I've never seen a Scotch collection like this before for sale. The selection is intense to say the least. In a world where it seems like bourbon is making stores sell less and less Scotch.... there is Warehouse Liquors :) Unfortunately, the prices are elevated. I'm not sure if this is due to the cost of doing business in Chicago or because folks will pay it or because they stock stuff you've only heard about but never have seen so you're will to pay a premium to walk out of the door with it. For example $370 for a GlenDronach 21 or $150 for a Springbank 10. There are some good enough deals if you poke around long enough though.

I had some trouble finding a bottle id prefer, and a gentleman in the back came up and gave me a reccomendation that fit my preferences, and price range. Also, the cashier with the pretty nails was excellent - its so nice to deal with high class folks in a high class setting! And wow. Hot diggity did that slake the thrist! Thank you folks, im travelling so i may not be back - but of all my travels and all my well-apportioned experiences, you guys are absolutely tip top! 287462/5 stars! Thats a silly number, yup. The rum was good!

Updated: Just adding to other comments: yes, they still seem to have a racial profiling problem, despite their claim of diversity. Hubby, a friend (both nonwhite 40/50 plus) and myself went there a 1st time years ago and all was well. We even had a chat with a worker. So, we came again, this time, out of the blue, all eyes were on us. Ridiculous. Never happened anywhere. When we confronted the owner who was doing this, we were asked to leave "his house". Just like another comment says. I agree, go to Binny's or any Jewel Osco.

Really extensive collection of various liquors here! I didn't venture to the beer section this time around, but I surely will next time. I came in search of new bourbon to try, and Warehouse Liquor had a few rare bottles as well as the normal selection. The bottles looked well priced, and the representative I worked with advised me on specific bottles she recommended based on my existing preferences. I picked up a bottle of Russel's Reserve 10 and High West Double Rye, and I look forward to trying them!

Great, friendly and extremely knowledgable team ready to "nerd out" and discuss liquors at length. Fantatastic inventory selection and they even have a variety of samples available after you show genuine interest in the products. I made a mistake of passing up sherry cask Arran whiskey they specifically had for their store. Hopefully I'll get my hands on it next time. Zac and another fellow were both warm and helped me explore a great collection.

Great selection of beers, whiskeys, wine. I was asked to sign a wet copy of a physical, analogue receipt here today for the first time in many years here. Is this a new way to shake customers down for tips for liquor store clerks? Or just a fluke? I appreciate the selection at this store, but as a regular customer was surprised at the need to sign a physical receipt after years of it not.being required here...

Unreal selection of booze and beers, there were things I’ve never seen before or knew existed and I wanted all of them. There was someone giving out beer samples at the back which we throughly enjoyed. We ended up coming back for a one of their suggestions a few times through our stay. The cashiers also chatted us up about the movie soundtrack they had playing.

Gene and his team did a wonderful job of selecting and preparing some gifts for our company! Gene's communication is top notch (we are in different countries and it never felt like that) and he really went above and beyond to create a good experience for us, and for the recipients of our gifts! Would definitely recommend. Thank you for everything!

One of my favorite stores. Vast selection of all types of alcohol. Love that the whiskey isn’t lined up like in most places with 10 of the same bottle behind it. Instead this place has a few editions of each brand behind it in a way that makes it feel like you’re about to discover a treasure as you move bottles aside to peek at what’s behind.

Warehouse Liquors is a great spot to find a variety of spirits, wines, and beers for every occasion. The staff is very knowledgeable on their selection and have exclusive limited releases of special drinks. They also have a free Spirits and Beer tasting every Thursday and wine tasting every Friday. What's not to love about the place?

Nice place. Found 2 different kinds of whiskey that we can't get in Canada.Wine selection is awesome I was eyeballing a wine at 155 a bottle but worth the price. Plenty to choose. Pick up a bottle of red from Chili. I'm glad I picked it up,less the $20. Nice store and staff on point with helpful hints.

Warehouse Liquors is undoubtedly the best liquor store in Chicago, possibly even the entire US. Gene and the team are incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and offer a vast collection of unique spirits at fair prices. A visit to WB is a must for any spirit enthusiast—truly outstanding! Cheers

First of all, NO REFUNDS FOR LIQUORS. Rude staff. No one helps here. And a bit overpriced (that might be the reason they give no refunds) Just passby this store. Binnys is all around, and I bought same bottle far low price. Not worth the stop

During my visit, I saw a nice selection of scotch whisky's including Compass Box and Single Cask Nation. I also saw and picked up some very nice quality rums. The prices are a little high, but understandable for the location.

Fantastic selection of liquors specifically whiskeys and a equally impressive selection of beers. I was able to find a Yamazaki 18 as well as a Hibiki 17 here. I will regret posting this!

  • Ben Park

One of the most curated bottle shops in North America. The selection is impeccable and the barrel picks are second to none. If you enjoy whiskey this is most certainly the place to be.

Hidden Gem in the South Loop, amazing selection and knowledgeable staff. They have tastings and custom events. Lots of things you won't ever find at big box stores like Binny's.

  • jmzcolton

A solid, late-night destination for booze. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and open to assisting you with your purchase, regardless of what your intentions might be.

  • Marla

Love this store. Amazing selection of wine, liquor, beer, and sake. They have unique products that I haven't see anywhere else. Friendly and helpful staff too.
