I came to this location about 2 weeks ago, and I’m just now getting to write a review as I sort out what has happened. I came to get a full detail interior and exterior as the next place in mind didn’t have availability. For $140 the interior and exterior were cleaned and detailed to the point of a 7/10. They did a great job on the carpets and general wipe down, but the buttons of my door were still sticky, some spots on my upholstery were still there (easy to remove, did it myself afterwards, just oversight I guess), and the vents or radio weren’t wiped down well, just blown with air. I wanted to like this place because they seemed busy and I think they were just short on time - although I had no problem waiting longer than an hour and half for a thorough job at $140. What really did it for me not to return is that they cleaned my upholstery, but didn’t tell me it may still be wet inside the fabric. It was dry to the touch. I went home, parked my car in my underground garage and in the next two days my seats have developed mold spots all over. Some spots on my carpet as well. It now reeks of mold. I’ve been trying to air it out by parking it in the sun and I’m hoping it doesn’t cause permanent damage and the smell disappears soon. I just wish I could have been warned to air it out afterwards, and it wasn’t as dry as I thought. Disappointed. Update: I just tried to find my floor mats after this detail, and they are gone. I had assumed they put them in the hatch but nope. Nowhere to be found. I will be calling this location tomorrow. I have just been using the paper mat they placed instead - I was in no rush to put my floor mats back it, but sure enough they forgot to put them back when they returned my vehicle. Very upset. Take your money elsewhere.

I recently purchased a car from a family member. It was in decent shape, but I wanted to have it detailed so I could start out fresh in it. The staff at the Convention Center location was really friendly and let me know I should come in early to ensure getting a spot for the detail, since they do not take reservations. I requested three services... The carpet shampoo, the seat cleaning with leather treatment, and ozone treatment to remove some pet smell. With the 3 services came a wipe down of all the panels, and an exterior wash. For the most part, I thought they did a good job. The car feels shiny and new, and smells clean (but not perfume-y). One particularly grimy seat cleaned up really well. That said, two areas were missed that I would have expected to be cleaned. One was the back window area. I was adjusting the back seat belts and could still see dust on the plastic trim behind the headrests, as if it hadn't been wiped down at all. The other was the steering wheel... I had some baby wipes in the car and ran one over the steering wheel quickly and noticed it turned black with dirt. Ew. It took several more wipes to clean it before they stopped turning black. Lastly, after shampooing the floor mats, they put all 4 in the trunk. They do this so the carpet under the mat can dry. This makes a lot of sense, except that the 4 mats in the trunk are overlapping each other and not getting much air flow to help them dry out. They seemed wet enough that they could get moldy if you left them for a day or two. (And it took a couple days for the carpets to dry enough to put the mats back) I don't know of a better solution, but maybe some clearer instructions or just acknowledgement that mats need to be monitored and taken out of the trunk asap.

Disappointing service. Thought I’d treat myself to the $100 manager special which included upgrades to clean interior windows. After coming out of the wash my car sat in the sun for 40min where it air dried and left water-spots everywhere. They washed my floor mats and when they were done “cleaning” the interior they rolled up all for mats and threw them in the back seat because they were still damp. Because of the damp mats my car now smells like a foot and it’s been about a week. My interior windows were not cleaned to the extent that they dare charge $100 and call it a managers special. They did not clean the edges of the windows and left the panes streaked with cleaner. My cup holder was wiped down but not cleaned. Left behind all the wet gunk. And for the life of me FIVE DAYS LATER I cannot figure out why my seats are wet. They definitely didn’t clean the seats so I do not understand why they would be wet and how they stay wet days later. If you’re looking for a quick wash I guess they technically have the machine for you to drive thru and leave but please save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else if you’re looking to get anything else done correctly.

This is for the express wash drive through only. Customer service in the booth was 5 star. The person helping that day was great. The wash itself was okay. That's it. I came home and looked around the car and yes it's still a bit dirty. I paid for the $14 option. There's still a light film of dirt. I'd even say the dirt got a shine to it. So your car is like dirty clean. :D Really nothing beats a true handwash, DIY style. But of course you came to a drive through car wash because you didn't have the time or whatever circumstances stop you from doing a DIY car wash and I understand. A DIY car wash can take a couple hours of your day. This drive through is best for maintenance washes. If your car is really dirty, don't expect it to be perfectly clean on the first wash. Come by maybe once a week, and your car would probably be clean and stay clean after that. Also, if you have a tuned car, with a license plate to the side of your bumper or grill, note that your license plate frame and plate itself will bend. Your license plate frame, if you have one, will likely crack just as mine did when I went through. But i'm not blaming them for that.

