Weeks motor is very unprofessional. The manager and the sales reps are very rude. They never return calls when they say they will and they “are always busy.” They are busy scamming people. Mindy and Michael are the biggest scammers I have ever met. We purchased from them in July and it is now NOVEMBER and we have NO TAX TITLE OR LICENSE. We are working with a bank that has a great representation and they are blaming the bank to cover up there illegal activity. They stole 4500 from us. Do not go here it is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. We will be taking this to court. We should’ve looked at the reviews before stepping foot on there lot because it seems like this is a very common thing they do. They need to be out of business. Update: 4 months later FINALLY got the license plate so our vehicle wouldn’t look stolen. It took many phone calls and bugging them. They were definitely avoiding us. This is not over we will be getting our 4500 dollars down from this dealership. I wish I could give them negative stars. Please do not go here! Also, looking over all of the reviews and even the responses to the reviews are unprofessional! “A lot of break down for you.” That break down is false. The co signer gave you all of the information that day. Once we were gone you were trying to get all of the information once again which is very sketchy. The 4500 down was supposed to pay for warranty and tax title and license. I get the warranty stopped once we re financed the truck. The bank has tried to contact y’all multiple times. A lot of those times were excuses. This is not on the bank. We stayed in contact every week with the bank for 4 months. They stated what y’all were doing is illegal. Plus, 1200 dollars later the truck is finally running okay. What done is done I just feel sorry for the customers that you deal with.

Do Not Buy from this place. Purchased a car in August of 2020 and was told it was in great shape with no issues. Took it home and did not drive it for a few weeks (pandemic). Once we started driving it, we immediately saw it was leaking oil. We took it took a shop nearby (recommended by Weeks) to check it out. 4 months later and $5,000 in repairs on the engine later I can finally drive it. We have put very little miles on the car for it to have this much in repairs for what we were told was a good car. We were ripped off. When I call Weeks they say it was sold as is and nothing they can do. The mechanic that has since made the repairs took before and after pictures and said any mechanic that would have worked on this car would have seen the shoddy work on in it. Our mechanic documented everything and said Weeks should do something for their bad sale. Again when I called I was told they would do nothing. They are liars about the quality of vehicle they sold me. In response to Weeks Motors response below, these were NOT minor issues by any means. The ENTIRE ENGINE had to be redone. A few weeks after purchased, I called to tell them oil was leaking. Weeks Motors gave a location near me I could take it to to check the oil and get a free oil change. It was this location that has done all the work on the engine since then, and told me Weeks Motors basically sold me a bad car. When I called over the next couple of months after purchase, I was told they sell cars as is and there is nothing they can do. It was just under one month after purchase that the major repairs were started. It would have been earlier had more driving been done on the vehicle, but since we are in the middle of a pandemic, we weren't driving it much. Again, I would NOT purchase from this dealership ever. Shady and not good business people.

Saw the car within hours of it going online and was a little nervous about some of the negative reviews (I am a single mum with a toddler with disabilities so having a reliable car is a MUST to get him to his numerous weekly appointments). Michael told me there was just under half a tank of petrol and I was welcome to drive the car for as long as I liked. My experience was great (my only experience of buying a car in the US) and Michael invited me to bring my kids in to the family friendly waiting area whilst they got all the paperwork ready. Unfortunately, they couldn’t offer me an acceptable trade-in price on my Mercedes(with good reason!) but Mandy gave me great advice on how much I could expect if I sold it privately. Although the car was a little dirty inside (they hadn’t had a chance to clean it), they (unprompted) cleaned it up nicely by the time I picked it up the next day. Mandy was very kind, assured me about the purchase process. She advised me that if I did have any issues and the car required a repair at any point in the future, I could bring it back to them for their mechanics to check it and verify any quotes or assessments than any other mechanic had given me so I don’t get ripped off. AND they dropped my old car back at mine at their earliest convenience after I drove away in my new one - my plates were also ready and placed on my new car (by them) less than a week after purchase Have driven for over 300miles and no issues so far - I don’t think I could have asked for more. Thanks guys and I will be back to purchase my 13yr old’s 1st car in a couple of years (shes hoping for a Ford Edge, so here’s your notice!)

