If you want to use the automatic car washer, make sure NOT to opt the one with the rubber brush. This is the first time I've been here, as soon as I'm at the machine to pay it said to fold the mirrors of your car. I began feeling a bit skeptical as no other automatic car wash ask to do this, so I did fold the mirrors. As soon as the brushes started going it was like being in an earthquake, the brushes are so rough, so much that my steering wheel starting to "straighten" itself from a minutely slight rotated positions. Then while in the midst of shock and stressed state I read another person's review that their car was scratched after their wash experience here. As soon as it finished washing I checked my car, sure enough they are scratched, especially on the door handles area. I will check more in the morning when there is more light to take photos. I will not be using this car wash again.

Ok for self car cleaning if u dont own a SUV otherwise don't use $18 spent for top cleaning, Once I pulled out to vacumn area I noticed the bottom part of my car had been missed, which I fixed wen I returned home with a microfibre cloth and water. Needless to say I won't be bringing my SUV back here and if I do it will be hnder duress ohh I almost forgot to mention the air purifier I put $2 in depressed the nozzle for nothing but fresh air to come out not the new car smell I was wanting, if new car smell is nothing but air that I was ripped off 2x by this car wash $18 for the auto cleaner and $2 for the air purifier all up $20. Which I cud of spent at Shell on Derrimut Rd and got my SUV cleaned

I use the dog wash on a regular basis now instead of paying for a dog wash service to come to me. It's an excellent wash bay & even if I use all available options for a lengthy period, it's still so much cheaper to wash my dog here and I get the added bonus of it being a more enjoyable experience for my British Bulldog. I also use the car wash & find it always clean & tidy and the vending machine gives me options to give my vehicles the full clean inside & out. Highly recommend this service for your car & dog.

I returned to Werribee Wash Worx today, and was immediately refunded the $6 coins owned to me. The Manager explained that a previous client has damaged the machine and it was not recording coins. The Manager than offered me a free wash, which I was very pleased to receive. The Manager is a pleasant man and I had no hassles getting a refund. The free wash was just the icing on the cake. I would recommend you use this service if you need a car wash. Use your card and you will have no problems. Cheers

A really good car wash. Always clean. Situated in a really good spot too. Easy access. Change machine. Clean brushes. Clean rinse water. Vacuum machines. A dog hydro bath. And even a coffee van next door. A really nice car wash to stop into and do what you have to do. Only missing one important thing!! . . . Management, if you read this. You need to put the clips up on the walls to hang floor mats, so they too can be washed, most car washes have them, and they are a blessing.

I'm very much happy to give a 5 star review for the owner for new technology, quick service, response and helping customers. I'm very much surprised with the wash and ceramic coat after the wash when I took my car through automatic soft cloth (Ultimate). The machine cleaned my car very detailed even through the hidden spots of side mirrors and doors. I highly recommend using the Ultimate Automatic Soft cloth and big thanks for taking care of customers.

I have visited many car washes , but this was awesome as it was super clean and the automatic car wash machine was extraordinary with ceramic coat . The person who was there to help customer was so polite and nice . The vacuum cleaners were nice and washing was also affordable. The dog wash in this area was also super clean and my friend used that he felt happy. And when it comes to price it' affordable.

Does the trick. Type of Auto Scrubbers: the ones with the large vertical cylinders with hundreds of small cloth strips attached to them. The scrub arms are strong enough to push your side mirrors inward fyi. I advise you fold the mirrors inwards yourself before starting the wash sequence. Convenient service.

Simply a fantastic experience. The automatic car washing machine is new and very effective. It cleaned all the tough dirt from the car. I met the car wash owner also at the site, he is a gentleman, and he shared some tips to keep the car clean and offered a coffee. Highly recommended!!

Tried to was my honda odyssey there this morning. $1.00 buys about 1 minute 45 seconds but the timer starts as soon as the first coin is inserted despite the fact you might be putting more coins in. Not impressed. System seems very much outdated also. Will not be going there again.

Very convenient Dog wash, accepts card with $10 min & 20c card surcharge. The water is nice and warm too :) We bring our own soap since our dog has sensitive skin. Might want to bring a few extra gold coins if your dog is a little flighty or you only have one set of hands.

Definitely recommend having coins! Minimum with card is $5 and idk what I did but I ended up with 20 minutes so idk if it overcharged me or something but then I didn't even know what to do with all the time so I left feeling like I've lost money for no reason...

Not happy washed the car and when we got home you could see scratches all over the car. Not impressed will never be back. Got told they hold no responsibility as we change the brushes began of each month. So this is 7 days after they changed to the new brush.

I tried this place based on the google reviews and I must say I'm impressed. Reach out to the car wash attendants for tips and tricks they are really helpful. They have card tap machine installed everywhere which is easy to use. Will surely come next time!

Meh you get what you pay for and I wanted cheap. It's not cheap but you get the bare minimum from a car wash. Better of washing your car yourself. For a trip through the automated car wash you can wash, wax and vacuum your car. It works. Nothing special.

Easy access. Force of spray was good. Soap concentration up to the mark. I’ve been to some places that take too long to get the soap flowing, and even then feels like almost plain water. This car wash is a good one that I won’t hesitate going again

I usually wash the car in a self serve bay and for $6 it will be spotless. I paid $18 for the auto wash today and it did not remove any of the bugs on the front or clean the bottom of the car. My car is a Suzuki Baleno so its not big. A rip off!

Automatic wash is better than other places in this area. They have both you and touch free automatic wash available. $2 extra for ceramic wax and it worth using. Used this automated was many times and never disappointed. Highly recommended

Good facility. No token payment rubbish just straight up cash or credit card. Note to coins exchange facility available too. Careful with the Turbo vacuum on the north end, its like an anti-matter machine. It takes everything!

Good car wash good pressure. Only problem only 2 of the vaccine machines except coins. Had to get attendant to use his car on the card machines. As pay machines had guys polishing there cars in the vaccine area.

l went there at 5pm on a Sunday , very busy but very, very muddy in the bays.. advice - in the busy times make sure bays are clean , so you can walk around you car cleaning without stepping in mud....

The automatics on this place does a good job. Was using a carwash on wyndham vale before but i prefer it here now after seeing the result... worth the driving all the way from manor lakes...

Not bad. Love it that they operate 24/7. I was there at midnight and it was easy to operate the machines. Just make sure you have enough coins, or can always tap your payment card or phone.

Went through the touchless auto - got the lot for $18!!! Bit pricey, happy with the result, although the air blower/dryer could be set for 2 passes instead of a stingy 1 pass (up & back).

Last time I’m using the automatic car wash, I’ve tried both of them a couple of times and they NEVER remove bird poop or dirt properly. $17 for the “ultimate” wash… No thanks.
