In the first place, on Saturday night 07/14/2019 I went washing recently and it was terrible. The staff that was their was the owner that, the owner, and another person. On this day it was more so him. Secondly, I left my clothes inside the washer then come back and equally important my clothes were extended in the wash. Then called the owner to bring it to his attention that my clothes were extended on the wash.In addition I then mentioned that my clothes was in their longer than it should be explained that my timer went off and that something was going on with the machine. He then brushed it off and told me someone must’ve extended it by mistake thinking that it was their machine and that it was ok.Eventually, it stopped and in the final analysis all my clothes were bleached, work clothes everything was ruined Next I then told the Owner (the guy) and he mentioned that he was not responsible. Then I asked him for person above him number and he stated that He would not give it to me.He was very rude about it and for the most part did not want to hear it unless I mentioned to him what I wanted to talk to the higher ups about. What was worse he then followed me around the laundry as I was on the phone as if I did something wrong .All in all this was my worse experience over their ever!

Just had my first and last experience at the was house laundromat in little river. They have a huge sign that reads ".75 a pound" outside heir shop. You get inside and its .89 this should have been a red flag, but I was desperate to get some Laundry done. Nobody who works there speaks English, which is fine, this is Miami, but their attitudes are awful. They make you feel like they hate you just for coming in and trying to give them business. As I said I was desperate, so I gave them my laundry, asked how long it would be in Spanish: "one hour to one hour and a half, give or take, maybe less, but not more". ok. They said they would text when done. I thank them and told them I really needed it under 2 hours, no problem they said. 4 and a half hours later. I call the shop, no answer. I drive back over and ask if my laundry is done, the lady, clearly very annoyed, points to the drier and then says "did I text you?" Aggressively. "No" I say. "Well then it isn't done". Wow. Ok. I said I thought you told me under 2 hours, "I was busy". Haha okey dokey, thanks a lot! If you don't mind false advertisement, no English, contempt for your customers, and no apology when blatantly not delivering on your promise, then this place is for you!

Horrible experience as of lately. In the past couple of weeks, they’ve been returning my clothes with missing articles stuff spilled with blue dye everywhere. My whole clothes is ruined and then when I call to see what happened, they blame their machines or me. Leaving a pen. Mind you I work with straight digital interface I use no pens at all so they just throw the blame off of me after they ruined all my clothes . I will never be take clothes there and you should do the same. The doctor was a good thing. Going over there being on a first name basis with the staff, but all that went out the window when they messed my clothes up. No loyalty not caring about the client just horrible. They were super super unapologetic and have been doing everything crazy and without any care just to get you in and out and out of their face. Save your money and clothes and dont take it there, youve been warned!

Been coming here for years but today Friday July 16 the attendant had every dryer filled with hotel towels and sheets….then had maintenance draining all the front washers the floor was soak and wet and she wanted you to wait till she gets all the water up before you can walk to the front of the wash house to the few dryers that were available…draining should have been done over night or before opening…. No one wants to spend all morning in a hot wash house…and maybe they should schedule a specific time when they wash hotel laundry it’s not fair to the everyday customersThe renovations are nice but I kind of liked when things were much simpler here.

Worst place ever. Only thing that is good about it is that the wash and fold is 75 cent a pound. And that service sucks! I have lost tons of clothes and the staff is rude. Avoid any females workers! They're the rudest! I rather pay a higher amount to know that my items won't turn up missing! Also that, I will get my things on time. I really do hate this place. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Wow I’ve been coming to this Coin Laundry for proximally three years now and today during this difficult time I receive the worst service ever the employee was rude and disrespectful to the point where I’m actually writing a review now trying to locate the owner to tell him personally my experience. Because I’m sure he knows bad service bad business .

Tried a new place because it was closer to me and well extremely disappointed. All of my clothes are full of lint from the dryers also there is barely space inside of the laundry mat… no place to fold your laundry… and extremely old machine would not recommend going here because you will have to re wash all of your clothes.

The Manager (I think she is anyway), is very attentive to customers, while continuing to do other work. She is very observant, and very helpful. I got the feeling she doesn’t miss a thing going on the wash house. I really like her. She manages to be efficient and friendly at the same time. A very rare thing.

Atrocious service & to make matters worse they lost a few of my socks. The owner is rude and will yell at you for whatever reason he deems necessary. I will never ever give this establishment my money. If this was the last laundromat on earth I’d opt to washing my clothes by hand before returning here.

I accompanied my fiancee' to the Wash House to assist him. It's a very clean, professionally run establishment with friendly staff. I highly recommend the Wash House to anyone visiting the area. Best experience ever. The customer service was on point. The machines we in perfect state and price wasn't bad either. The employees over there will take care of you if any of your clothes go missing for that matter. Apart from that best laundry establishment ever.

Service is nice, friendly and fast for the wash and fold. However, I think they wash enormous loads together... I spent time separating all of my white sheets/clothes from darks but my sheets are now stained with dark spots after this wash.... a little upset …

Really clean, friendly place. All the machines seem to be working well. They sell all sorts of laundry products at reasonable prices. The staff is excellent. (Luis helped me.) So different from the other laundromat I tried in Miami. Highly recommend!!

Left my clothes at 4pm and they were ready at 7pm the same day. Folded, super soft and smelling amazing. They managed to clean some kombucha stains from one of my shirts that I had given up on. Staff was friendly. 10/10 would come back.

They have really good price for washing and drying. I saved money when I started to wash my linens there but it's small and gets easily crowded so go on a weekday midmorning whe it's less crowded if you can

After reading the reviews I went there...100% satisfied...the machines are in EXCELLENT working condition...there was a female staff providing the BEST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! I strongly recommend it!!!

Air conditioned laundromat. Very clean, front loaded washer. The ladies staffing the facility were very nice. Big bonus -- it's literally across the street from the local public library.

There is no such thing as costumer service in here. The woman that is in charge is so rude and mean. I totally don’t recommend coming to this place unless you are force to. :(

Always clean, good dryers and has A.C. They offer drop off laundry service (wash-n-fold). Only thing is that it's small in size so it can get packed quickly

I did my laundry here and half my clothes ended up with some type of black ink on them! The ladies were really rude && were no help.