I rated this 4 stars only because you have to impress me on a large scale to get five outs me. I was so impressed with the absolute tenacity this young girl was cleaning this car, and I mean she was cleaning places I would never think of and I have a 928 S limited monster of a Porsche and I would totally bring it in if I new that she was going to do the job. If everyone that works there does the same job, this place is by far worth the money it costs. I actually checked and they have a good reputation. If I hadn't seen the young lady put so much into one car, I had to say something. I do plan on bringing my cars there. I'm now confident that this place is worth making it your one place to go to with any car and get the same excellent service. Please make sure to thank the young lady, as I have never seen nor detailed even my most expensive cars with that much tenacity. Best car wash, old school thorough detailing. Not many places in Oregon left that do it how it's suppose to be done. Well worth going and deserving of large tip.

Beware: make sure they actually clean your car! This is my first review that is not 5 stars. I brought my brand new car in to get a auto spa cleaning inside and out after a trip to the beach. I pointed out a few spots of dirt on the door panel, but it was not cleaned when my car was finished. None of the panels were cleaned. There was still quite a bit of sand in my car too. I asked the person cleaning it to see if those areas could be cleaned better. The person wiped the sand onto the floor mat, then wiped the dirt and then asked, "what else?" The dirt had not been removed, but I was not happy with the service or the person's demeanor, so I left. It was a very poor experience. I've been here many times before and was satisfied with the cleaning, otherwise it would have given a 1 star review. I would be happy to update the rating if Washman decides to remediate the situation. If not, I'm happy to take my business elsewhere.

Went in at open this morning to avoid any rush, and still a serious disappointment. Paid $120 for a “detail” that lacked any detail. I even pointed out the white color on the leather AFTER the detail and they still didn’t get it. They missed vacuuming the storage space under the back trunk area (I left it open for them, tho I can at least understand this miss). The leaf litter under the wipers is ridiculous (I should have caught this before driving off). All the dust was hard to identify right after the detail when it was still wet, but they clearly just gave it a quick wipe. Very disappointed in the service here, avoid if you want a serious detailed clean. UPDATE: I went back, within the hour, given my disappointment with this work. Ashley at the front was very understanding and they ran my car through once more. I appreciate them handling this professionally. Moving from 1 to 3 stars.

The quality of service at this facility has been on the decline over the past year. I imagine I’ll be at a 1 Star by 2020. The care and attention to detail has been lost. I paid for the works today. It took the attendants about 5 minutes to get clean the inside of my truck. The rubber floor mats were dirty and literally thrown loosely back into the truck. The leather seats were still dirty. The doors were still dirty. The windows were smudged. And there was oil on the door, which was obvious and took a wipe of the rag to get off. I had to get a rag from the attendant, which has become customary, and wipe the inside of the truck down myself. I’ve stopped bringing cash for tips because they do such a bad job of cleaning the car, which I understand is a chicken and egg problem. Maybe Washman needs to pay those guys more money so they encourage them to do a better job?

I had just moved to the Portland area after being relocated from DC. After driving through 13 states in 7 days I thought I would get my F-150 detailed / cleaned so I could start fresh in the new city. Overall my experience was pleasant, except for the instance where they the cup holder compartment that I expressly mentioned I did not cleaned was opened. After getting my truck back and driving it home I noticed that it had been opened and all of the contents were strew across the back seat. There was no mention of it when I went to go pick up my truck... or attempt to clean up any of the mess. Like I said, overall I do believe they did a good job, but should probably have a better QC process before handing over the vehicle. Or just hire someone who is older than 17 and cares about others people stuff a little more.. Either way it still cost close to $150..

Check their work before you leave. Came here once during a busy day and service was fine. Came here a second time and was one of two cars being serviced. The cleaning was quick but just short of trash. Watched the guy on the tv they have in there and he had all the doors open and everything to make it look like he cleaned the inside. Got in and the drivers side was all good so I drove off. Checked the rest when I got home and straight up the man did not touch the rear of the car. Didn’t vacuum or wipe down the entire rear at all. Just opened the doors to make it look like something happened and made me sit in the lobby while he went off to fantasy land. Definitely check their work if you go here. The price would be worth it if they cleaned the whole car. Basically paid $39 for a car wash which I wouldn’t pay 15 for. This is not where it’s at man.

Got the managers special with “ceramic hand wax” upgrade for a total of $100. Overall exterior was fine, the upgrade was really just a quick wax spray down was not worth the extra money. There was overspray left on all of my trim. Interior was ok, cupholders looked great but also a lot of over-sprayed protectant on my seats and door panels. Window interiors were streaky. I had to spend 2 hours cleaning up after them when I got home. I’d never had an issue with their express wash but I would not recommend anything above the most basic services, and even those are way overpriced. Also, the guy looked annoyed I didn’t tip after I pointed out the overspray and he didn’t make any attempt to fix it. Go cheap with a basic drive through diy wash at another chain in town for touch ups, and save your money for a real detail.

