I've been a part of the WDL family for 2 months now and I can surely say this is one of the best companies I've worked with. The environment here is perfect and everyone gets an equal opportunity to be able to grow as a person as well as an employee. If you're looking for a company that takes care of their employees while making sure work is being done properly, this is it. It's no surprise that they've grown so much in a year. Props to the highers ups of this company.
I've worked in this company as a BDR and a BDL and both of these experiences were so different and yet so amazing. I've been here for 4 months and have been leading a team of my own for 2 months and trust me no other company provides an environment like WDL does. WDL isn't just a company, it's a family. All my agents are the best of the best but Nick is my favourite.
