I will never buy from this establishment ever again because as of now I have understood Wendy’s will hire anybody with poor customer service. I didn’t get her name so I’m going to describe her the best I can. I would like to understand how the dark skin woman at the cashier/manager is still working at this Wendy’s. For some reason when it’s her shift theres never any food, never variety, never have cheese fries or baked potatoes and Wendy’s is usually my #1 go to for fast food because of the VARIETY of food but somehow this restaurant in particular is always empty on her shift but somehow shes always in a rush? Today I recieved burnt french fries with my biggie bag and the only thing they had was cheese fries, and I still didn’t receive the cheese fries so I go back and ask for them AGAIN. This time around the woman is yelling giving me and her coworker attitude and a hard time for no reason. I try to explain that I didn’t receive my fries and she still took it as an offense giving me nasty attitude for something I already PAID for and didn’t recieve? How does that work? A whole 10 minutes arguing instead of trying to resolve the issue as a “Manager” and THEN gives me my cheese fries after arguing with me,my husband, and my sibling in the car. Worst customer service in the history of customer service so unprofessional for a manager. This lady should get fired for the unnecessary harassing she does daily. Negative vibes scares the money away.

I may sound like a complete cliché but fast food is not rocket science. It's a simple process- You come to get mediocre food at a cheap price, yet somehow the workers at this Wendy's manage to bring my already low expectations to the ground and then keep digging. First and foremost there is a massive disconnect between coorporate and this location. I made a mobile order only to come and pick it up and find that my 32 dollars order was not complete as they ran out of items. Then telling me that I had to call coorporate to get my refund, which is pretty annoying but doable. I call coorporate to wait 3 hrs in queue and then the agent tells me that i had to come back to the store to get the manager to refund me the money. I come to the store and then they tell me to come at a specific time that the the specific manager is here. I have come 6 days in a row at that time and the manager is never here... I want my refund!!!

It was so late, and I was starving and stopped at the first fast food place..so glad I did. Firstly the lady working the window was fantastic. As I was placing my order she recommended options. At the window I was stunned there was no bad odor that came out. The usual one of burning oil or reused oil. She gave me my food and I had to eat while driving. It was fresh. The lettuce was crispy the burger wasn't greasy and the fries were fresh made and super hot. I happen to get a 4 piece nuggets and for the first time ever they were great!!!!Every other location they are always so dry and hard. This Wendys is top notch, delicious, perfect, and all others should try to match them.

By far the worst Wendy's restaurant location I have ever ordered my food from, each and every time there is a problem. I went in to get a late meal tonight, my last meal for the day before going to sleep, but of course, there was some disappointment. I placed my order and confided that it was ok and rushed home. Once I got home I realized the chicken in my sandwich was stale and cold, and the chili warm like it had already been sitting there. They didn't even give me a spoon! I grab a spoon at home to eat it anyway because I was hungry and come to find it taste like bleach. I am so dissatisfied in what goes on in this restaurant, I am disgusted. I will never visit this location again!

The cashier was really rude with my mom, she talk to us really bad. My mom doesn’t speak English and we think that is the reason she treat us rude. My mom ask her her name and she close the window and don't respond anything. Also, after talking to the Manager, instead of giving us the reason, she talked to her and they told us liars, that we supposedly treated her badly. Watch the cameras so you can really see what happened. Super rude, we asked for the money back and we will never return to that place

Very rude people; what they need to do is understand what people order and not mess up the order. Mine and my girlfriend food was cold plus we working at loandepo park so we had to order food and go back to the park since we was working. The bathrooms were dirty as hell; i think they need to find people who can do better than who is in the restaurant now. Please hire ups at headquarters see my post…….

Well the lady that took our order the manager was so rude. We will never be going back there thanks to her. The lady at the first window that charges you is the sweetest ever! You need more employees like her. But the manager should definitely be replaced. She kept giving us attitude and then laughed at us when my mom asked if she was tired of hearing her voice because she gave my mom attitude like she was bothered when we went to add something to our order. She's the worst!

Had some nuggets at this location the other day that were soooo good (moist, tender & fresh) that i really believed that Wendy's had changed their nuggets. I've had nuggets at 2 different locations since and it turns out that it wasn't that they changed their nuggets It just so happens that in all of these years I'd never had them fresh and not over- cooked/hard/dry. I now will not have nuggets unless it's this store.

