On October 24th, 2023, at 6:00 pm, we visited the electronic section at Walmart in search of a USB. Upon locating the USBs, we noticed that they were secured with red locks, preventing customers from accessing them. At that moment, there were only a few customers in the store. We promptly sought assistance from the associate responsible for the electronic section to unlock so we can purchase the packaged USB. However, the associate informed us that he would return shortly but was preoccupied with other customers and meandering around. After completing his interactions, he continued to socialize with a friend without addressing our request. Undeterred, we approached the associate again, reminding him of our need for assistance due to the lock preventing us from taking the packaged USB. Despite our reminder, the associate assured us he would return shortly. Regrettably, we waited for more than 10 minutes without any resolution. Then, he defiantly refused to help us. This incident highlights the associate's arrogance, the misuse of his position, and his blatant denial of responsibility. As customers, it is disheartening to encounter such behavior, and it is unacceptable for associates to misuse their roles in this manner. We expect and deserve better treatment when seeking assistance, and incidents like this tarnish the customer experience within your store. Please bring this issue to attention at your store!!! I am your regular customer and it is a shame that this store has such associates.

Worst experience ever. Stood at customer service in line waiting to be served. Watch a Walmart manager/supervisory bully an elderly woman out of the line when it was her turn to be served. Both her and the other employee did not show any empathy or concerns toward this elderly woman because she did not have a strong command of the English language. We told them both that this elderly lady was the next to be served but this manager still bullied her to stand at the end of the line and served the person who was next behind her. I walked over to this lady and brought her back to the front of the line and insisted that she be served as this was the right thing to do. When it was Mt turn to be served this manager was very vengeful and refused to complete my return siting untruth about Walmart policies. I went to another Walmart and my return was complete without any issues. My advice to this female manager is this... If you have problems at home keep it at home, you're not very far from that age so treat the elderly with respect and understanding and lastly, customer service means you should always be respectful, listen to other options and be truthful to your customers when assisting then.

Rude customer service:- Treat you like a thief The Cashier GULABABAI is very rude. I went to self checkout and after scanning and packing everything in my bag, The cashier GULABABAI came to us and infrom me to remove everything from my bag, moreover she told me that you did not scan everything. She was asking very rude, i feel like I am stealing and she void my bill. Then I remove everything from my bag and she again scan, infront of me. The bills are same, and she did not even apologize and she behaving very rudely. It was 140$ grocery and many times, I again need to pack everything. The moment when I start scanning my first item, she is looking at me like I am thief. I live near by this walmart since last 2 year, and I visit walmart twice in week. But i never get this type of customer service. I am with other family members, she tried to embarrassed me infront of them. Everybody is looking at me like I am thief . You guys really need to improve your service and take action against this kind of employees. I shop at walmart about 3 times a week and I dont even know where to start with my experience today. I am extreamly disappointed to say the least. Everything I wanted was in stock however, there was the extreamly RUDE and full of ATTITDE employee name Kruthi (not sure it thay is how you spell it) but wow not only was she RUDE and showed me so much attuitde when the manager got involved she was even being rude and talking back to her like...whattt???!!! I couldnt belive it. Then to top it off she rolled her eyes at me twice that I saw. Something really needs to be done with that employee. No store should ever have staff like that. Then when I asked the other cashier at self checkout what they ladys name was she wouldnt tell me as if she was protecting her for some reason but common lady shes wearing a name tag and I just needed to walk up and look but I really didnt want to go near her but in the end had no choice because of how shocked I was I had to get her name to write this review. Due to this experience I will not be returning to that walmart for a while if ever. By far worst experience I've had at a Walmart.

Walmart is known for its value but not so much for its customer service. So, I would like to take this opportunity to share an exceptional experience we had at this particular location today. My husband and I was in the dairy isle stocking up on the new paw patrol drinkable yogurts. When an employee name (Joseph) approach us and asked if we needed help. This was a first at any Walmart location! Then we explained to him that the boxes are a mixed of different characters, and we were trying to find the box with the most "Skye" and "Everest" in the package. To our surprise Joseph stopped what he was doing (restocking merchandise) and proceeded to help us look through the packages !! These types of customer service almost no longer exist but it's this type of customer service that needs to be recognized! Thank you Joseph for making this the most pleasant shopping experience we've had in a long time.

