We used to like this Wendy's but lately it has taken an hour to get through the drive thru for no apparent reason. They were rude, forgot to give us our frostys at first, and then no spoons for them. My meal had a small sprite with it. They gave us the food. Finally got us the frostys and forgot my soda. I could see it sitting by the machine but noone was there to ask for it. They all had left the window. 10 MINUTES LATER!! She walks back over, looking irritated as all hell and grabs the soda that has been sitting there for the entire half hour that we have been at the window and shoves it at me. NO ICE:( When we looked in our kids meals, one had two juices(yay<.<) and the hamburger inside had large onion and pickle slices!! Both had the wrong sauce. One was for a 2yo and the other for a 7yo. I asked for one to have a 3 and under toy... They both got it, my 7yo was very disappointed . To top it all off, because they had taken so long, our food was no longer hot. Normally we would have complained but nobody wanted to wait there another hour or more to do so. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We are from another state. We stopped by this Wendy’s because it was down the road from the hotel and we wanted something quick to eat before going to the French quarter. As soon as we walked in the door, I saw one of the employees, she glared at us and said we should’ve locked the doors to keep people from coming in”. I asked the other employee, behind the counter, if they were still open. She asked the rude employee and then proceeded to go wait on customers in the drive thru and left us standing at the front counter. We left and went across the street to Raising Canes and we got excellent service and the cashier even came to our table and chatted with us about sights to see and places to shop in the city. This was the absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life!!!!!!!

I visited the store via drive thru Tuesday March 30th. The price on the menu was $7.59 the price they charged me was $7.79. I notified the cashier of the difference in price and asked to speak with a manager(whom was standing there the entire conversation and said nothing) I then asked again would the manager come to the window, The manager finally comes to the window with a very nasty attitude addressed me as “baby”, her exact words were “ baby I can’t do nothing ‘bout that, I’m just an employee “ she was very rude, rolling her neck, talking with her hands and addressing customers as “baby”! then when I asked her name she said “MONIQUE” and slammed the window!! I can spend my money anywhere and I will not chose to spend it where I have to be overcharged and treated rudely by an “employee “!

Wow, this is the most modern Wendy's in the world. As far as someone writing thugs, you gotta understand that Wendy's managers "so I hear" create a harsh work environment and they do not get paid well... MAINLY DOE TO CORPORATE BAD DECISIONS. They really need some better marketing and advertising. Wendy's really is the best fast food but nobody goes there. Most Wendy's have no traffic whatsoever, yea, a its no wonder. Develop a better marketing strategy, and with the profits... TREAT THEIR FAMILY BETTER.... BTW, by family I mean employees, they have NO loyalty whatsoever, of course they will come off less friendly. See Panera breads... they love their company, their managers are friendly.

Everytime I come to this Wendy’s it’s ALWAYS an issue. One morning I decided to get my children the potato fries, and I was told “all we have are chicken biscuits.” I just left from here, and nobody is even taking orders. We are just sitting in line. Most cars left because they’re taking that long.. also, when I drove around to get out of line the worker at the window was eating mike & Ike candy‍♀️ Like how unprofessional is that?! Idk how this establishment is even still opened. Most times they don’t have bbq sauce. Don’t even waste your time coming here, stop at a different Wendy’s if possible… I wish I can give this Wendy’s ZERO stars! Probably call corporate at this point.

Walk inside, and seen flies and nats all over the counter.. very dirty.. I ordered for a homeless person.. got the order wrong, and the meat was old.. management, correct order cussed out the 2 workers. After I receiving the right order, I was so disgusted with flies and bugs all over the place plus the workers gave me dirty looks, that they had to remake my order till I literally threw the food away and went next-door to Taco Bell. Trust me, you do not want to eat from this place and it should be reported to the Board of Health.

This Wendy's used to be on the map but now naw. They need a total overhaul of crew members and management staff. I witnessed cashier arguing with a customer and which the cashier had gotten her order wrong. The manager which was female did not intercede to keep the problem from escalating. Crew members pulled out the phone's to record. The customer ask the manager to do her job and resolve this problem by fixing her order right. This store was a mess and they had nats in the cookie display all over the cookies. If thats going what's going on with your food? I about face and got the hell out of there.