Last time I was there my experience was horrible. Went by drive thru. Got home and sandwich tasted like cleaning products. They were cleaning the store. I know 'cause I had to wait for my food in front of the front door. Got home, called the store and the lady was not only rude, but indifferent. She didn't even want to acknowledge my concerns about the quality of the food. What's wrong with costumer service? They just don't care anymore.

Would like to give a shout out to one of the employees... I don't know his name, but I think he was the one in charge of the shift... he helped a disabled man who needed to make a phone call, and he went out of his way to help the disabled man . It was nice to see that kind of customer service . He knows who I'm talking about, and hopefully, he will keep that helping attitude.

This is my favorite Wendy’s in all of Miami! Every time I come here my nuggets and fries are always fresh! I just wanted to leave a review because this Wendy’s truly does a great job!

I would love to leave more stars for this restaurant because for the most part, it is maintained clean inside and the food is good. The issue is the drive through and the fries can be hit or miss. They are fresh and delicious some times, or other times are stale and cold. It's happened so many times to me while on the drive thru and by the time I notice, I have already pulled off and I can't afford to go inside.

Food was hot service was not. Waited more than 5 minutes before cashier/expedite person took my order (I was the only person in line). Although it only took 2 minutes to get the order on the tray...but one item was incorrect and was told that was what I asked for when it was not. Suggestion: Customer service training and additional staff to expedite for drive through so dine in customers don't have a delay.

This place is horrible. We ordered additional combo and they did not added this to our order and forgot to change our tea for the lemonade , instead added additional sprite. Are this people high? Feels like. Also they had a problem to print out the receipt so we could check what we were charged for. Manager did not want to talk to us around 5 minutes when we went inside. Please do something about it.

This is by far the worst customer service I have received all year. The woman who Handled our order was very rude and kept rushing us with order. Was very ignorant as well. Since we weren't sure what we wanted to order she keep insisting that they didn't have what we wanted. I really lost the urge to want to eat there and made my way to the Subway across the street. Definitely Wouldn't Recommend!

Horrible.. today October 31 at 12.10 p.m... I order a number 5 combo and I ask to the cashier or manager ,if she can toast my burger buns one more time because my gastritis .and she went all crazy about it. she don't provide with a name or store number. The store is located at 16 avenue NW and 7st across ball park miami. I think should be trained the personal one more time.

Food here is horrible. It’s almost as if they’re reusing food that they cooked n no one brought and are reselling them. Then the night crew is the most unprofessional group of individuals I have ever seen before in my life. I hope with this review they either improve their service and quality of food or close down and allow another food service company obtain that location.

Drive Thru is usually pretty fast for the three times I've been here during the day. I only order Baconator fries, and they prepare them here pretty well. Sometimes, there are homeless people outside their door, so beware.

I was hanging out with my 84 year old dad and he wanted a single combo. As we we driving by, he said he hadn't been to Wendy's in years so we pulled in, parked, and sat inside to let him enjoy. He said it was good, and looked as if it was. The service was great as well. Thanks Wendy's for making my dad feel good with great food.

The rude lady in the drive through, needs to change her attitude or be replaced by someone with better manners. She made the experience an angry one and we didn't even get what we wanted to order just so we didn't have to deal with her anymore.

They have a pretty good team here. They are efficient and curteous. Even in rush hour it flows. My order have always been correct and freshly made. The fries are always hot. Their chocolate chunk cookies are always fresh and soft. They are also friendly. Only once I had to go inside for a spoon. Really good experience.

Best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. A lady named Jessica took our order and she was really nice and cheerful. Great customer service and the place looked super clean. We’ll continue to come to this Wendy’s location from now on!

The employees really couldn't care less about their jobs. Overall, my visit was a perfect reminder of why I try to avoid fast food places - but my sister was hungry and we had a little one who needed a fresh diaper. We were just hoping to quickly knock out 2 birds with 1 stone. Fail.

Management is at its worst. Employees take orders while using the phone. No professionalism at all. The kitchen staff uses the same pair of gloves for everything. No care over image. Always dirty. Overall the place needs better management.

Enough parking for location. Staff is good. Drive-tru runs smooth. Check your order before leaving, this includes counter orders. Will get busy during events due to the Marlins Stadium across the street. Small and quaint.
