This community is wonderful! Along with great management and nicely kept homes and properties, there are lots of amenities to enjoy. Cards are played 3 afternoons a week in the clubhouse. You can choose to play crib, bridge, canasta or all 3. Exercises for seniors are 3 mornings a week and tai chi the other two weekday mornings. There is a crafting afternoon, a painting lessons afternoon (fees involved in this one) as well, there is a pool league, shuffle board, a library and gym along with an indoor hot tub, sauna and an outdoor pool. Also a bingo evening each week… dinners, dances and breakfasts. It is also a lovely park to go for a walk or bike ride. This is affordable, resort like living with fabulous friends and neighbours.

Just saying. I lhave lived in this park for 9 years and for those who say the rent is too high don't know what this park is all about. In Canada, not just Alberta this park rates in the top three best mobile parks and my only regret was not moving in sooner. Look up the amenities, location and how friendly the people are (pet friendly too) then you may change your mind about the rent fees. Permanent and happy resident.

Okay this place is a hidden gem. 45 plus adult mobile community park and a very close knit community with 1 kilometers walking trail community pool, gymn, small library puzzles, movies, and games room. Everything you would want close to amenities secure and mountain views.

Nice little quiet area in the bigger community with some good amenities for its residents. Challenging to direct people to the area because they have no idea it exists. Lots of green space and walking distance to crowfoot.

Nice community. Seniors style living facility. Detached homes for retirement etc. Has a clubhouse and pool, and scheduled events happening.

Watergrove has been home for 3.5 years. Wish we had moved here sooner. Such wonderful staff and residents. A great place to call home!

I don't live here but I visit ppl here. It's not in the category of "mobile home park" Beautiful place. Wish I could live here

It is a nicely laid out mobile home park. There are mature trees. Adult only but kids visit their families regularly.

The Google Street view is very old and really low quality. Google should update it.
