None of my appointment details were conveyed from the person who made the appointment to the service consultant. Karla asked if I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I responded with "I am here for much more than that." Big delay in sorting this out when I needed to leave for another appointment that day - it took much to long to get me out of there in the loaner I needed as they were not expecting me to need one because that was never passed on either. I also am a member of their "Tire and wheel protection" program which I was sold when I purchased my lexus. They were not prepared for this service and when I told Karla that this was the main purpose for me coming in for service she seemed annoyed. And then she told me on this Saturday morning that they would need my car until Wednesday if I wanted the Tire and wheel service. You could tell that they didnt want to do it. I held firm and said that I paid $1000 extra at time of service to have 5 years of protection and I needed to get it done. I instructed Karla to call me before any maintenence was done outside of the oil change and tire rotation so I could approve or deny the services based on the cost. I heard nothing all day Saturday and I dropped it off at 8:15am. So Monday rolls around and of course they want to sell me a bunch of services that I didnt want so I denied those being done. I called back to speak to Karla my service consultant and they receptionist "Joyce" transfered me to a Nathan's voicmail. Then I called back and told her this and then she told me that Karla doesnt have a voicemail. So I said - can you transfer me to someone who will pick up the phone in Service that can track her down. She then transfers me to another agents phone that did not pick up. Why would I leave a voicemail on any of these peoples phones If I dont even know if they will be in that day or not. Joyce was the rudest Lexus receptionist I have ever spoken to in my life and this is my 6th lexus vehicle - never experienced someone who would not respond after I asked her a question and 30 seconds I am not exagerating 30 seconds would go by and she would not say a thing. I said "Are we just going to sit here in silence amazed at what was going on and she responded - I was just going to wait until you were done! - Well 30 seconds of silence has passed so how much more time do you need to realize my question is over - She had the biggest attitude in the world. So I never got transferred to my service consultant and didnt receive a call back for hours later. I then told her the services I wanted and instructed them to proceed. I told her when she finally called me back on Tuesday afternoon that I would not be able to pick up my vehicle until Wednesday at 7am sharp because I had an appt in my office at 8am. So I get there at 6:55 wait for them to open the doors go into pay for the services and then they tell me to wait for my car. I see the car attendant come back and say he cant get the car out because its blocked in. I dont know why this issue was not being dealt with when I was checking out and paying for my service. I had to wait for them to get someone else over there to get my car out. When I received my car it was not washed or vacuumed out at all - nothing was done that normal lexus dealerships do everytime. This experience has got me even considering buying a non-lexus vehicle next year as there doesnt seem to be a Sewell Lexus equivalent in Houston. I would never go back to Westside Lexus again Nor would I recommend any of my collegues to do so. Horrible experience on all fronts

I have been coming to this location since I purchased my vehicle and previously had great experiences and customer service since 2019. However, after this most recent service, I will not be returning for car maintenance or a purchase, and I hope to save others from the dishonesty and lack of effort to correct the problem. I had a few routine maintenance items done to my SUV, such as an oil change, alignment, AC refresh, among others. When I picked up my SUV and returned home, I noticed there was about a 1-inch tear in the middle of the driver's seat. I am confident that this tear wasn't there prior to dropping it off because I always keep covers on my seats and removed them to wash prior to taking the car to the dealer and the seats were in near perfect condition. When I picked up my car, the garage pick-up area is a bit dark, so I didn't notice it when I got into my car. However, when I got home and got out of the car, I noticed the tear immediately and sent Tom, who I had been working with, a photo. He said he would talk to the team who worked on the car and get back to me. The next day, I heard back from Tom, and he said that no one would take responsibility for the damage. He also claimed that the team said that the tear was there when I dropped off the car and he offered to give me an estimate to fix it. Since I removed the seat cover that morning, I told him politely that someone was being dishonest. He suggested that if I wanted to escalate the issue, I could call the manager. I called the manager's direct line three times and left a voicemail without receiving any returned calls. My boyfriend then contacted the manager via phone and also explained that the tear wasn't there before we took the car to the dealer. The manager then asked us to send him more photos. We promptly sent over the photos, and it has been two weeks, but we still don't have any answers. I was holding off on writing this to see if they would rectify the problem, but it has not been resolved. I am now sharing my experience so that others don't have to go through similar situations.