  • Robert Enriquez

Place is a total rip off. I would only recommend getting a basic car wash here. Anything else isn’t worth the money. Paid $170 for a full interior and exterior wash that came with wheel/rim clean. After waiting 1.5 hours I received my car and it was really disappointing. Rims still had visible grime on it. My seats/carpet still looked dirty and dash also still looked dirty with visible dirt on it. Looks like they did just a quick wipe down, no attention to detail. They use the same machines available at a self service car wash for seat and carpet shampooing. Save your self some money and do it yourself, cheaper and probably better results. There’s so many cars coming in, they don’t really have time to pay attention to detail but yet want to charge full service prices. I regret coming here and wasting my money.

  • Adria Toliver

I go here because it’s conveniently located near my house. Yesterday I requested a car detail and specifically told the woman there was a spot on my leather seat that needed cleaning after a spill so she suggested a specific detail service for me to get to address the spill stain. When my car was “done,” the stain was still on the seat and I was told that I didn’t get the right detail service to have the stain clean because I only got the service where the spot would be wiped. Nevermind how much sense that doesn’t make, the root of the issue is with the woman not telling me the correct service to get in the first place. Then, I got home and realize the truck hadn’t been vacuumed at all. I specifically removed everything from the trunk so that it would be vacuumed as well.

  • Sarah Ross

This used to be my “go to” for a car wash. $26 for an inside and outside job, always done fairly well. I stopped by this morning to find they had nearly DOUBLED the price from $26 to $49 for that same job due to “sanitation” of the inside. I just had my car serviced at the dealership where they sanitized the inside free of charge so I have a hard time believing that a sanitation fee should be $23. I also noticed that for a time when they would normally be very busy, there were only 2 cars being washed. A 10-20% increase in price, sure, but good luck staying in business if you’re doubling your prices. *update 10 months later: Now what used to be the $26 “in and out”wash is now the “managers special” at $79. I was shocked. Will not be returning.

I’ve gone to Washman Car Wash for over a decade now primarily because it uses less water to wash my car at a drive through than to do it myself. And it’s so convenient. And they do a great job. But I got an inside and out wash today and my car looks brand new inside and out. Which is really something because I have a 2 year old. Plus, I made a mistake when I was filling my gift card up and they were so kind and offered to refund me. I made a lot of extra work for them and they were extremely gracious and understanding. Plus I’m totally getting inside and out washes several times a year from now on. I thought it would cost hundreds of dollars to get my car detailed. Washman did a great job for less than $50!

  • Kyhan

Set a new bar for terrible customer service. Not only did they not provide the service I paid for, two separate employees rudely argued with me about what I actually paid for. They had receipt in hand confirming my point and still lied to my face about what I ordered, a pretty bold move. Not getting what I paid for is one thing, but the attitude I got for following up about the incomplete service is not alright. Amazing y’all are still in business when you treat customers this way. After paying $120 I’d at least expect the dog hair to be vacuumed, you’re robbing your customers in broad daylight. If anyone over there is listening I’d love to chat, at least pretend to give a damn about your customers.

  • Larry Moiola

I got the Full Service ($35 plus $5 tip). The service is inconsistent to be honest. This most recent visit was kind of disappointing. There was still a bit of sand on the passenger seat from a visit to Sauvie. There was soap residue in the my drink cups. from the interior windows, there was a lot of dust or remnants from the rag? The person that dried it at the end did a mediocre job. basic grime was still left on. (I just done a first pass at Self Serve place 1 day before!). The driver window was rolled down after it came through the wash. When I drove away and rolled it up it was wet, streaked and hadn't been cleaned/dried. I'll stick with basic service only from now on or just go somewhere else.

  • Zoie Wesenberg

Terrible job - doesn’t seem like they put much effort and I could have done this on my own. I paid $105 for a full clean, including an additional charge to clean the vents and cup holders, and the result looks like they put in very little effort. You can see, for example, that they cleaned the edges of the vents but didn’t clean them fully. The cup holders are NOT clean and there’s residue leftover (that wasn’t there before). Overall, it might appear clean on the surface or from far away, but if you look close it’s clear they did a poor job. This clean was worth maybe $25 NOT $105. I really could have done it on my own and expected them to really scrub where needed for a $105 cleaning.

  • Julie Lais

After regularly visiting Washman for years and having great experiences there was a woman who turned me away today after two other people pointed me to where I could vacuum out my car. I purchase the wash level that comes with self-service vacuuming as I have two young children that occasionally drop snacks in the car. I don’t have a lot of time in my day so when I swing by the car wash I expect to be treated kindly and fairly and be able to get the services that I pay for. No where did I see a sign that posted that the same priced car wash doesn’t come with the same services as the other locations. Managers this happened this afternoon.

  • Robert Wetherington

Got the full service wash and it was done poorly by the person doing the finishing touches. They cleaned my front floor matts but not the rear. Windshield was half cleaned from the inside and the center console still had dust all over it. I also didn't receive air freshener when it is supposed to be a part of the package. They where very busy when I went but and extra 5 minutes would have made all the difference. The staff seemed friendly. Some of the other people working on detailing seemed to do a better job. Must have been the person working on my vehicle. I'll try again and change my rating if the quality of service increases.