I was looking at a car the salesman let me take it home on the way home a sensor box fell out from under it which caused the sensor to not work it looked like it had been duck tape or something inside the car ..also four tires three did not match two were bald ..I address this with the salesman they were not willing to fix the sensor and only willing to put two tires on the car.. I had put a $3000 Down payment down and was waiting for my financing to go through for my bank my bank declined because there were too many miles on the car and they said dealerships like this have a tendency to sell cars that will break down and then you’re stuck with a payment and a car that doesn’t run! So I called them and told them I had decided the car was not going to be a good fit and I just wanted to get my down payment back they said sure come in and get it when I got there they handed me a check for 1856 and told me that it was due to miles which I had just driven home and back and days off market they ended up holding the rest of the money and refused to give it back to me!! I told the salesman he should be ashamed of himself and the manager sat in there and she was yelling bye-bye across the dealership zero class and a very shady dealership do not be a victim like I was!

FANTASTIC experience! I saw a vehicle on their website that suited my every needs, so I called the dealer to make sure they still had it and everything was accurate on the web description, so i got on the first flight from Florida to Texas, got a rental than headed to the dealer to check this thing out and it was exactly as pictured on the ad. As soon as I walked inside I was greeted by Michael who was very friendly he told me he would bring the car up front for me and I can take a look at it, he got out of the car handed me the keys and said take your time look it over make sure it's everything you want and let me know if you have any questions, and he left me to do my own personal inspection which was exactly what I wanted, I never got hounded to buy anything I never got pressured and I never got rushed, that to me is an awesome buying experience! Than to top it off i was stuck with the issue of having the rental and needing to take it back to the airport, so michael said leave it to me and he got in the armada i was interested in and followed me back to the Airport so i could drop off the rental than we went back to the dealership and i went about my day. I would give 6 stars if that was possible, needless to say I ended up buying the vehicle and I'm driving it back to Florida and couldn't be happier!

After going to some questionable places and seeing trash cars, I stopped in just to see what was available. Even though I didnt think they had anything in our price range, we were surprised. The young man that greeted us was so nice and made every effort to help. He made every effort to answer all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he immediately would find out for us. We're so happy that he was able to sale us the car. This was a very pleasant experience with a very possitive outcome. You walk into a very clean and updated office building with friendly people. I have to say that it made me feel better knowing that the owner was from an area close to my home town in East Texas. We are seniors and have been through a lot in the past 2 years, medically and financially. We had been without a car for 4 months and had to cancel all doctor appointments, etc. It has been hard. These people were were a God send and can't say enough about our experience. We've only had the car for one day and so far we are pleased. Just to know there's a maintence plan is gradifying. Thanks to all of you at Weeks and I reccomend you to everyone.

We dealt with Michael. The test drive and time to check things for functionality was low pressure and easy. I was ready to buy the truck. They earn two stars for that. Mike provided us with the price of the truck and we happened to look on their own website to reveal that it was listed for more than a grand less. Only when Mike saw that we had the website up did he bother to mention a conveniently timed discovery of a discrepant price on their website. I asked how long they had the car, “about a month”. I’m expected to believe that they discovered the error the day I show up and sit down to buy? I digress... Admittedly, I still wanted the truck. Then he had the gall to suggest that the tires, which were in need of replacement due to both wear AND age, could be run on for another 15k miles. Fortunately, I know better, and it was the final straw. He managed to completely erode any trust - as far as I’m concerned it was an attempted deception coupled with a shot at squeezing me for an extra thousand bucks. Recommend shopping elsewhere. Caveat Emptor.