Our Lexus has been in the shop for 2 weeks after rain leaking from the sunroof, dealership and insurance company both send everything to voicemail and won't coordinate with each other, car only has 6700 miles on it and the electrical system is shot. Lexus should probably locate the computer somewhere not prone to leaky sunroofs, and try to help schedule with insurance when they have a valid claim number. I have not have had these same issues with our Hondas and their dealerships. Update, Service Advisor finally informed me that they had a family emergency, And I can symphonize with a person having family emergencies and while they were out someone was supposed to be taking their calls, and when I would call it would go straight to voicemail, and when I would call the main service line they could not answer if the service advisor was back or not and they kept sending me back to the same voicemail. And yes in my original statement it was pointed out that State Farm had an equal share of blame, but when they said that no-one would return their calls and I had the same problem, I can see where they would say if they don't care... we don't care. BOTH parties were saying "Hey... I did my part... I called and now it's their turn" willing to just play phone tag instead of actually moving things forward. Now we find out that our 50,000 dollar Lexus that has 6700 miles on it is a total loss?... Possibly a little twig blocked the drain channel and got the carpet damp causing the computer to malfunction... And it's value has fallen like a rock so since you want 23,000 to repair it State Farm says it is not cost effective to repair. I hope other prospective Lexus owners read this and consider carefully what they are getting into and will make them ask themselves the same thing I am asking myself. Why do I see old Toyota and Hondas all over the road and not old Lexus.. maybe because like old Cadillacs they are good for the first few years, but after the time it takes to pay one off if you have to do any repairs they are throw away vehicles.

Hello, I just would like to let whoever it is to know that I was not treated fairly at your dealership. I was wanting to get my car fixed there because I had done business with you all before. I had a great experience then. But about a couple of weeks ago, I called to the service department and talked with Chase Clemons. I told him the situation about my 2016 Lexus ES350 that had a wheel bearing problem. I asked him if they could look at it and if I can use my Assurant warranty to cover my car. He was so rude and mean, cutting me off, telling me you all do not use no off the name warranty company that I would have to pay up front. Then I asked him if they would give me a loaner car while they fixed my vehicle. He straight up told me “no” without any hesitations. What a way to talk to a customer! I would think Lexus would know how to treat their customers. Anyway, so being upset with that, I called Northside Lexus, in which I talked to Mike Townsend over there, the manager over service. First of all, he heard me out and let me talk. Then he kindly told me that they would look at my car and called me back and told me the problem, and then he asked me for my warranty company. They fixed it, and the warranty company paid them right away, and of course, I paid my balance. That is all Chase Clemons had to do. Just take the time out to help someone. I will never go to Westside Lexus again! Maybe it was because I was black? I do not know. But at least he could have checked into it. Northside Lexus got paid almost $2000, plus more problems that they found with my car. Mike is the best person that I talked with. He was kind and understanding. I just hate that Westside Lexus acted like that towards me.

Brought in for 90k service. No prior issue for yrs until right after the service was done. Parts of the maintenance, I had them replace the timing belt and transmission fluid flush and a few other things. When brought the car back, it started to make loud squeaky sound. Brought back in, they told it's a different belt has a crack which they missed during the full inspections. So adding a few hundreds to the replacement. 6 months later, found a puddle of transmission fluid on the ground which the car is rarely being driven. Has 700 miles since the service. Cleaned up the mess and monitor the amount of leak and found out about a small drop a week. This tells me it has been leaking since the sevice was done. Brought back in, they said it was from transmission pan gasket and transmission mount also need to replace adds up about $1k. Make matter worse, the service advisor named Katherine Arms didnt even care to listen to your explaination or care to explain the issues without losing her temper. She slammed her keystrokes, slapped her pen on the desk as if she has no patience to talk to you. When i made the appointment, i clearly asked for a loaner car so i can get to work, but she made me waited for an hour and missed my work meeting. So two things beside bad service, either they didnt really check your car thorough when brought in for maintenance or they did something to your car or lie to cause you keep spending high dollars here. I dont trust them. Don't bring your car here.