  • eric peluschenko

Prices went up quality of work has gone way down. I have been going here for 7 years, except for the last year. Just got my jeep cleaned with the works and tire care added for $50. I understand things are more expensive thats fine but the quality of work is very poor. I noticed a couple spots when i walked up not a big deal, but i should have looked all around the vehicle and had them fix it right away. I spent 15 minutes cleaning my jeep when i got home. Back wheel was dirty, fenders were dirty, back window was dirty and multiple other areas not cleaned. I will save the 50 plus tip and do my wash at home moving forward.

  • Paul Iscool

The guy running the wash, guiding you in, was very angry. The car wash had stopped for whatever reason, and he kept telling me to pull up. I got over the hump and the car wash started again, but it had only just started. The car in front of me was still stopped, and we weren't moving. He banged on my hood and told me to put it in neutral and get off my brake. I said I was already doing both, and I kept asking him to turn around, but he never did, blaming me for not moving. Never had an experience like that here, but just another reason I now use kaady for monthly. It may force me to find someone else for detail, too.

  • Don Muccigrosso

I've been going to this location for three decades. There are employees there that have been there for 20 years that have known me all of that time. Lately, I find other employees I've had to interface with, except for the girls taking the money in the express lane, very rude. Plus, it's $41 for a full service car wash. The poor quality of service there in certainly doesn't deserve those increased costs. Look at other reviews. I will go by to wave at my friends once in awhile. But I'm not going to patronize the business anymore. Makes me all the more determined to open my own car wash. D

  • Elizabeth Lester

I brought my company car here and the experience was just not what you will pay for. After about an hour and 15 minutes I finally just told him that I had to take my car and go because I need to have it back for employee use. When I got into the car, the interior windows were not done, the vacuuming looks like it didn’t happen, and most of the surfaces were not wiped down. I took the car here so that I wouldn’t have to do all the work myself and now still have to do most of the interior work myself it is not worth it, your time, and your money would be better spent elsewhere .

  • Zayne Knight

I paid for the Managers Special, I watched them not do much at all to my car and it was a mess inside and no spray wax on the outside. I was offered no look at the car, just told to move so they could back another car in. I did bring this to the attention of the business and someone contacted me saying, “That’s not how we train our guys!” And apologized. He was passing this along to his supervisor, whom I’ve never heard from. I will never pay for that service again. People are better off paying for the express wax and do the inside of your car, yourself.

  • Julia Gavic

I dropped my car off and it took 3 HOURS of me sitting there and going and checking on my car for someone to say “oh yeah, it’s done, you can check inside”. Paid $99 for detailing and they didn’t even clean the floor mats or shampoo the seats. The guy was annoyed I even asked him to complete the task despite me showing the receipt that it’s what I paid for. They also still require you to wear a mask while sitting outside waiting for your car to finish up. Just rushed & rude service, no attention to detail and a ridiculously long wait. Wouldn’t recommend.

  • Christian Hansen

Went to get my wife’s car cleaned because we are selling it. Ordered the works, and there’s still grime and dirt on the outside of the car. Loose pieces of grass still in trunk, dog hair still in trunk, and crumbs in many areas. It’s like they barely touched the interior. The exterior did look somewhat cleaner but it seems they missed many small areas. Would not go back, especially for the price. Staff was friendly, overall. Would probably get a better wash from a $5 high school fundraiser wash on the side of the road tbh. Sorry, but this just ain’t it.

  • Michael Krause

The customer service at this location has been excellent.Kirsten talked me into the unlimited car wash the second time I came in. I have absolutely no regrets. In fact I recently upgraded to the highest plan that they have. They give dog biscuits to my puppies every time we come in. I had originally I thought the company was purchasing them. As it turns out Kirsten has been buying them. You know someone cares about customer service when an employee by something to give to their customers. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

  • Robert

This place has gone so far down hill since the pandemic. Full service car wash used to be $29- which is fair. Post-pandemic, now $39, which they added an additional fee for “disinfecting” - which they don’t even do anymore. Then they took away cleaning your floor mats for this price. And now they tell you for $39, you only get a “light interior dusting” meaning no dashboard or cup holders? For $39?! What is this, Beverly Hills? Taking my business elsewhere. That was the final straw. I can’t believe people still go here to be honest.

  • Rob Stoltz

I thought I might be in for a long wait because of the number of cars ahead of me, but it was a reasonable amount of time. This is certainly the best car wash in town. It gets really busy sometimes, so expect to spend half an hour to 45 minutes. It is totally worth it. it is such a pleasure to deal with a retail establishment where every person knows their job and is courteous and polite. Recently, the works took about one hour and 45 minutes. They were really, really busy, but that did not affect the quality of customer service.

