I often cringe at the thought of cult like establishments and regulars only vibes, but Whirled totally rejects that idea and we were left extremely satisfied with the chilled and friendly atmosphere. Such a good place for Londoners. Get yourself, or a friend, membership - it’s worth it!

What an amazing place, wish I'd come sooner. For an indie venue in a train arch, it really exceeded my expectations of projection and sound quality, comfort and overall experience. It's a wonderfully intimate space that fully immerses you

Went for a screening by the Orange Soda Film Club the event was fantastic but I need to focus on the venue. The cinema is up a narrow staircase & set into a railway arch so you can hear trains go above quite regularly which is louder than

We celebrated an 18th birthday party at the Whirled Cinema. From start to finish, Mike was amazingly helpful and responsive, going the extra mile to accommodate any requests. We were able to visit the venue following the booking and test

This weekend I hosted a surprise birthday party at the cinema which was just fantastic. A really superb venue to hire out for fun dancing & nice drinks. The space is great, feels really like it's yours for the night and there's plenty of

I privately hired the cinema on a Friday night for a birthday party. The owner Rob kindly set out a table so I could bring a cake and snacks. Also prior to my booking he met with me to ensure my movie played without any problems. I loved

I went to see the "Premier" of a short film here as a stand in for my son. The venue is a little tricky to find as it is on a street that is not very well lit and is home to "lock up" businesses. There is no parking in the Street of the

Really cool dinky little independent cinema with a bar. Sound was good and the screen was fine. There's some noise from trains overhead but it didn't really bother me - it adds to the charm. I mean you're in urban London after all!

Very good cinema in a railway arch near Loughborough Junction Station. Open to members (very reasonable rates) and their guests. New films every week shown on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday evening. Good bar as well.

Had a cousin's party that was hosted at the venue. What a lovely little place! Not huge, but offers a nice sized personal space with a roof terrace for smoking. Reasonably priced and really friendly staff.

I ❤️ this independent cinema. It is glamorous in a railway arch! It has a great programme of interesting films. There's always a warm, friendly welcome. Plus you can hire the venue for private events

Gem of a place not far from Brixton market. Movies for kids every Saturday morning at a fraction of the standard price with the added bonus of a quirky relaxed venue. Totally worth a visit or ten!

Excellent space. Went to see the Le BadMilk independent film screening. Great staff and will be going there again when they show something else good.

Very tucked away in Brixton, snug little cinema and party room. Seats a little firm but great video and sound quality for both movies and music.

I hosted an engagement party here in September 2023. We put on a showing of Mamma Mia, and invited around 60 family and friends.

Nice place for a private screening, or even if a few friends club together and hire this place out to watch some old classics.