A good place for seasonal and holiday specialty items. I usually go here for Easter or Christmas and Halloween treats. The layout is pretty typical for a Walmart. There is a parking garage, which is nice if the weather is bad. There is lots of parking on site. One of the escalators wasn’t working when I was there, not an issue for me, but might be for some. The store is located above ground level. Produce department was OK. No cheaper than anyone else in the area. Self check out was fast and efficient when I was there. Make sure to bring your own bags if you’re buying a lot of stuff. They have a takeout food area where you can pick up prepared food. Like most Walmart stores the merchandising is basic and there’s not a lot of wow factor. But if you’re at Walmart, you’re not looking for that. I was greeted by the person at the entrance, but none of the other staff in the store engaged.

I would give minus stars if possible. Worst customer service experience. If the items could not be scanned by them, they would give unnecessary attitude. Also, their staff said that the other Walmart locations might be better than this one. The manager needs to observe the behavior of staff towards customers. The employee with the hijab was so rude that they had bags and we asked for bags but she said they don't have any bags. Even though the bags were just there. Even one of their staff members gave us the bags. I don't think helping customers for getting bags is a difficult job. Being unnecessarily rude with customers should not be appreciated at all.

Rude self checkout attendants I was paying and the machine was taking long to process my card and the one without the hijab goes away comes back and tells me hurry up when it’s the machine that’s taking long. She was also trying to get one of the newer employees to help me instead of coming herself even though he was busy doing something and she was free. And the one with the hijab just plain rude they always act like your bothering them when it’s their job to help everytime I go and see both of those 2 I’m going to be rude right back .

First time, Nice place with lots of stuff on a discount. Bought few things…will come back for sure. Edit: I don’t understand the point of locking the trail room. How are you supposed to check sizes? There is a stupid bell outside the trail room to call someone but you yourself hardly hear it, forget the staff hearing it. Guess they don’t want people to try out cloths. I even tried going and asking someone for help but in vain. I had to wait half an hour and return home without buying anything. No logic at all in Walmart facilities.

The screens at every self-checkout displaying a video feed of you scanning your items scream "we don't trust our customers". I, like most, have no intention of stealing from any store, and don't want to be treated like a potential criminal. If Walmart chooses to make use of a cost saving measure like self checkouts, there will always be downsides. If the only way to prevent those downsides from outweighing the cost savings is to alienate your customers, then the whole endeavor was a bad idea in the first place.

The worst customer experience ever, the attendants especially with hijabs who work here just hate their job, if customer needs you while scanning some items or cancelling some they just start giving unnecessary attitude to customers. Its your job to help customer if they need it no matter how many times they ask for it. Otherwise you can leave your job. You cant tell them they are bothering you again and again. If there would have been negative rating i would have definitely given it to you guys

This Walmart SUCKSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. Walmart is normally like church for me, but this place is more like a satanic church. Parking lot is chaos, people are crashing into each other and screaming, have to go up 2 flights of stairs to get in, then they treat you like a criminal at the door. Produce is stinky. No black masks, bad hotwheels, bad Lego. BAD LIFE. they had a crazy litttle kiddy pool setup with sprite tho which definitely makes me level up this review a bit.

This is good place to shop. Parking outdoor and the main which shaded. You even it's raining no problem. Shopping area is at the second floor so need to access it by escalator or elevator by the entrance. Products are good and price is reasonable. The produce and frozen products also good. Meat and seafood I love. Though some of the items the labels are missing which It took the. A while to get it. Service is OK. Self serve check out counters are also available.