We file small claims towards Mandy weeks and Motor weeks. It was our first time to buy and we ended up paying more than we should of, giving a big down payment that didn’t even go towards the car or supposedly warranty. They approved us before the finance and didn’t get to fill out papers only sign, they put false information so that we would get finance. Not even 10 days and the gear broke and we had to pay $100 to get it towed over to them, and then said that the warranty weren’t covered and that we had to pay a noter $100 for them to fix it. They ask me if l wanted them to fix it for $100 and l said l would call them back as soon as l talk to my husband, well they went ahead and fix it with our constant and try to charge us for it. My self and a specialist looked at all the paperwork and found out that it was a scam and they were doing everything wrong. It has been the worse experience ever not to mention we were there for 4 hours with our 3 children, l am so surprised they are still on business.

Me and my wife went there to buy a car in October. The whole buying process was smooth and had no problems. The only problem I have is that since October we have not received our license plate or our title. I’ve called multiple times throughout these past six months trying to get my title. And they keep giving me the same excuse that they DPS still hasn’t made the plates and that they’re not pulling anyone over because of the pandemic. Well I was pulled over and given a warning about my temp tags that has been expired for four months. I want my plates and title please we don’t want to pay a ticket on something that’s the dealers responsibility as it states in Texas state laws. Also I’ve seen other cars on the street in my neighborhood that had they’re license plates ready in a matter of a month after they bought their car. So it’s not DPS that’s behind on the plate. Great people but poor communication and reliability.

I felt like they priced my vehicle fairly so I didn't try to talk them down in price but 2-3 hours after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on and I had to replace an O2 sensor which cost me $462 to replace. Could have been that it was a coincidence that the light came on so soon afterward or it is also a possibility that they cleared the codes while it was on the lot. No way to know for sure but I called to talk about them possibly helping out on the cost or covering the cost to correct the situation since it happened so soon after leaving the lot but they firmly declined to help with the issue. Since I had Christian Brothers fix the car, it has been great but wanted to warn others looking here that there is a possibility they are clearing the codes and their response to my questions seems suspicious. It would be completely different if they had offered to help.

I can't believe I'm only the 2nd review on here. I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience...I was really in a bind when my wife's jeep konked out on her. On my way home from work I stopped in on a lark a couple weeks ago just to check out what they had to offer. Mandy Weeks was incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. Very honest about the cars I told her were at the top of my list and the amount I planned to spend. And she showed me the one I'd eventually buy and I even had a third party check it out before purchase and they told me "if you don't buy this car then I am!". Even after the purchase she let me test drive it and it drove like a dream! So long story short, my wife and I are very happy with the new addition and I will tell EVERYONE in ear's reach to go to Weeks Motors for all of their auto needs!

I wish I can give them -5 ! This is a warning ⛔️! Me and my husband went there to buy M-Benz E350! They asked for deposit ? so we give $700. After that they told us sorry there computer system is down. So they can’t give us a receipt. But no worries your car will be ready by tomorrow! So we went the second day after they had called us saying the car is ready! But the car was not ready they have done nothing on it! Layers...they did nothing on the car nothing was fixed!!!! So they tried to force us to pay the rest of the amount and take the car as is. We refused to do that. They told us then there is no refund for our deposit and they forced us to leave. So we call the caps. Don’t waste your time and money. Be careful they are a scam and evil for sure.

*********!BEWARE! BEWARE!******** DON’T USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!! They sold my son a pickup that was low on fluids with the front end damaged making it shake so bad that driving at 75 mph was dangerous. They told him it passed their mechanic’s inspection. However, it did not pass a real mechanic’s inspection. This cost my son over $800 in repairs, and all he did was drive it home. He called the dealership the next day and their response was to call him a liar and hung up on him. They will probably respond to this post saying this never happened. I can take a picture of purchase paperwork and the receipt from the real mechanic’s work. Update: Owner called and said they would take care of the repairs. Amazingly, there has been no follow up!

Ok. bought a car from Michael end of sept 2022, they installed a new clutch from a trusted mechanic. Turns out there was an issue reinstalling the transmission causing some issues with the car. I informed the Weeks motors on the situation and they told me to bring it in. After some time they replaced the WHOLE TRANSMISSION FREE of charge. Car drives 10x better with the replacement. I will admit, it was a smooth experience up till the mechanical issue, but they made it right. Often buying a used car can be troubling, not knowing the state of the vehicle 100% and trusting your sales rep. But i can whole heartedly say, I would do business with them again due to their professional results.

