I took three pieces of Art in to be cleaned and remounted. They were promised on one date. I called on the date promised and was told they wouldn't be ready for a couple days. I called the a week later and they still weren't done. I was told they'd be done by the end of the day. If I hadn't called they still wouldn't be done. They hadn't done it and I think they just slapped it together to get it done because I was calling. When I got the artwork back, it was not done as instructed. For them to do as I'd asked, they asked for an additional $70 per piece. I paid a premium price for it, but it would have been done just as well at some place that did not require premium pricing. I told them what I was promised and what they agreed to do and they told me to look at it over the holidays and bring it back if I still wasn't satisfied. For an additional fee they would try and fix it. My trust and confidence in them has gone straight out the window. Don't waste your money on the premium price here. 7 months later, 1 of fans, mounting has broken already. Disappointmenr mounts

What a top notch experience! I went to get a matte trimmed since it wouldn’t fit in the frame I had gotten from a different store. The NICE guys back in framing trimmed it a bit, but the backing wouldn’t sit flush. So, they put on a custom backing to my frame without hesitation. They spent about 20 minutes with me, and didn’t charge me a penny. They fixed my problem and made it better than I would’ve expected. I appreciate the great and fast service which was given for FREE. So, the least I could do, was give them a STELLAR review. I had never been to Weem’s gallery, but will be back to give them much deserved business. Thank you framing department! GO WEEMS!!!

Weems gallery is a fantastic place to find the perfect piece for what you need. It is amazing how busy the store is with traffic from customers. I was walking around looking at pieces and despite all the traffic the owner Sheila personally came and spent 30 minutes with me to find the perfect piece for one of my properties. They have art for all budgets. Just let her know what you were looking for and they will find the perfect piece that works. The framing department is also incredible offering expertise. I don't highly recommend all stores, but the service here definitely gets my highest recommendation.

Just picked up the last of 9 pieces of art I had framed here. LOVED every single thing about the experience. The staff was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and creative when helping me pick out frames. They never made me feel rushed or badly about my indecisiveness. I felt totally comfortable there during the entire experience. The framing work itself was consistently excellent across all 9 pieces. They do such a quality job with professionalism, creativity and friendliness. Not only am I taking all future framing to them, but I highly recommend them to everyone else. Thank you, Weems!

Went there to get four collectable cards framed as a father's day gift. The guy who helped me was the frame department manager and was very helpful and patient with me. He designed a custom frame for my idea even though i had zero idea how it shoukd be framed and his idea turned out beautiful. He even threw in a piece of premium museum glass for it because he had one in the right size at no extra cost. I will definitely be returning to have other custom gifts like it made.

My new go-to framing shop. My framer retired after 40 years. Weems hired his old staff, so I know I will get the quality I've been accustomed to. Plus, they have some really great artists showing at any given time. I'm so glad that this resource is available in Albuquerque.

The young woman who helped me pick a frame for a beautiful oil painting of oil adobes in snow suggested a rustic grey frame with thin line of silver on the interior. It really brings out the icy tones of the snow and it's fabulous. I wouldn't have thought to pick that frame without her help and every time I look at it I'm grateful for her help. Very happy with Weams Gallery.

If you have something you care about you should get it framed here. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. We've had about 15 prints done here over the years and only one was done incorrectly. They fixed it immediately with no argument and when they finished it was perfect. They also have a really great selection of pottery and other items that are perfect for gifts.

This is the best place for art in Albuquerque! We visit our daughter who lives in Albuquerque and every time we will stop in to at least view the art. The people who work at Weems are all extremely talented artist though as good as they are at what they do, it is no match for how nice they are. Support this great art store! I highly recommend.

I attended the gallery for the American Heart Association fundraiser. We enjoyed our time there and found several items that I liked and purchased. Beautiful jewelry, art work, pottery, and much more. Will definitely be back.

I DID NOT MAKE A PURCHASE I gave this 3 stars because I did go in and talk to the folks there who were very nice and very willing to help with all my questions. In the end it was to expensive for me to get my picture framed here hence the lower star but based on customer service they were great!

We really appreciate Chris in the frame shop. A real talent. Chris has made artistic framing recommendations that have brought out the best in new art and enhanced and revitalized pieces we’ve had for years. Excellent eye for color and texture and wonderful to work with!

I’ve been a successful painter for 30 years who is quite known in the art world and definitely knows how to treat clients well. What Mary Weems taught me was invaluable and helped my career as an artist immensely. I wish her nothing but a happy and healthy retirement.

Quality service and products. Worth every penny. The extra care taken by the Weems team to help us load the piece in our car was noticed and appreciated. Highly recommend!

An elderly man fell from the wheelchair ramp/steps, after coming out of the store, 7 people inside didn’t come out to help or to check how he is or if he was on-he hit his head on the sidewalk! Pathetic people!

I love Weems! They have beautiful art in so many different mediums. Their prices are so much more reasonable than the Santa Fe shops. I have so many of their pieces in my home, and I always look there first when I need a unique gift.

I deal work the framing department. Ari is the best art restorer in the southwest and Chris is excellent when it comes to framing up your art work.

With items from $10 to thousands, everyone can find the perfect gift. Most of the items are but local artists, and the staff is more than friendly!

Good array, good display, good service -- though prices are not "bargains." Availability of a skilled restorer/conservationist is real plus.