I love this Walmart. Jason (worker) helped me with such great attitude and got me what i wanted. I'm not saying the other workers don't help but when i asked Jason if they had more stock of a toy he went out to the back and actually tried finding more for me and i really appreciate that. Some workers don't even bother checking, but it bothers me when they don't check the back. or maybe they just know the stock very well.(i doubt it)

Oh boy. First time I went here and I never felt so bad for this neighbourhood. This is the first Walmart I have ever been to that has things locked up (not the video games lmao, but things like toothpaste and soap…. Yikes). So I will never come back there. EXPIRED PRODUCT ON SHELF I bought this product AL Premium Eggplant IND today (Dec. 28/2017). However it was already expired on Dec.16. All eggplants had fungus on it. (you can see in pictures). Fungus part was hidden inside the tray that no one can see. It’s not only customers responsibility to check the BB Date. IT’S WALMARTS’ PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND MAINTAIN PRODUCT. No more trustworthy now.

Management at this Walmart, please fire the short heavy-set black woman who works as a cashier. She has pink braids. In the past her hair was bright red. This lady clearly hates her job. She has an unpleasant demeanor and moves on her own time. She always has an attitude towrds customers. Curve side pick up needs more training in communication, I called in gave them my parking spot #, they told me to wait, so I waited for 15 minutes, they sent me message saying I already picked up my order and asked for my feedback, I had to call again immediately to verify that I never picked my order, then they brought my order out for me. This doesn't make me feel confident in their service.

I've been to the walmarts at stc and morningside I'd say this one is my least favourite. It has indoor parking which is great. But the produce here do not look fresh. We wanted to buy carrots and mushrooms. Both of them had dark patches on their bodies. Although the sheer quantity of produce is much greater than other Walmarts. You can definitely find more here. Just the quality isn't great.

I called to ask if they have urine test kits for thc. The lady on the other line did not understand any of those words in the first sentence, so I tried variations like marijuana and weed. When she still said she did not understand, I asked to speak to someone else and she said no, then hung up on me. I can't even go online because the website is not working.... Avoid! It's an unkept, low quality, poorly stocked Walmart. Stick to Canadian stores in Canada! I came here trying to find varied products and to my surprise, their selection is not only poor but prices are not competitive at all. The store is overall uninviting starting with the access, floors are dirty, bathrooms are stinky...completely depressing. Even the plants are dying. Avoid!

Fabric blue delivery bags should be changed. The fabric picks up bugs from store or delivery persons car easily and if you don't check you can get a roach infestation. Last delivery I through instacart from walmart I found one clinging to the outside of the bag. If you found a non clingy material for your bags this would be better for everyone. People inspect your bags!

Customer service is horrible. Whenever you ask any employees to see the item is in stock or not, they’ll always be like. Sorry its out of stocks without even checking and when you confront them about this they’ll say whatever we have its on shelf nothing in stock. Why do you even have such a big store if you’ve nothing in stock. Never coming back to this place.

Good store, mediocre on clothing stock, it feels like an after thought to have clothes, shoes and home decor. The clear point of this location is the competition with the grocery stores in the area. On that note the animal, home care, health care and food are fantastic in selection. Well stocked normally and Some produce is even better than other walmarts.

Be careful with your pricing at this Walmart and be sure to check flyers/FLIP to compare listed prices in the store. Not sure if this is corporate practices but this store seems to always price at full retail when there’s a sale. Lettuce list $4.87 sale $3.87. Avocados list $1.87 each sale $1.87 for 5. Something not right here. Check your pricing.

I don’t know who is in charge of the cashier but then need to be properly trained, the checkout is always filled to the brim with people, not enough cashiers (only 3 cashier lanes and 2 of them are close most of the time like really?) sometimes the self checkouts are closed at busy times which makes no sense. They just recently renovated this location. I live how the lights are on the area and also how they sorted the areas. It looks much nicer now than before. It was always clean but now it's more aesthetically pleasing. The only issue is how busy that location gets. That's good for the store just but good for me.

Confusing layout, low amount of staff, bread and bakery items aren't tagged with correct dates (bought cheesecake in April that said it would go off in December, lemon loaf that would go off three weeks prior) and low availability of most items. However its accessible. Nice parking/pickup spot.