  • Red Dolan

It's one of the better car washes here in Portland, but that isn't saying much. A lot of the staff seems like they hate their jobs and would rather not be cleaning cars. Occasionally, a staff will be really nice and helpful. Half the time the car isn't washed well. Check your windows, check the car, and definitely check your wheels. Those are usually the areas that are problematic. When it's busy, it can be a nightmare to get in and out of the lot. They need to figure out a better way to manage the site of traffic.

  • Pam Fine

I'd never had a car detailed before so I didn't know what to expect re the.work or the price. The people here were very nice, very fast. But maybe too fast. My car looked good on receiving it back, but on closer inspection, there was still coffee from a spill on the door, dirt in some crevices, and I'm quite sure they didn't shampoo the upholstery. And should detailing include the interior of the trunk? I paid $79 and was generally happy, given what a mess it was when I gave the car to them. But still ...

  • Cody Gregg

The good: the lady directing traffic was a rock star (the only reason they are getting two stars). The bad: Our car was still very dirty. We get car washes fairly often and yet I had to call the guy back over to wipe down the entire front of the car, which was still dirty enough to turn my finger black when I ran it across it. There were other areas that were obviously still dirty, too, that I had to ask him to wipe down. For $40, I expect a bit more in terms of getting the outside of the car clean.

  • Cade Pia

$79 for the managers special. Waste of money. I should have just hosed it off at home myself. Interior below average clean with a weird residue left over the entire interior. Feels greasy. At the end I asked the man to wipe off the excess spray on the seats so it wouldn't get on me and my clothes and touch up the outside as it was still dirty (see pic) ...He said no, this is all you get. First time customer and will never be back. All the other poor reviews are valid and reccomend you go somewhere.

  • Ryan M. Weisgerber

The wash I got today involved very little attention to detail and feels like a low value for $40. There were still dried water spots on the windshield, a significant amount of dirt in the door jams, and the carpets were still covered in detritus when I got in my car. I'm unimpressed, which is a bummer because I was optimistic. There aren't many alternatives in my area, so I might go back in the future with an understanding that I'll have to finish the job myself, but this wasn't a great experience.

  • Braedon Holt

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This is not a full professional detail service... that's closer to $300-$400. This place is great for getting your car cleaned before a date or when you've had a busy couple months and have fallen behind. For only $80 it's better than I expected, my car looks like I drove it off the lot a week ago. If you want to make your car look like it's brand new, go to a professional detailer. For the price of a couple haircuts it doesn't get much better.

  • Ozy Ismail

Regardless of which interior and exterior package you pay for, they do the same treatment for every car, so just get the cheapest one. Everyone there seems overworked, so they don’t have time to actually do what is actually separately included in each package. Good for a quick wash, but doesn’t actually throughly get all the dirt (this is on a fairly new car!). I don’t recommend paying for the extras, go with the cheapest one knowing your car will come out looking clean, but not spotless.

  • John Christensen

Be CAREFUL. I stopped at the convention center and when I got in my car to drive away the engine starting revving and I could have gotten in an accident. When they washed my floor mats and replaced them they put them over the accelerator. If you need a simple drive through wash they would be fine. I got an inside and out for $39.00 and found it to be a waste of money. I could have gotten the same service at another car wash for half the price. I don't think I will be going back.

  • Luke Wilkerson

Please update your hours. Google says 7am-7pm. Showed up at 6:20pm on a Wednesday and was closed. There was a worker outside, I asked what time they closed, he looked at me gestured at me with his hand like “whatever” and walked away. Service has been decent other times I’ve been (aside from my car interior being drenched and dripping in armor all after a “managers special”) and I’m glad there is a inside and out car wash in this area. So other than this interaction, thanks!

  • Lydia McLuen

I just left the worst car washing experience of my life. I paid $39 for the "works" and when I was driving home I noticed how gross my car still was. My car is literally still dirty on the outside. There is a smear down a window. My mirrors are covered in dirt still. Dust all over the inside of my car. It looks like they ran it through the wash, opened the door and vacuumed the floor of the cabin. That's it. A small child could have done a better job. Never going back.

  • KRYSTAL ROY

I had taken my boyfriend here several months back and they did an amazing job with his car. I had hoped I would have the same experience. Terrible job. I’m going to blame it on the influx of people during the weekend and good weather. I paid for The Works ($39.00)...what I feel like I got was the Express Wash. They didn’t vacuum my car, there were dog prints still left on my floor mats, console and windows. Windows were washed a second time once I pointed it out.

  • Tia Palafox

Going to the Washman on MLK can be challenging getting in and out in that main intersection. But, once you are in they have a quick & helpful process. I am terrible getting my tire to line up on the conveyer with my disability, but the person there is very good at guiding me. It’s very nice how at the end another person is there to kinda dry your car & tell you when you can go. I have anxiety doing that. I think they have good prices too.

