Karen is extremely knowledgable, highly skilled, honest, and exceedingly effective at treating all kinds of skin issues. The results I've had at this clinic have been exceptional! I've been dealing with decades worth of active acne, scarring, and significant texture and laxity challenges and felt I truly hadn't found the right approach (despite visiting many clinics and receiving dozens of treatments in Toronto and Vancouver) until connecting with Karen. I manage several chronic health conditions in addition to my skin, and she's been able to treat me without any allergic reactions or breakouts. I'm *actually* seeing a notable improvement after just a few sessions, which has made such a difference in my confidence already. I can't recommend Karen highly enough; she's an absolute expert -- and a registered nurse, which is truly what you want for these type of treatments. I went and had a hydra-facial done by Niko, it was quite literally one of the best experiences of my life. He was amazing, I felt so comfortable & welcome. Niko made sure to explain the treatment, the steps and what the process was! My skin is literally glowing and I feel so confident. Not only did he do amazing with my facial, he also took the time to explain the skin care they offer to me, each step of it & what it does, how to use it the benefits and everything. I wish I could leave more then 5 stars, because truly it was an amazing experience and I will be a returning client for facials and all the other services offered as well☺️ Niko made me feel like a lifelong friend vs some random client, which in all honesty is so amazing to feel so comfortable and accepted !!

Best place ever for skin care and treatments I have had Morpheus treatments which have improved my skin amazingly I have had numerous other treatments including filler and recently B12 shots I have had amazing facials and currently using the oral collagen that is sold there and looking forward to trying more of their high quality products I am looking forward to receiving more treatments in the near future focusing on vitamins etc via IV in their amazing relaxing lounge The staff and owner Karen are amazing and make you feel so comfortable and are so down to earth All staff are so educated in their field constantly upgrading their education and the newest treatments to achieve the look that you want I will never go anywhere else If I could give a 100 stars I would

The other day I went to West End Medical Aesthetics and had both a Forma Facial and a HydraFacial, performed by Niko. All the staff there were super lovely and I had a great facial experience with Niko. He was really sweet and gives the best face massage at the end of your treatment. I look and feel amazing, I have a beautiful glow, my skin is smooth and tighter. I look forward to going back again for more treatments.