I had 2 consecutive BAD experience with Westside Lexus Service Center. On my first visit, the service guy wrecked our car's rim so I needed to leave my car for few days so they can repair and replace the damaged rim/tire. I imagined it was an accident (more than negligence) so I took my car back for routine 30K miles maintenance when it was due. We handed 2 car keys, one for the maintenance person and one for service agent who will replace battery. When we went back to pick up our car, we were given back 1 key so we immediately notified the service center and the service agent. We were asked to stay while they attempted to trace back hands who handled the keys to no avail. We patiently waited until the manager approached us one last time. He said he will replace the keys but requested that we check our belongings to make sure we do not have the missing spare key. Though the request is somewhat illogical (because we were not in the facility until we were picking up our car), my wife complied and took out stuff from her purse one by one and of course we do not have the spare key. The service agent handed a car key and claimed that they 'found it" instead of apologizing while handing the replacement key. The missing key has a leather cover (courtesy of McGrath Lexus of Westmont) unlike the replacement key (hard plastic). What are the odds that someone has our spare key and our address too. Just a thought...unlikely but nowadays, anything is possible.

DO NOT take your car to the Westside Lexus Collision Center. I got into an accident at the end of October. I usually get my car serviced at the Service Center at this location with excellent service, so of course I wanted to take my car to the collision center at this location as well. BIG MISTAKE. My collision center estimator is Steve Conrad and his communication was horrible from the get go. I was told when I took my car in that I would get a call when an insurance adjuster has given him an estimate for my parts. Waited a week for a call and got nothing. When I called in, Steve claimed to have called me and left a message (which I never got). Moving forward, because I never got that call informing me about my parts (I was being given aftermarket parts which I did not want) and the extra day that it took for me to figure out my parts, it was time to give up my rental and my insurance was not extending. It is now almost the end of November and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR... there has been no communication on Steve’s part for status updates in my car. The only way I have been getting information on my car is if I called and IF he picks up, returns my car, or responds to my email. I have had to call the front desk on several occasions just to get a hold of him. Save yourself the trouble and take your car to a different collision center or at the very least, ask for a different representative.

A week ago, I contacted Lexus Westside Service Center to schedule an appointment for the regular maintenance service. Broston Serio was the one who received my phone call and I only have to say I would like to schedule an appointment for regular maintenance service. Broston amazingly pull up all the information on my car and he was extremely informative, he informed me, what would be the maintenance involved, how how much it will cost, and how long it will take to be done with the maintenance and offered me the option of a loaner car if I needed to and given me 3 options of the appointment I wish to pick to go with. I mean, he left nothing for me to ask. Not to mention, he was very courteous and I thought, oh well, he must be doing this for years and when I went to my appointment, I was so surprised to learn that he is a new trainee. Wow! Lexus do pick best employees who can represent the name and reputation of Lexus. Thank you so much Broston!! The picture attached to my review was only taken today when I went to the best agents Andrew Nagler and Broston Serio to ask them if I can change the battery on my car key. It was done under 5 minutes and when I went to pick up my car, Lexus team already put these disposable plastic wraps around the steering wheel and the transmission stick as Lexus's procedures to protect from the COVID 19. So impressed! Thank you so much!!!

Wife drove +40 minutes in traffic to get the Lexus OEM dash cam installed. I had directly emailed the service consultant to create an appointment weeks prior and his last response was "SOUNDS GOOD SEE YOU THEN!". I never got a confirmation email and thought that was strange, but assumed, surely he has it in the system. My wife shows up at the time of the appointment and the first thing they tell her is that the consultant isn't in today. Then they check the schedule and find out no appointment was made. They see the email and try to make something work... and then find out the part is not even in stock! The icing on the cake was talking to the scheduler and him mentioning "oh I didn't know we installed dash cams". The installation manual from Lexus is available online and I was tempted to do it myself, but the whole point why we scheduled with the dealership is because we expect them to make it look factory. The scheduler's comment does not instill confidence... We'll see how things turn out. Taking before pictures just in case. So that was over 2 hours wasted.

I came to get a state inspection on my vehicle. After an hour later I went to get an update, turns out my car had also been serviced for maintenance WITHOUT ASKING ME. Although I have a warranty that covers maintenance, service person did not take into consideration how much time I had to WAIT. I've had my previous Lexus vehicles serviced at other locations and have always been informed/asked if an additional service needs to be performed. I was offered a rental vehicle and car drop off as a solution AFTER I had to ask what was taking so long (why not BEFORE?). I ended up being there for 1.5 hours, car was not washed, late for work, and had patients to reschedule. I give 2 stars because I like Lexus and they DO provide quality service, just not this time around.