  • Adrian Grey

Second time here because I couldn't make it to my regular place. Got a full detail & wax, it was very sloppy. Streaks all over, inside and out, and they missed a bunch of spots conditioning the leather seats. They got wax on the rear view camera so it's all blurry, and got leather conditioner all over the infotainment screen. They didn't do a good job of cleaning the inside windshield either. Still a lot of streaks and dirt at the bottom.

I went in to get the "Managers Special" detail for $80 this morning after reading some good reviews... I was left very dissatisfied with the service. In the shaded bay it looked decent on the exterior but after getting it into the light there was still a lot of dirt. The interior was done but I had to remove excess armor all from most of the surfaces. So much Armor All!!! First and last time I will trust a detail service from Washmans.

  • Andy Gerstlauer

Been going here for awhile to do a quarterly inside and out cleaning, but it seems like the quality of work has gone down. They missed the same bug splat on my windshield the last 2 times and there were several spots that they clearly did not go over. $26 (plus tip) to spend 30 minutes cleaning up the missed spots seems like a bad deal. Normally I would chalk it up to the location being slammed, but I was one of 3 cars getting cleaned.

  • Kitty Hawk

This place is just ok at best for a drive through wash, but if you get anything higher than that you might as well just hand them your money then drive off and do it yourself. I paid $220 for detail inside and out, plus upholstery cleaning. They did a very weak surface clean and stole some quarters out of my change pile... DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE! You're better off saving up another $100 for a real professional detail.

  • MaeJae

I have rarely been so dissatisfied as a consumer. Despite paying $140, inside windows not cleaned at all, outside windshield not adequately cleaned, carpets and removable carpet mats were literally dripping wet (in December when parking the car in hot sun is not an option.) This business may be fine for a quick wash, but do not count on them for more thorough cleaning. Staff is very nice but value for price paid is abysmal.

  • Jasmine B

I keep my car clean. If the package includes armor all wipe down of interior, vacuuming of the trunk (I asked to be sure) and cleaning/wiping off the rims it should be honored. I handed the detail professional the receipt to verify if I made a mistake. As we both looked at what had not been done. When I asked why these things were still dirty he waved his towel and walked off. Why do a job halfway when it can be done well?

  • Kadriliis Speek

Omg, I had a scary experience with an employee there. He called me to pick up my car after washing and drying and said that he did not have my key. He told me that I had my key. I replied that it's not possible to drive the car through the wash without the key inside. The guy raised his voice, postured, and asked me why do I have a bad attitude and walked away. He left me standing there without the key...

  • Guy Van Bogart

Paid for the $40 full service wash. The car got wet, I'm sure some of the dirt came off, but neither the machine wash or the person wiping it down after managed to clean the dust around my front and rear emblems, or the bugs in my front bumper. Somehow the inside of my windshield was made worse by the person cleaning the interior? Cannot recommend this place, and regret bringing my car there.

  • Brian D'Angelo

I used to go here all the time to have my car washed and interior cleaned. It maybe cost $20. Fast forward a few years and it went up to $30. Now it’s bare minimum $40 for a mediocre job. It seems like the only increase that’s happening here are the prices because the quality of service has gone completely downhill. I won’t ever return to this location and recommend that you don’t either.

  • Jake Breslauer

Took my car here last week, paid the $90 for a full detail plus seat shampooing. The photos below are what my car looked like after. They also used a cleaning solution that left my car covered with sticky residue. I called 3 different times asking for a refund but haven’t received a call back from management. Definitely a shoddy job, super rude when I called, would not recommend.

  • Alexander Kienle

Ordered "The Works." ($26 ) The wheels were not wiped, Armor-all was not applied, and no air freshener was offered. Easily-removed dirt still covered the car. When I asked about it, I was told that I would have to pay for detailing if I wanted better. Zero attention to detail or pride in the work. I would have had better results at a $6 drive-through and a self-vacuum.

  • Jeff Bedford

Drove from Woodland for the Super Interior service to surprise my mother in law before she drives back to the east coast. The service was decent, but I am giving 5 stars because Ray, the manager, did the right thing by crediting back my service and paying for new weathertech floor mats when one of mine went missing (as it was placed in another vehicle by accident).

  • Sue Schweitzer

I spent over $100 for an interior detailing. The told me it would take between 90-120 mins but called me after 60 to say it was done. They had missed so much very obvious dirt on the inside. I'm not even sure they vacuumed. When I brought it to their attention then spent another 20 mins cleaning. It was better but not great. Not worth the money at all.

  • Ryan Zakovics

They charge a lot for doing a real small wipe down. They consider the vacuuming to be worth $15 and the wipe down to be worth $10 according to employee. I asked for a refund because I waited for 30 minutes while cars that came after me were finished and driven off the lot, and I didn’t have time to wait any longer. I can do a much better job for less.

  • Rocio Herrera

I received a great service; my car was very clean inside and out (I got the manager's special) and staff was friendly. I noted some details that needed attention, and the staff responded well and gave it another pass. This is tye second time that I pay for this service, and this time I was definitely happier with the results. I'd recommend.

