Clean establishment. Sometimes there may be a couple machines out of service but does not affect getting in and out for the most part. Dryers good to decent. Bathroom usually closed unfortunately due to location; if opened no hand towels and sometimes no toilet paper..also in my assumption due to location.

They still have people standing around asking for money it's cleaner than it used to be but they also raised the price it used to be 9 quarters for the smallest washer 24 for the biggest now it's 30 I can go somewhere else that's better not

One of the workers was very condescending and rude towards a lady who was having trouble with her dryer and when her child asked to use the restroom the lady rolled her eyes and said that their bathrooms were off-limits to nonemployees but

I consider this laundromat to have the best cleaning washing machines of the 3 launfromats in the neighborhood, and I've always found the inside of the facility to be clean. Unfortunately, I've had (a few) clothes stolen out of the washing

very overpriced the washer didn’t even wash all my clothes everything still has stains in it the lady keeps touching my stuff and moving it but clearly see I have four loads back tf up and the lady and her daughter that work here are both

I'm in here right now and this older black lady is so mean and they will not let you use the bathroom she say go to foodlion bit the key for the bathroom is around her neck. And I tried to dry my clothes In one dryer it would not start

Ok so I use to love coming here until it started getting hot outside, apparently the new owner does not believe in using the air conditioning because it's hot in there even in the mornings with the ceiling fans going.

It was not clean. There are no attendees for issues. Bathrooms were locked and several people had to go to the Food Lions to use the restroom. The coin machine worked great.

this is a pretty good wash a dry place. our lyrics thing is no one else is every there to keep the place up or answer questions if something goes is broken.

Friendly manager, nice and clean and working machines. Best laundry mat I’ve seen in Charlotte so far and I’ve been here since 2012.

It’s very dirty in here. I wouldn’t use the rolling carts after looking at them closely. Also no attendant and locked restrooms.

Great laundry mat, little bit small though. There is a soda and snack machine, decent seating area and a money to coin machine.

Inside is relatively clean but I dont feel safe in this location.
