Such poor communication from Sales & Finance departments. Took over 10 working days to finally sign papers. Constantly had to reach out to the sales team and finance team who apparently could not communicate to each other because they were at different branches. Sales manager was involved when I had enough of being mucked around and she convinced me she would get on top of it. Few days later the same issues, no response to messages or promises to send info on delivery (all after papers had been signed). Was promised free transport to VIC but delivery date was for 10 days, had to find and pay for a faster option (2 day option) which a refund was agreed on (still haven't received this). Refund on deposit still hasn't been received 12 days after signing papers. Chose a care package for tints and ceramic coating with products to be left in vehicle (no products where left in vehicle which I had paid for). Lots of fake promises and lies. Would highly not recommend Wayne Phillips.

From remote videos and lots of upfront info, quick turnaround times and making the sale happen to my tight deadline, through to ensuring safe transport and follow up care, they have excelled every step of the way. When the car arrived, I had a few issues and they assisted and remedied quickly, with patience, care and professionalism - reinforcing my decision to take a leap of faith and purchase sight unseen from another State. If your looking for a trustworthy and professional dealership to purchase your next car from, look no further - I would highly recommend. :)

This is our 2nd new car purchase at Wayne Phillis Ford. Our main reason is their new car sales manager Jonathon, he is brilliant. He goes the extra step to ensure you are totally happy with both the vehicle and service he is providing. He makes you feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process, to Jonathon it's more than just signing up for a new car or the $$$$$. No amount of phone calls or questions was too much and he also kept us fully up to date from the minute of enquiry to the moment of handover. He even sent a text on the morning of delivery saying "hope we got some sleep and if we were excited" Whenever we took our previous Everest in for a service Jonathon would always make the effort to come out and say hi to us. Doesn't come any better than that !! Thanks Jonathon

Had a genuine canopy install on a brand new dmax June 22. It's been back numerous times now as it leaks. The first time I was told they hadn't tightened the nuts enough. Few days later I drove it back it had water in tub again. Their fix this time, fill both sides with silicon! Service 2 weeks ago brought up again it's still leaking and the back window doesn't close unless it's slammed and pushed in the corner. The fix put some grease on. It still doesn't close correctly. Went away for the weekend, arrived after some light showers to find our gear wet. Bottom of tub had water in again and all down the back of boot. Phone once we unpacked 4 weeks before they will look at it again. Have emailed and sent message with photos to no reply.

Had my Mustang serviced at Wayne Phillis. They pointed out that I needed new front tyres, so I booked it in to a Tyre Specialist straight after, who advised me to return it to Wayne Phillis ASAP and very carefully, as my front left wheel was about to fall off as the wheel bearing had somehow come loose!!! Upon returning to Wayne Phillis, they did fix it, but were very vague as to how or why it happened, and why it wasn't picked up during the service. This could have resulted in a fatal accident! Ford have advised me that this should never have happened, as it is locked tight with a split pin. The wheel was fine prior to the service, and I've now lost all confidence in their service team, and would not recommend them.

This weekend I went to have a look at a Kia Stinger they've had advertised. I spoke to one of salesman who seemed 0% interested in making a sale. The car had been driven around all week and quite dirty. When I asked about the price, I was told it was firm as the yard had paid basically $1000 less then what it was advertised for. After I pointed out that the front end needed paint correction and the factory warranty was getting low, he stated the price was as it was, and wasn't even going to suggest movement on price because the dealer principal was 'a woman'. I've bought enough cars over the years to sense when I'm wasting time with a salesman. I'll make sure to stay clear next time.

I had been taking the Ranger to another Ford dealer that was more convenient for me but they were quoting me ridiculous wait times to get the car in for fault diagnosis and I was experiencing a very annoying warranty issue which was difficult to diagnose. I decided to take it to Wayne Phyllis and I am so glad I did. The technician very quickly got to the cause of the problem and it was resolved in one visit. The car is now a joy to drive. Needless to say I will be continuing to take it to Wayne Phyllis for all my servicing needs. They have a great team in the service department and the process is so easy.

Our experience was fantastic. Sales staff did what good sales staff should do, giving us information and advice. We were treated with respect by cheerful friendly helpful staff. If you are looking for a used or new vehicle a visit to this business should be high on your purchasing itinerary. We ended up a buying a new SsangYong Musso which met our requirements and may have saved us tens of thousands of dollars compared to buying other brands.

Poor experience, fault with transit van has been in over 6 times. Each time says it’s fixed and leave the dealership and it faults on the drive home. Really poor service and service team lack any responsibility l. Ford Australia also wipe their hands and say it’s fine. Really disappointed
