I was happy with the way WeBuyAnyCar handled the buying transaction following initial valuation. However, because I needed my car for a few more days - the valuation lapsed. On re-valuation I was shocked by the drop over 10 days. My advice to other car owners is to act within the validity period of 4 days. I can’t believe that the market changed out of my favour so quickly - especially when second hand cars are in short supply. The admin was easy and the agent was very professional and tried to help as much as he could. I would use the service again now that I know how the system works.

The evaluation of the car went a bit down from the one in their website because it had some noticeable scratches in multiple panels. But I was still happy with the final evaluation. Great service if you want to sell your car fast!

Staff member at office was friendly but the price I was offered was in person was 25% lower than the online valuation. Car was as described except for one scuff on front bumper, this apparently meant a £7000 reduction. I duly turned around and sold it to a reputable local car dealer.

There did not want to buy my car. after receiving several calls and emails (nearly spam) asking if I was going to give them my car. When I arrive they did not want to buy it, even if the system has provided a quote.

Better of going to a proper car dealer was offered one price online then on arrival was offered £1k below the original quote. Sold the car through a dealer and got above what hey were quoting.

Absolute waste of time, they offer you something online when you turn up there they offer you something else. Unless you are desperate to sell your car please don’t waste your time.
