We just saw Dr Noor Zannat for our little son and she was fantastic. She was warm and welcoming and also took the time to talk through the concerns we had. Yes, there’s a room for the booking process to improvise but we felt cared for and we will definitely be seeing her again if need be. Thank you Dr Noor.

I am really grateful to Dr Noor zannat and her receptionist. I called so many medical centre as I had a urgent situation of my baby.. My poor baby got sick and thrown up..This is the only place they tried to help me.. They tried to ease my tension..A big thanks to Dr. Noor zannat and her team.

Don't confuse the admin lady behind the counter as reception, although she is sitting behind the desk directly as you walk through the main entrance. She will completely ignore you even though she knows you're standing there, I guess dealing with people is beneath her. First impressions last.

Drs are always late every single time, waits of up to 1 hours plus, even if you book an appointment. Receptionist don't let you know if the dr is behind when you arrive. Consultations are rushed, happy to take money from Medicare but not to give proper care to clients. Pathetic..

had to wait more than one hour with a apointment, they could have told that doctor is behind in her apointments when the called to confirm the apointment, and its a common practice at that clinic, be ready to waste your time if you come here. not coming back again

Good doctor, even good receptionists but the wait time is pathetic. Every single time, first you need to book appointment a week prior and then they make you wait for hours and just say you are next. Don’t think the wait time is worth visiting this place.

Dr Noor Zannat is a terrible Doctor. Cares only about her business making money. Overworked & can’t look after her patients properly. Would not recommend this female Doctor. Treats her reception staff poorly which says a lot. Rude and dismissive Doctor.

Dr Rashid treated me poorly and insulted me throughout my consult. i went in for an ear infection and instead got a lecture on something completely unrelated. I definitely do not recommend seeing him. completely unprofessional and disrespectful!

Friendly, helpful, and professional receptionists and Doctors. Visited 2 of the Doctors and both are brilliant and compassionate. In particular thanks to Dr Rashid, Dr Rahman, and sorry that I forgot the name of the receptionists.

My main Doctor, Dr. Mohammed Talukder, has looked after me many many times, and continues to do so. He is reliable and trustworthy. I couldn't be happier with all that he has done for me and my wife in the past and up until now.

Dr. Noor Zannat is our family GP. One of the best doctor in Wyndham City. She takes her time to examine and listens to the feedback.
