It is a Kak place to rent security is rude especially that Bobo and Cecil who is the manager of the place is racist and route I will never recommend anyone to stay in that place you not even allowed to bring your visitor for sleep over you must ask for permission like you in university. There was a time when Bobo the Security allowed criminals inside the yard and they drank alcohol together. We as residents heard gun shots and that guy that was driving (Avanza) drove through the Gates and No one apologized even Cecil and no disciplinary action was taken Watergate is not safe at all even worse when you have kids and residents are moving out every month.

Rental manager has no respect for tenants. Within 1 month after moving in the place smells of mold throughout the flat due to the flats being built on wetlands. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Very tight security which can be a positive, looks good from the outside but living conditions inside the unit is very unhealthy. Communication is poor but warning and fines are given quick for petty things.

Security not friendly and helpful , had encounter with 1 when I fetched my son.As I didn't know in which block or apartment he was due to the fact that he send me his location as I didn't know it was in a complex with flats.Security just said "call him" and walk away then refused me entry and told me "he must come out and meet me at main gate" ...

Very very tight security which was awesome. Had to scan in my ID as well to visit a friend. All the kids can play in peace as it would be nigh impossible for anyone to get in and out. Apartment complex is clean and well kept. Nice outside relaxation areas for the tenants. I would live here for sure.

It seems that we as tenants dont have a say.No vistors are allowed yet.Restaurants can have upto 50 people within the restaurants for sitdown which is a much higher risk. Yet we need live as if we are living in at a res at the university or renting from someone's back yard.

A very idiotic Manager who thinks he owns the world, Tenants complaints are falling on deaf ears, a clicking time bomb, he has no respect and treat Tenants with contempt. Owner is not remotely interested to resolve basic issues.

The place was nice from day one and they are busy with all the necessary developments and funny enough in a very small space one can say it's close to a lot of things..

Love how security is on point with all their checks and strict with the rules. Felt safe while visiting.

The complex is very quiet, secure and a lovely play park for the kids to run. The braai area is lovely.

The lady that answered was very friendly . She helped me well to get my stuff in order . Thank you
