Today i used the soft touch automated car wash and left very disappointed. I now have scratches all over my car and was told "oh you should use the touch free next time". This should not happen regardless. Now i have to pay to get a full detail done on my car to try and remove all scratches. certainly will not be coming back to this car wash and either will my friends or partner.

I've gone to place so many times, it's so annoying the fact that time starts without pressing a button also the button doesn't always register you pushing it. Then to top it of theres never product coming out. So just ends up being a waste of money. I rather go to the one up the road closer to Nepean Hwy, yeah doesn't look nice and fancy but at least it runs properly.

Hi Andrew thank you for your response. I was disappointed using the dogwash by the weak pressure on the shower head which meant shampooing and rinsing took too long. I was unable to rinse clean the unit afterwards as the machine stopped. Tried the disinfect switch but nothing happened. Hope these comments are helpful.

I’ve been going to the Reserve Road facility since it opened. The new location on Bay Road is as convenient. I always use the soft touch and it has always left my car spotless, even the wheels get a thorough clean too! Whatever product they use has helped to keep my car clean in between washes!

We went to this particular car wash 2weeks ago to utilised the dog wash, which in fact wasn't clean (but Im sure it was due to the previous user, who knows) However, our visit was well and truly before the implementation of Stage 4 lockdown. So we weren't breaking any safety restrictions.

I use this place frequently to wash both our cars. Nice and cheap if you want to use either the touch free or soft touch automated washers, or you can use one of the 6 self wash bays. I can do a Territory for less than $20 It can get very busy after storms but all round I recommend it.

One of the best self service car wash a round Bayside. This place is nice and clean. Their machines seem well maintained. The washing guideline board is big and clear which is great for us beginners. They also provide “touch free” machine which is nice. Highly recommended …

Have always been a bit hesitant to use the self serve car-wash due to hearing horror stories only but have given it a go and I don't think I will go back to the manual wash unless required. Great service as well as I was unsure of how to work the system.

Came here a few days ago again to give my car a quick wash and there was no soap. (Read your response to someone’s review and you stated it takes time and its normal) it’s not normal if during the whole wash there wasn’t ANY soap.

Used the 'touch free' today. Did the sides nicely, not the bonnet, roof or boot lid. Should have used the 'soft touch' for the mouldy type dirt....PS owner came back to me, explained the options, offered me a free wash …

Automated car wash is nice and new but very very quick compared to other car washed and left dirt on a not really dirty car. Dissapointing coz it slow close to home. Tried it and going back to Reserve Rd.

Great place to get your car washed. They have 2 automatic washes (touchless and semi touch) and self service wash bays and roomy drying bays. Open 24 hrs. I go here regularly and have had no issues.

Great car wash centre offering both hands-free or self cleaning options. Self cleaning bay also provides a pre filled bucket of detergent with water and a brush specifically to clean your wheels.

NICE N CLEAN ! I used the car wash and dog wash service here and both were fast, effective and most of all hygienic. I will happily return so long as the prices don't climb any more.

All the equipment is in good condition, really great place to wash the car. Wasn't super busy when I went and was greeted by the gentleman doing the rounds. Will come back for sure

Nice and new facility. Had a problem with autopilot wash once and the owner was responsive and returned my call to resolve. Wonderful place and great service.

Clean and easily accessible. The vacuum there is great for those sandy mats too!! Not fabulous for dog hair bit with a little help does the trick.

Used to love this place. Last time I went there my car was still full of red dirt when I left after going through the car wash. Not impressed!

Very convenient and operates with contactless payment. Auto wash missed an area in the back though, handwash is closed during stage 4 Covid19

Well kept place and new equipment. The wheel wash buckets before proceeding into the touch free wash is a welcome idea. Reasonable pricing.

Everything you need for car wash. Only minus is, that there are used so much shoam you don't need. Not good for environment.

The dog wash was not clean when I went to use it. The credit card facility didn't work for me, lucky I had cash.

Each bay you can pay by card. Never had any issues here other than it can get busy as soon as the sun is out.

They use good quality product and the arwa is well lit if you want to use at night and plenty of bays to use.
