that of a slaughter house. The odour is very powerful, probably from their meat section. Had to breath through my mouth and did not bother to shop here.

This large store has a lower which is accessible through an escalator. Clothings are on the main floor, while drinks, stationary, cosmetics, gifts, etc are on the lower floor. The staff here are polite.

This store is close by where we live and it close late till 11pm and open early as 7am. Always very convenient for my late grocery run. You will get everything you may need and reasonable price as well.