  • Dennis Tria

I just come in for my first services. Everyone was super nice and the waiting area was nice. When I got my vehicle back it was scratched and my wheel was chipped. I brought it up to My service rep initially he said that he would take care of it. No issues accidents happen but then he comes back and tells me that they cannot help me since a rock chip. Judge for yourself. My advice do a walk around your vehicle with the tech to identify any damages before they take your car into the bay so you don’t have to prove to them that they caused the damages and blame it on rock chip or your driving habits. I am ocd and to a walk around my vehicle everyday and I usually do a walk around but I trusted Lexus services since I had a great buying experience.‍♂️

Been waiting nearly an hour for them to apply a freaking license plate to my car. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment to get the plates installed, and they said "no." Of course, when I get there, they tell me the brackets they have don't fit my ES350 (one of the most commonly sold Lexus cars btw), and they have to take it to a mechanic to figure it out. Then after 50 minutes of waiting on what was supposed to be a 5 minute deal, I finally get my car back, but now it's 5pm and rush hour, so I'm late to pick up my kids from school. All of it could have been avoided if they took it seriously when I called ahead They should have prepared to have the parts ready. It's just idiotic, Lexus customers expect better service than that.

  • Shannon Warren

This service center continues to disappoint me. Even on a second opinion of other mechanics, they continue to hide behind ridiculous specifications supposedly issued by Lexus. My car was leaning 1 inch to the side, and I was told that does not fall under my warranty. I was told it's within specification. This is a $100,000 vehicle, and they treated me with very little respect or empathy. I was told they will not repair it. Or that I could wait for someone to come in from out of town and give me a second opinion. Factory technicians aren't always around apparently. My opinion of Westside Lexus is very low in particular their service center. I will not be back, nor will I be shopping with them in the future for new cars.

  • Tami Head

I have been with Westside Lexus for probably close to 20 years. The service is always fantastic. I work with Andrew Tran who is not only a great help, but has also become a friend. My experiences at Westside Lexus service are always great. I'm in quick, out quick, always get a loaner. Even when I've had an emergency, they always take the time for me. I truly would never want to go another service center and we buy all our cars from Clarence Keever and will continue to do so, as long as he works in sales. He's amazing. He is also a friend, through many years of him helping us find various cars. My life is worry free, regarding my car service. I recommend them highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

  • Deep Roots Trucking, LLC

I recently went there because my tire caught a flat. They felt out lied to me saying they found metal shavings inside my tire when they didn't even remove the rim from the tire. They added all these things that needed to be done with my car just trying to get money. I confronted them about this and a manager calls me and basically tries to defend them saying they thought I had something that could cover all the expenses as if they don't have computers that they can easily look up and see. These guys are just out for money, don't care about customer service, won't give you honest feedback they just want all the money they can get. Go to Sterling McCall for better and way friendlier and honest service.

  • Regina Trippie

I recently needed a new windshield due to large crack. I called Westside service and they recommended Joseph Vinay with Dealership Auto Glass. I could have used an after market source but I decided wanted Lexus glass. I requested with Joseph that ALL of the glass stickers would be transferred to the new glass and confirmed with him 3 times, he said it would be no problem! After paying $2K, I get my car back and 2 of the 4 stickers are missing. I inquired to Joseph as to what happened, he said, and I quote "You will just have to replace them". Clearly Joseph did not know if the stickers COULD be transferred or not - he simply told me what I wanted to hear, then did what worked for him.

Dropped off my car because the gas gage wasn't working. When I picked it up a week later the valet had all the windows down. As soon as I got in I noticed it smelled like gas. I figured that maybe the valet had gas on himself and that's why it smelled and just needed to air out. The next morning my car smelled very strongly. I dropped it back off and they kept it for 4 days to fix the smell. I understand that sometimes gas gets spilled, what upsets me though is that anyone who got in that car could tell it smelled and they still told me to come pick it up. It's a hassle to go back and forth. Not the kind of service I expect from a luxury dealership.