  • Felicity F

For someone who rarely washes their automobile (due to laziness and carbon/water output) this place is a dream. It’s an all-in-one spot for exterior and interior cleaning. All those dusty nooks and crannies came out shiny and new. The wheels glistened. Not a smudge on the windows. The staff work tirelessly, so don’t forget to leave a tip.

  • Maria Jose Reina Mencias

I should've followed the reviews I took my car for an express detailing, and honestly, I should've just done the $12 wash because there was no difference. My windows and many other parts of my car are still diry and looked untouched. I usually leave happy 5 .. but not this time. I hope y'all don't get disappointed like I did. …

  • galby68

It’s a pretty steep price tag for the works, at just under $50. I love the sheer number of jobs they create given the volume of traffic this location gets. However, I would have loved to have my car returned without the three things in my cargo bay thrown in haphazardly. Otherwise, I’m pretty darn happy with the treat I got my car.

  • Chris88 av

So I’m here for a service. Another women decided that she was being made to wait to long, so they decided cause a massive scene. Her car came in 45 min after me. I had less service, and they worked super hard to get Karen’s vehicle out before me. Like I get working hard on peoples cars but I was there before her with less service.

  • Mary Carroll Lee

I couldn’t believe how helpful the men were at helping me get my rusted and very heavy bike rack off and back on before the wash- especially Luis who walked to the business next door with me to make sure I got the tool I needed. They always do a fantastic job of cleaning my car that I pass several other places just to come here.

  • Sydnee Kirkman

I gave this place two chances, I got their best wash/detail both times and it was very poorly done. There were puddles of water on my dash and in my cupholders afterwards from the cleaning solution that dried sticky. If you just want a quick wash and vacuum, this could be good. Would not recommend the details though.

  • Kalon Wiggins

Their unlimited car wash deal used to be good, but has doubled in price in a year and a half. I'd be ok getting a seldom wash instead a couple washes a week, but they miss so many spots that you have to run through a couple times just to get your car reasonably clean. Better options exist for the price now.

  • Brad Smith

I paid 40 dollars for an interior and exterior cleaning. There is no attention to detail, just smearing dirt around the car. I had to re-vacuum as well because there was a ton of dirt still there. For 40 dollars I expect more. See image for the lack of detail, taken 5 minutes after the cleaning.

  • Nick Oakley

The $75 “Manager Special” really isn’t worth it. The interior winds up clean but covered in some waxy residue. For some reason the roof was considered “an extra detail” so the end I spent some quality time in my driveway soaping off the dirt. Nice guys doing an unpleasant job. (VW Golf Alltrack)

  • AJ

This place is always busy and came recommended by a trusted mechanic shop. I am terribly disappointed. $79 seems hardly worth a quick vacuum and an auto car wash. I was there ten minutes. Apparently the trunk is not part of the interior of a car. I do a better job. Don’t waste your money here.

  • Bo

First and last time experience. I paid $244 for clean all the detail but not worth the money at all. Seat soak with water. They said will clean all vents but still dirt in there. Not worth the money at all. Wasting my time for 3 hours. Worst than I expected. Won’t be back and not recommended.

  • A S111111

For $26 I’m not expecting perfection but the trunk was clearly ignored by both people vacuuming and washers. The roof wasn’t clean and I thought maybe it was tough to get off plant residue. It took two minutes to wipe off at home. Probably won’t use again other than if my car is very dirty.

  • Kristina

I brought my RAV4 here to be detailed. When I got the car back the floor mats were still dirty, the seats were still dirty. It looked as if they only MAYBE vacuumed the inside. I’m thoroughly disappointed. We paid for the $51 detail and basically just got an outside wash and vacuum.

  • Secret Johnston

For the amount that I paid they could have done a better job.. Im not sure what odor eliminator was suppose to be used but it didn't really seem like any was used.. The back window are was not cleaned.. I waited almost 4 hours and would have appreciated a better job to be done

  • Jonathan Orleck

Spent a lot of money for meh work. Never truly get the rims cleaned and the interior work is half baked. Tried it twice. It's not terrible, the odor removal is quite good, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Like on a $200 detail you don't even rinse the bed of a truck?

  • Amber Strickler

For a little over $20 you get an entire in/out cleaning. Its pretty fast so you can expect them to detail your car or anyting, but they do a really good job at vacuuming and cleaning and wiping things down. I take the cars in here every month. It's a fantastic service!

  • joe cochran

Everyone here runs thier hearts out. And do a great job for something everyone could do at home themselves. Thank you for doing a great job. People in this town are so self entitled now and nothing is good enough for them. But keep up the hard good work yall do here

  • Jake Moffett

They typically do a pretty good job here! For the price though, I always have to ask them to clean the cup holders and there’s always spots they have blatantly missed. Especially now the minimum price is $40 so please make sure you’re cleaning everything.

