I had the pleasure of visiting dentist Dr. Adeeb Hassan for more than a year. From the very beginning, Dr. Adeeb and his staff made me feel at ease. He showcased a wealth of knowledge and skills during the procedure, displaying a high level of proficiency in diagnosing and treating my deep infection (yet other doctors were not sure about my issue and it was only getting worse). In addition to his highly exceptional professional skills, he is incredibly polite and friendly.He genuinely cares about patient's well-being, provides top-notch treatment, and maintains a high level of professionalism. مع الأسف يفتقر بعض الطاقم الطبي والطاقم خدمة العملاء للباقة وفن إدارة شكاوي المرضى، حيث أنني قمت بالاتصال بخدمة العملاء لرفع شكوى وأمهتلني موظفة خدمة العملاء بأنها ستخبر الطبيبة بكل عدم اهتمام، ورفضت الطبيبة الحديث معي بما يتعلق بالشكوى. وقامت الطبيبة بكتابة وصفة طبية تفتقر للعديد من الادوية المهمة التي يحتاجها مريض الزكام واكتفت بدوائين غير مهمين، وقامت بالعديد من الفحوصات الطبية غير المهمة فقط لتأخذ المزيد من النقود من التأمين.

My fastest best medical experience in the UAE! I live next to wellness so I now go there whenever needed, and I just felt obliged to write a review. The staff “all of them” are warm, compassionate, and highly professional. The medical team provided top-notch care, considering that the doctor diagnosed my condition which the “big” hospital I went to before didn’t figure out. It is also clean and modern. I truly appreciate them.

This might be the worst medical consultation I've ever had. My appointment was at 3:30 PM, but I waited until 5pm The doctor didn't even bother examining the area of concern; he just prescribed medication based on talking. Unbelievable! I don't think I'll ever visit this hospital again at any cost! ( it’s a waste of time LITERALLY waste of time!).