  • Owen Abercrombie

The service center was very non personable. They offered me a car wash before returning me my car. Instead of a car wash they left their trash in my car and orange circles drawn on my windshield, steering wheel plastic cover on steering wheel, plastic shifter cover on the shifter, paper floor mat on the floor and their vehicle paper tag in my vehicle. The service write gave 0 explanation on whats going on with my vehicle. They just gave me my keys and sent me on my way. If the work on my car does get approved I will try taking my car elsewhere. Not pleased one bit with my experience with this dealership.

  • Jarrod Martin

I’ve taken my Lexus here twice now and the experience for each time was negative. This most recent time, I took my vehicle for a repair to the housing of my key. Despite an appointment I was there for almost three hours. To add insult to injury, my repair was invoiced and paid for, but they failed to call my name with the key despite asking them multiple times if it was complete. It wasn’t until I asked them to check on the status of the key repair that they found the key in a drawer. Inexcusable.

  • Chetan Patel

I have been on hold over the phone on my second call attempt for over 20 minutes after waiting roughly 10 minutes to ask a question. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a car from this location. I don't understand how this is an award winning service center. Follow up, called the sales department and told them my situation and waited another 15 minutes and the sales department could not get a hold of them. I left a voicemail and we will see how long it takes for them to call me back.

Excellent service at the Westside Lexus location! I had an issue with my brakes and Brian was very helpful throughout the whole process. While the diagnostics were being completed, I worked from their beautiful lobby which had great WiFi and free coffee. Once the issue was identified, they provided a loaner vehicle so I could go home while the repair was taking place. They even wash your car before pick-up! A great experience overall. Thanks, Brian and the Westside Lexus team!

  • Terra George

I’ve used Westside many times for various repair services. They always try to get my car in and out quickly. The waiting area and service reps are very nice. Loaner cars with complimentary gas and tolls are very helpful, too. It’s never convenient to have car repairs, but Westside helps make it less disruptive to your life and gets you going again soon. I also appreciate having my car washed and vacuumed with each service.

  • Sandhya Harpavat

I was not very happy today with the experience at West side Lexus. Usually I have a consultant who is excellent but today, I was unhappy that there was a great deal of confusion when I went to pick up the car and it took much longer than expected. Also I wasn't happy that the car wasn't washed when I picked it up after the service. There are a lot of people that do go the extra mile but today was not one of those times.

  • Tenisha J.

Hope and Pam gave me an entirely new perspective on this dealership. Previous experiences were far less than stellar regarding customer service. Both ladies were pleasant, patient and professional. Perhaps because they're women and all of my other disappointing experiences were with men. Who knows? However, if they aren't there for my next service, I'll wait or go elsewhere. Great job ladies!! You 2 are the best!!

  • Jahnae King

The location is beautiful and the staff are simply amazing! They treat you like you are famous almost lol but no seriously everyone was very kind and helpful. They did a superb job on the car wash also which I must add a way better job than the Memphis TN location, my car was shining on a cloudy day. Service was fast and everything done was explained and quoted. Thank you all for welcoming me to HTX!

  • Harrison Vann

Bought car from them last year. They lost the key and didn’t tell me it only had one key. Never looked for the other. Also had to wait in the lobby for an hour for them to find the key since the salesman misplaced it. This year I have asked multiple times for service history for my car since it was previously done here. They keep saying they’ll send it via email and never do. Customer service sucks.

  • Dan Shelton

purchased a pre- owned Lexus. My sales experience with Kim Jessee was outstanding. he was very professional, answered all my concerns and explained all the features of my vehicle, which were many, as it is my first Lexus. I received a text regarding a survey, i attempted to complete but I do not do Facebook. He would have received all 10`s. The best buying experience I ever had. Thanks Mr. Jessee.

  • Adnan Safdar

This time service was so bad. Didnot worked on car for 5 hrs when dropped at 8.30 am,had to come back next day presumably forgot. When I got back next day tire pressure lite coming as it was cold so means didnt checked tire pressure. State inspection is due , guy did not bothered to call if they can do it. This new guy is so bad ,previously cathleen was great, please do not deal with this new guy

  • Jonathan H.