  • Emily Carney

The staff were very friendly and the wash was fast. There was no line on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, my car didn’t get clean though. It was maybe 25% cleaner but was still visibly dirty after. Basically only cleaned the hood and part of the back.

  • Clark

Service is just ok. Still had some dirt on my car after I went through the wash. I’m not sure what I expect from these places. I think I’ll just stick to hand washing my car. Convenient? I guess. Thorough? Not really. Save your money and do it yourself.

  • Pamela Wald

I told my husband I didn't want to go there because they clean very well. But we went anyways & what happened we ask them to come back clean. When we got home they didn't even wipe down anything in the back. I will never go back. we even gave a gd tip

  • omari priestley

My car still dirty inside after 129 bucks. They talking more on the line than cleaning , them young boys ain't getting it done. Waited a hour and a half plus seats still got dirt on them and various other spots. Pay attention folks. Inspect 1st

  • Darcy M

Manager’s Special for $79 is NOT worth the price here - interior clean job was not good, which is what they market with this option. Inside was streaky with oily marks throughout the car, and they were rude and didn’t care about making sure

  • Lanae Dyer

Was very very disappointed!! I bought a new car and took it to washman to be detailed. I asked about what & where they'd clean before I paid the very high price they were asking. I waited 45 minutes, ( which was expected) but when they said

  • Bri Chavez

Want a super cheap, quick, efficient car wash? Go to this place. They do such a good job washing your car and the attendants are so friendly. Also an appropriate place to tip. These kids have to be out in the elements to make sure you get

  • Meredith Malnick

I just made the $80 donation to this place, my drivers side carpet was still caked in mud and dirt/crumbs. I have spent the last 45 minutes, vacuuming out my car myself and wiping down the seats from obvious mud stains. Do not go here.

  • Mary Burleson

$40 for the works and you couldn’t tell very much a difference, had lots of dog hair and no vacuuming between the seats — I kindly asked them to vacuum those parts and they were very kind and took care of it. Overall the value should

  • Lisa Ann

What a bustling place! Like clock work, they get their work done. And polite; let me just say; those that are out working the hardest, are nicer, happier persons there! It's really no fault of those who take your money. It has to be

  • Rich Reich

Excellent service A little confused on where to go for wash and started vacuuming before I was told I was at the service section rather than self serve Great coupon. Love to have another. Outstanding results. Thank you ever so much.

  • Daniel Odegaard

This is what the $79 interior cleaning got me. The rest of the mats are clean, but they use a nasty greasy finish on the leather. It looks and feels like someone rubbed olive oil all over my car’s interior. Not worth it.

  • Andrew Sisk

Quick and fair priced, however there were many overlooked details. Maybe they forgot to wash my grill, or perhaps didn't check and did a poor job, but other than bugs all over my grill they cleaned the rest pretty well.

  • Michael Nguyen

Nearby popular car wash out stop when we need to get our car in tip top aesthetically pleasing shape. The location can be a traffic nightmare to get in, but smooth once your not backing up MLK. Quick, clean, efficient.

  • Baylee Lane

I paid for a full interior detail of my car it wasn’t cheap. There were still stains all over the seats and they threw out important items from my center console. Go to an auto shop if you need a detail, seriously.

  • Ted Rhodes

Don't trust the hours noted on Google. Showed up at 6 pm, showed an employee that the hours on Google noted 7:15pm and was told "check our website for hours. This happens all the time." Easy fix for management...

  • Michael DeGraw

This is a popular and convenient spot to get your car washed in NE. It’s a bit of a tricky set up but it moves quickly and no complaints from the detail service. Lounge is well stocked and comfortable.

  • Jacob Hileman

$40. Didn’t clean the dirt off my rubber mats but left them pulled up. Car was still covered in their pink soap. Glass was still dirty. This is my 2nd time with the same disappointing experience.

  • Elizabeth Miller

They did a decent job - the inside of my windshield was very streaky. Not a lot if attention to detail, dirt left here and there. I will go back just when I have more time to look over the work.

  • Tekela Fisher

$40 for car wash and interior tidying and there was dirt still on my windshield, on the hood, on the windows. Didn't notice until I got home or I would have asked for it to be addressed.

  • Veronica Manderjano

39.99 for inside/out, and that doesn't include the tip if you are generous. it's as if they are still charging for the disinfecting price during the pandemic and never reversed it back.

  • Jme Everitt

Really good wash & hand dry - looked great! The only drawback with this location is that it does not have any self-serve vacuums that their other locations have.

  • Becca Mischel

Google, unfortunately, doesn't allow 0 stars reviews, which is what I really think of Washman's quality, attention to detail, integrity and customer service.

  • Cathy C

They do a good job. Very crowded at times so plan accordingly. Large indoor and outdoor waiting area. Be sure to tip, these guys work hard for a living

  • Emily Ornduff

not quite sure what i paid $50 for if they didn’t even vacuum my seats or wash the top of my car? terrible service. absolutely NEVER going back.
