We were looking for a place to fit 25-30people with kids for a birthday party and liked the ambience, decor and polite staff of Walnut. We loved their pastries, puffs, tarts. We sat there and discussed everything, including menu and play area which has trampoline also but since our kids were mostly 7years old so we asked them not to include trampoline. We discussed about the projector, magic show and all in detail repeatedly (on calls later) also to avoid any confusion. They called us on 7th October too to see a live birthday party going on and we went, sat for almost 35-40mins, ordered few pastries and puff and booked our date by giving some amount in advance. But what thought to be perfect turned out worst management ever. Starters were not refilled unless I pointed them out. Assorted breads in buffet were missing, I kept asking them polietly but they ignored. Red Velvet Brownie in desert was not on counter. I asked their staff few times, than they kept 2 jars of red velvet sundae and expected 10 adults to dig their spoons in it and share. One of their staff Virendra started an argument saying Red velvet brownie and Red velvet sundae is same. They did not served what was on the menu printed and then had the audacity to argue in an ongoing party. Now talk about main birthday cake, no where in the menu its mentioned that cake is charged at an extra cost. This member of staff always said 'Maam cake ka design aap btaengi baqi ho jaega aur sath mei red velvet brownie rahegi'. Finalised the design on calls and that time also, NO ONE talked about any price. When the party got over, they charged 5500/- extra for cake which was never mentioned earlier. There are many small things too which I choose to leave (taste of dishes etc.). Very unprofessional staff, worst experience. We payed them full for everything, even for the last minute shocks they presented before us in the name of bills. Pathetic experience. I would'nt suggest anyone for party here.

I had a terrible experience on my first ( also the last) visit to the place. Very disappointed. Firstly, the stuff that i ordered ( Bavarian mousse & blueberry cheesecake) was of below average quality. You can easily get a much better quality at similar prices at other bakeries like Hazelnut, Mr Brown, M&H. Secondly, i asked them to pack two donuts and paid for the same. But when I reached home and opened the pack there was only 1 donut in it. I had to go back to this place. The cashier and Manager just blamed their staff for negligence in front of me. I was not compensated for my lost time and petrol too. I will make sure that i never visit this place ever again. I'll ask my friends/ relatives to do the same. (Invoice no. - 21-22/1949, date 1/1/22, time 8 PM; Just in case the walnut management wants to improve)

It’s a very good place to full fill all your party needs. You need cake they have it, you need chocolates they have it, you need non alcoholic Champagne they have it, you need coffee they have it, you need delicious food to eat they have it. I personally love their cakes and prices of their bakery products. The precision by which they make amazing cakes and are very well with their delivery timings. The staff here is very friendly and they understand what you need. I am giving 4star because there is lack of parking space around the outlet. They best part about their outlet is they can host amazing parties inside the area with approx 50-80 persons gathering which quite nice and they also have children playing areas as well. All in all almost perfect place

I visited here today for the first time to order a birthday cake. Bought a fruit cake (1/2 kg for 500/-) which was very beautifully decorated and turned out to be worth every paisa spent for it. Very soft, fresh and delicious. The part worth mentioning here is that my brother and I decided to munch on something while the cake was being packed and out of lot of very tempting items kept, we chose to have chocolate donut, japenese cheesecake and butter croissant.. They were very tempting to look at and turned out to be much more delicious. The ambience, sitting arrangements and decor is also very pleasing and the serving and billing staff was very friendly and courteous. Overall a very pleasing experience and a place that should be visited by all.

A place worth visiting and reviewing. What a beautiful place it is! Undoubtedly one of the prettiest places in lucknow. The whole place is beautifully done, quite insta worthy. They have Seating area inside as well as outside. Overall it’s a good place to spend your evening. Coming to the food, the menu includes different munchies from savory to sweet. I really loved their Baklava Gujiya it was perfect Indian style fusion. Loved their Labenese Platter and Cheese meltdown Burger. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They know how to spoil the food ....as I ordered messy molten cheese burger waiter spilled the cheesy tandoori sauce above the bun which needs to be inside it ...me and my friend asked waiter for a new single half bun but he responded so unprofessionally and started chit chatting with his staff members He did not asked anyone like his seniors or managers that customers are facing problem; he just ignored us.

I ordered 8 pastries and made the payment. I even checked with them if they packed 8 they said yes. But when I reached home and opened the box it was 7 only. I called on the number given in the bill but the guy on the other side was rude and asked me why am I even calling him.

Cakes, pastries and other bakery stuff are awesome here. Prices are also reasonable and bento cakes are made on advanced orders. I ordered a Bento Cake, which is ideal for 2 people, weighing approximately 250 grams on flavour of choice. It cost me ₹280. Normal cakes are available from ₹550 onwards. The bakery is located near Patrakarpuram Market and should be given a try.

One of the best outlets of Walnut Bakery. I tried the signature walnut ten topping pizza and it was total value for money. The Kiwi Mojito and Cold coffee were also amazing. Marshmallow cheesecake is a dessert that every cheesecake lover should try because it has all the drama intact. I bought naankhatai and it was soft and delicious too. Surely a must visit place.

Housed in a big Hall, the shop was almost empty at the peak business hours I e. Saturday 7 pm. Located at somewhat outskirts of Patrakarpurm where first timers need Google's help to find it. Quality is just so so & prices are on high side. Go if you don't have options which are aplenty nearby.

Ordered the cake for my daughter's birthday...I was a little worried as this was the very first experience but these guys just exceeded every expectation we had.. The cake was not only beautiful but it was super fresh and delicious...kids and adults all loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Classified as a French Bakery, I was expecting a little more exclusivity to it. However they have a decent selection of popular selling items. The bread selection was very basic, would do good to add some fancy crescents, Chelsea buns etc. Wonder if I missed the Danish pastry!

The place has average food and EXTREMELY HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. One cannot host a party there for more than 20 people. It took them about 2 hours to get HALF of our order and their decoration guy has no idea of the task that he is doing. The place is expensive and for no reason

Recently visited this bakery and had a nice experience. They have beautiful indoor and outdoor seating area with a friendly staff. I ordered a pizza and a sizzler along with cold coffee. The food was delicious and i had a great time with friends.

Good ambience, good pricing.. we had a Lebanese platter, tacos and a doughnut. The doughnut and tacos were amazing. The Lebanese platter was a little bland. But quite filling and overall a good experience. Definitely worthy to be a go-to place.

Really bad experience Cold coffee was served with greasy cream, though icecream was asked. Cheese balls were really cheap no flavour at all. Neither salt or any spices. Plz taste the snacks before serving. Real waste of money .