The customer service is slipping. As a Lexus dealership, I would expect top level service, and I did not receive the service expected. It took me almost 20 mins to checkout as they could not find my keys and bill - was at the customer service reps desk. Then, I had to ask for the service survey that technician performed on my vehicle. I am doubtful to return to this Lexus dealership.

  • Rodrigo De La Torre

Bought my car from Shekhar Shroff several years ago and enjoyed the experience. I will buy another car from him when the time is right. The new dealership is fantastic and the staff attentive. For service, Scott Bissonett is the absolute best. Two people who make Westside the only place to buy a luxury car and feel appreciated well beyond signing on the dotted line.

  • Suzi Hokanson

I was told my car would be ready in an hour. I've been waiting 2 hours. When I asked if the guy at the counter could tell me how much longer it would be, he pretended to care but never got back with me. I would have dropped my car off if they would have just been honest about the wait time. I was only here for a scheduled maintenance appointment!

  • C-Ray J

Westside Lexus Service Department has always been top-notch and exceeded my expectations in maintaining several vehicles that I’ve purchased there over the past 15 years... Westside recently completed the new spacious customer waiting area as part of the new building. (See Google photos) Wow! It’s impressive, just like their customer service.

  • Aasim Waheed

This is how good service looks like! I did not have to fill out any paperwork. They had the info already and pulled it up quickly. Polite, professional and ready-to-service staff, nice waiting area, quick service... a single signature is all I had to do, in to out. Well done Westsiden Lexus. It was refreshing to work with your team.

  • Geri Doerr

What a beautiful place! All precautions are taken for this virus. Spacing, plexiglass, masks, hand sanitizers, etc. Will was very attentive and efficient. A follow-up phone call was received in a timely manner. Employees at Westside Lexus are friendly, polite, and genuinely courteous. How refreshing during this time period!

  • Jason Mouton

This place is huge, almost too. Kudos for providing loaners and general experience. That said getting aligned with a "service advisor" was a bit of a mess and as usual with a dealership, repairs are never quick. And minor point but communication on status was limited. I received one voicemail before I had to call back.

  • Mary Belle Rogers

Charles Perkins has been my service for several years and has always made the experience fast, easy and enjoyable. I like the service so much that I drive 80 miles each way to get it, and my next car will definitely come from Westside Lexus so I won”t have to deal with any other service center.

  • Ginny W.

Our sales associate, Edwar Guerrero was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way show us every vehicle on the premises that we wanted to see. We were happy with the final price we negotiated. The process was easy to finalize. I recommend Edwar, and this location.

  • Mare Bear

Not to happy with my experience, love that you can get a loaner but dont love that inwas asked to being it back the same day then my "1.5" hr maintenance turns into 3 days. I feel that this place doent really reapond well to female customers when it comes to vehicle maintenance concerns.

  • Thomas V

Pam was amazing! She made sure I was able to check my RCF in for its routine maintenance in a timely manner. She also let me choose out a loaner that would easily fit my golf clubs. I’ll definitely continue to bring my vehicle here for all of its scheduled services.

  • Stepphine Isom

They have the most friendly sales men I have ever met. They make you want to buy a car, they are the most experienced and nice car salesman you can ask for. The financing manager is the most nicest person I have ever met. Thanks for taking care of my daughter ❤️

  • Brenton Hughes

I’ve never seen better service at a dealership. They were very quick and attentive. They even offered a loaner so I could run errands during my hour wait time. Super friendly. So glad I finally have had a pleasurable experience getting service work done.

  • Chu Lee

This time, I am not lucky. I ask fob programming service, he (Andrew) asked me dignostic first. Then..... This time I was not lucky either The website assigned advisor is on vacation, waiting for 30 minutes to assign to another advisor to start the job

  • E A

Call for service and Advisor seem to hate when questions are asked about what’s all included in the maintenance. Also, feel rushed like I’m bothering. Lexus need better customer service. Also my service advisor never explains the service or greets me.

  • Heather McDaniel

Laura is my awesome service person! I love that you can get a loaner while your car is being serviced. It's so easy and affordable. Compared to when I had a Mercedes. I was amazed with how quick they worked. Took it in at lunch got it after work.

We loved the service provided by our salesman Kalvin. He was very knowledgeable and most important not pushy and trying to tell us what to buy, he allowed us to look around and explore different vehicles. Loved his customer service! ❤️