Review Update: I came across my old review from two years ago and must update on this one. About 3 months after my nephew had the suv the transmission went out and they didn’t care to assist with the repairs AT ALL even though he’d just purchased a $30,000 vehicle. If I could I would give them NO STARS!!! DO BETTER WEEKS MOTOR DO BETTER!!! My experience at Weeks Motors was great. My nephew decided to go there to purchase a vehicle. We worked with Michael and he made it an easy process. Not only him, but the whole staff was patient, warm, and welcoming. They have a nice selection of vehicles to choose from as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is searching for a vehicle.

My son was looking to purchase his first used car, his budget was tight since he will be going to college next year and didn't want a car payment to get in the way of his college career. We visited 2 dealerships prior to going to Weeks Motor. We test drove one car with them and when we were done we let Michael know that we were going to be checking out a few more dealerships before making a decision, we received no hassle of pressure, just an ok. After visiting the other dealers we returned back to Weeks Motor and purchased the car we test drove. The process was quick, easy, and pressure free. Michael and team did a great job, I would highly recommend them!

This place was awesome. After searching several weeks for a new vehicle, this place checked all our marks. Clean, friendly, good cars. Unlike most small dealers and large dealers in the metroplex. Highly recommend. Very satisfied. Customer service was top notch. And u can not get good service hardly anywhere when it comes to car shopping. You have a lot of pushy, untrained, rude, lying sells reps. which is sad. Will be shopping here for all my used car needs in the future. Plus, offerd a free 2 yr maintenance plan. Along with 5 free oil changes with participating dealers. Which is so hard to come by with the way the car market is now a days...

If I could give 0 stars. I would, due to the fact that this place is very scheming and scamful. I had a Tahoe 09 for barely 3-4 months. An something was already messing up on it. We’ve told micheal many times something was wrong it. Took it up to the shop an never heard back from any one. I called micheal to see if we had warranty (in which we should have had ) because we are told he is the one who has to put the warranty on the truck. Micheal then tells us “It’s not in my hands anymore there is nothing I can do. “ everytime I call for my truck THAT I AM STILL PAYING FOR !!! I never receive a call back FROM ANY ONE. don’t come here.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I drove 8 hours to Dallas from Eagle Pass TX and Michael Moore just decides after I went all that way that I can not get approved for a 7,000 dollar car because my income is too low… I make 61, 000 a year and I have 0 debt otherwise. I would also like to note that before I made my trip and also purchased bus tickets to Dallas Michael Moore had already said he would see me at the dealership bright and early. So there’s that just don’t waste your time. If you are not from Dallas do not bother making your way to this dealership but a vehicle closer to home instead.

I brought I car from Mandy and I asked for she change one of the tires and she say okay for new tired ,after two days the car just brake down I called her and explain the situation she took three days too fixed !! just now after 4 weeks she gave me the new tire and she didn’t change she just put the tire in the back the car and told me for go in one place really dirty for I pay and they change for me... she such bad dealer !! don’t lose your time there because they doesn’t really care for you !! I have a good experience that this location and I'm a huge on customer service, follow up and transparent communication. I purchased a car from them 2 days ago and I am really enjoying my gas saver. I dealt with Michael and ge made sure to answer all the questions I had, even though he had to get back with me on a couple questions for the mechanic. Prices of cars are very affordable and i was little skeptical, but I'm enjoying it. You will have to have you own financing or cash. If you buy, you will have to pay in a personal check or cashiers check!

I bought a truck from them this past Friday (9/18/20) “as is.” The truck was represented as a 4WD. They told my wife and I that a mechanic looked at the truck and “everything” was fine. I drove it home and the 4WD was not working. I had a mechanic look at it and it was (easily) determined that the problem was a bad cable. Luckily, it’s only a $100 fix. Otherwise, I would have a viable DTPA claim against the dealership. If you buy a vehicle from the place, make sure to have your own mechanic check everything out.

