On our anniversary this past weekend I ordered a flower box filled with red roses and a bag of extra rose petals. I was wondering about which candle to get for my specific idea, so I emailed them about it and they were so helpful! The recommendation I got from them was literally perfect, my wife loved it and said it made her feel the exact way I was told she'd feel about it. Their flower box is so much more unique than bouquets I've ordered in the past from other florists. It's really neatly arranged and clean looking and comes in a premium box. I asked for a modern arrangement in a low cube type container for easy transport with tropical flowers. I was first impressed with Sisy working with me to purchase the type of flowers that I wanted for the arrangement. The designer arranged the flowers so beautifully. I loved the color scheme and the freshness of the flowers were just perfect! I was also impressed with Isaac who delivered the flowers too. I operated on blind faith and was rewarded ten-fold. I live in Los Angeles and wanted to order a Christmas bouquet for a loved one who is in a rehab facility in Vegas and won't be able to leave for several weeks. I looked at the website and while everything was lovely, I kind of wanted something more individual. So I took a chance and placed an online order for "Florist's Choice" Christmas arrangement requesting simply pine/red/green/white/cheerful/sophisticated. That's the only instruction I gave. Well, not only was the arrangement delivered in a matter of a few hours which blew my mind, but it was a huge hit. It brightened the day, cheered up the room, and brought a huge smile to someone feeling lonely and far from family during the Christmas season.

We don't live in in Vegas, but our son's in-laws do, and they are the best people. So when we were looking for a prefect Christmas present for them, we found Whispers and Honey under a list of the 10 best florists in Las Vegas. We found what we wanted to have delivered and decided to call their shop. The girl that assisted us on the phone was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person we have had the pleasure of working with. She had everything worked out and had us thrilled with our choice. My mother in law turned 85 on 2/3/2023 and unfortunately we weren't able to make it but my daughter flew down from Texas instead. So I decided to send her flowers . I was a little skeptical at first about sending flowers since we're not in the same state .But I read some of the reviews on the website and after speaking with Autumn who was so kind and understanding literally made me more comfortable about sending them .And especially when my mother in law saw them my daughter says that she was truly happy. Sorry to post this because they seem like they have beautiful arrangements but don’t want the same issue I had to happen to someone else. I tried emailing to enquire about getting a bridal bouquet made for my wedding. I sent them an email in December and never heard back to this day. Maybe it’s on me for not following up with a phone call or something but I’m from Canada and a nurse and the time change/ my job can sometimes make calling at specific times challenging. Maybe, just a suggestion, take the email off the website if it’s not monitored closely.

The arrangement that was delivered was disappointing and the quality was not reflective of the premium price that was paid. The arrangement was not cascading and had not artistry as shown on the website. A lot of filler greens while short changed on the flowers particularly premium ones. The arrangement was for an ill loved one and was embarrasing and did not dignify our sentiments or our loved one. What I received was closer to a $79 to 100 arrangement. I am requesting a partial refund to reflect what was actually produced delivered.

We ordered same day flowers for a couple of our employees to celebrate their birthdays, the arrangements were gorgeous (in my opinion a much better value than the big corporate online florists), and the person on the phone was so sweet, friendly and helpful. They were patient with my order and made sure everything was correct before completing the order, she even upsold me to balloons which Im glad it totally made the arrangements better. We needed a specific flower for a celebration of life for our friend Gladys who was 106 years young. Her nickname was Gladiola and they were able to find us the flowers in her favorite colors lavender and purple. The staff was very pleasant and the service was the best!