Some of the employees can be very rude. They always make the food wrong no matter how specific I get. The food is always hot and I always get full from my meal which is why I rated so high. But The drink machine is suppose to have so many flavors but only the normal flavors are available. They dont do a good job on cleaning and refilling the machines with the other syrups. They never keep lids for drinks in the lobby and they get really upset when you bother them. The night manager should be replaced she's never friendly and she lack in stocking and organization skills. She needs retraining.

Got my order wrong. Bad attitudes. Walked away as I was trying to hand her the bag THAT WAS WRONG. tried to force me to pull up and wait because I was told they had no burger Pattie’s ready. A place where they serve burgers. Mind you I waited in line for 20’mjn at least. Waste of time. She seemed to be the manager. And I just can’t fathom HOW Second time going and was told they had no mayo packets then made me pull up and wait for a side of mayo even though there were no cars behind me. To give me a bacon double stack with literally a half a slice of bacon. WHY?

Went through drive thru. Lady was very distracted. Tried to give my order and she just rushed through the whole thing. I had to complete my order at the window. When I finished my order at the window, it seemed like I was more of a bother to her than she wanted to deal with. They only have 1 size of coffee, btw! No straws for drinks either. I gave her my rewards card to scan and she was visibly frustrated with that too.

Every morning I come here they not taking orders and they open at 7 . Today I got out the car and knocked on the window and was told the grill wasn’t working but my only thing is if the grill isn’t working tell people that instead of having them sit in the drive thru. I’m guessing the grill was broke all the other times I went there at 7. Then they have bad attitudes all of them. I’m sorry but this restaurant is so ghetto and ignorant . We were hoping to grab a quick lunch before heading to the Audubon Aquarium, but ended walking out. The staff was B.S.ing with each other and made us feel like we were interrupting their session. We didn't know if the lobby was closed, but there wasn't a sign and the door was unlocked. Matter of fact, one of their friends came in and was immediately addressed and a new topic of discussion erupted with their b.s. session. For Wendy's management, this isn't what I call customer service.

My whole visit at this store was a disaster! They messed my order in the window and gave me a attitude. I went in to finish my order and wash my hands the restroom was filthy. The stores overall smell was stink. Returned to my car started eating my fries i pulled a hand full of fries of the bag with a long black piece of weave in the fries. I returned my food and she was so mad she couldnt tell me sorry. She dont need to be the manager at all. I just left they need an inspection i guarantee they fail

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AT THIS LOCATION. The entire staff from morning to night is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, don’t know how to talk to customers or staff and they are STEALING! It's noon, doors are locked you can't order inside. Mobile orders that are carryout don't get answered. They forget your order and make you wait up at the door for almost 40 minutes or more for food. There is no signage that the inside is closed. 80% of the staff are rude to any questions even when they are wrong. Being polite won't help and if you question then about it they shy off. This entire location needs new management.

Could not pick up an order and place one, which I think is dumb especially if you are not busy, So I picked up the order and went to back in line to place my order all within 5mins as I said they were Slow and they STILL didn't get my order right I asked for a 4 for4 with spicy nuggets with Barbecue sauce, THEN I TOLD the young man at the window to please make sure to give spicy,And I will be dog on if they gave me regular nuggets and no sauce. AGAIN IT WAS SLOW!!

Worst experience of my life. Extremely rude, not accommodating. I went at 11:00 pm and asked for spicy nuggets and was rudely told they didn’t have it wasn’t dropping any. They were having side conversations while the speaker was on the rudely responding. Pulled up to the window and was given the wrong drink and received an attitude when it was addressed. Waited a the counter for 3 minutes before someone spoke to me. It was at least 7 of them standing at the drive thru window. So when someone finally comes to take my order it's no draw in the register. So it takes her 2 mins to comeback with that. I tell her I want two number ones. I am a Uber driver, I picked up 2 orders. A young lady with red hair and a bad attitude gave me 3 bags of food sealed with red tape, I asked her to write the name of the customers so I could identified the customers,she told me "we don't write on the bags", I asked to talk to the manager holding the drive through lane for 5 mns ,the manager came and wrote down the name of the customers on the bag. What a pity..... Will never go back there.....

It was the WORST visit to Wendy's EVER!! I think I was overcharged? They never gave me a receipt. Items were missing. burger was hot, roll was ice cold like it just came out of refrigerator. They seem to not stock up well. Breakfast available but no coffee, no tea. If the menu is limited then show what you do have in the menu board. Let patrons know before sitting in a long line and you don't have what they want. Because the other stores in the area don't seem to have the same issue, it makes me wonder what is the issue here. Please get it together.