3.5 stars. If something is wrong with the car on the outside they will not fix it, such as creaked windshield, needs new tires, doors don't close all the way etc. This is before you even buy the car. The gentleman that helps us was great, however doesn't really know much about cars, he was just a seller not a mechanic which if I ask you something about a car I would like you to know about it. Overall it's a good place to go you just need to know ur stuff and really look at the car/truck before you buy it.

You know i went in there not expecting much get a car that runs and all that jazz. But the person showing us the cars Micheal pulled out a hidden gem for just a little bit extra and it was more than worth the extra money as it is my first car this car will take care of me and i will take care of it. We came by to look at a specific vehicle and Michael Moore had us on a test drive within minutes. The purchase of the vehicle was a very smooth process and Michael took very good care of us. He ensured all of the minor issues we had with the vehicle were taken care of (i.e. check engine light, missing floor mats and damaged wiper blades). Micheal was very nice, super friendly, and extremely attentive to our needs. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

The car buying experience was super easy! I will definitely come back to this location. I shopped around different dealerships and could easily see that I made the right choice. The prices are on the window which I loved. They take care of the plates and stickers and offer warranty. Their prices are reasonable. I got a 2016 Chevy clean title for 10k. The car drives great! I recommend stopping by this location before buying somewhere else.

Scammer dealership, don't waste your time, those cars are in bad condition, hanging hoses, noise under the dashboard, dirty cars, and they play with the price, almost got scammed for this dealership, I was ready to complete the purchase and they brought me the papers to sign with 2,000 overprice. I turned away and did not complete the purchase, I bought a better car with leather seats for the same price in another dealership. BE CAREFULL

I bought a car from Weeks about a month ago. The people at this place make sure that you are taken care of. I had to take the car back for some repairs. Rick kept me in the loop as well as another gentleman there. After fixing the car and seeing that it would be a few days before I could come and pick it up Mrs. Mandy goes above and beyond and brings it to me. Awesome people are still out there. So I was trying to buy a car from Weeks Motors. They wanted $500 down payment. I payed the $500 down with credit card, when they sent paperwork it had a bunch of bogus chart which was not in my agreement or deal with Michael. Trying to get my down payment back and was told the car was took off market for two days and they were keeping my $500 dollar down payment. Not going to happen, I will travel to DALLAS to collect my money.

Also, the whole staff seemed friendly and professional better than many bigger dealerships it has a family environment. First, I called my lender and got pre approved for a car loan. Second, I began searching for the car I wanted online. Third, I found Weeks Motors. They have a wide variety of cars at a good price. I found the car I wanted there, a Scion, and called to check availability. They had it, I got there first and drove it. They are were professional, no nonsense and easy to deal with. Best place to buy a car. Rick is amazing and was a wonderful help. We had trouble getting out our money but they worked with us and helped us get it. They made the experience amazing and so easy. Sketchy place. I went and purchased a 06 Honda Pilot from them. It hasn’t even been 3 weeks since I paid for the vehicle and the car is not drivable due to so many mechanical Issues. It’s sad. I’m a single mom who thought I was buying a reliable vehicle. Now I can’t even take my kids down the street. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Beware. Keep driving until the next parking lot.

You are asked to write a review before you even take the car home. My Ford Explorer is on its 3rd transmission, both catalytic converters had to be replaced, and A/C went out twice.. I bought this in March. It’s been a money pit! Sales people care about you only to get you to buy once you buy they don’t care. When I call they refuse to help or take responsibility.

Great customer service! No, rushing, and false information. When you get to test drive the car that you want. The car will not break down taking it for a ride up the street and back. They took my money for down payment, then forged my name on the loan papers, had to surrender the vehicle due to the owner's fraudulent paperwork and have not received my down payment back.

SHOPPERS BEWARE Typical used car lot. Made an appointment got there to find it was sold the night before. No call or nothing just let me drive an hour for NOTHING! They text my son 40 minutes before the appointment letting him know they were there tfor him to come test drive the car they did not even have anymore.

There are multiple major things wrong with the car & they refuse to take accountability for it. A total scam, bait & switch, do not buy a car from them!!!
